IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) DALAM MENCIPTAKAN TERTIB BERLALU LINTAS

Almost every institution currently utilizes technology to simplify or streamline work, one of the institutions that use it is the traffic police. The use of this technology is intended to reduce traffic violations so as create better traffic order. The path of change in overcoming the problem of violations is evidenced by the innovation of the ETLE (Elcetronic Traffic Law Enforcement) program which utilizes surveillance camera technology and is currently being implemented nationaly, one of wich is from the traffic police in Sumenep Regency, Madura island, East Java, Indonesia.
The purpose of conducting this research is ti find out the implementation of ETLE (Elcetronic Traffic Law Enforcement) regulatins in creating orderly traffic in Sumenep Regency. This research was conducted at the Sumenep District Traffic Police Office using qualitative research methods. The focus in research is through communication, resources, dispositions, and bureaucratic structures.
The results of the study show that (1) Communication, the communication process has been carried out by Traffic Traffic, among oyhers, to impplementers, agencies and the community. However, unlike what was conveyed by traffic police, it turn out that communication is not being channeled properly in the community. (2) the resources have been prepared by the traffic traffic Unit, including infrastructure, budget and human resources, howener, to support static ETLE measures have not been operationalized in Sumenep. (3) The disposition, dispotision or attitude of the executors has shown their professionalism in trying to make the ETLE program successful. The involvement of the executors’ attitudes can been from their daily activities, such as taking action against violators, etle services, this has proven the professional attitude of executors toward the implementation of ETLE regulations in Sumenep regency. (4) Bureaucratic structure, traffic police already have a clear organizational structure, including the Turjawali Unit, Kamsel Unit, Gakkum Unit, and Regident Unit. The clarity of this stucture will make it easier to focus on work activities where each unit has its own duties and functions. The process of taking action against ETLE violations can be seen from the following flow, the results of recording, printing, sending via the post office, court, prosecutors, and continue payment via online.

ABSTRAK
Hampir setiap lembaga saat ini memanfaatkan teknologi dalam mempermudah ataupu mengefisienkan suatu pekerjaan, salah satu lembaga yang menggunakannya ialah kepolisian lalu lintas. penggunaan teknologi tersebut dimaksudkan untuk mengurangi pelanggaran lalu lintas sehingga menciptakan tertib berlalu lintas lebih baik. Adapun jalan perubahan dalam mengatasi masalah pelanggaran tersebut dibuktikan dengan inovasi program ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) yang memanfaatkan teknologi kamera pengintai dan saat ini sudah di laksanakan secara nasional, salah satunya dari kepolisian lalu lintas Kabupaten Sumenep, pulau Madura, Jawa Timur, Indonesia.
Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian yakni untuk mengetahui implementasi peraturan ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) dalam menciptakan tertib belalu lintas di Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Polisi Lalu Lintas Kabupaten Sumenep dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Adapun fokus dalam penelitian melalui komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Komunikasi, proses komunikasi sudah Satlantas lakukan antara lain pada pelaksana, instansi, dan masyarakat. Namun tidak seperti disampaikan satlantas ternyata komunikasi tidak tersalurkan dengan baik di masyarakat. (2) Sumber daya, sumber daya telah dipersiapkan Satlantas antara lain sarana prasarana, anggaran, dan sdm. namun untuk mendukung program ini ETLE statis belum menerima jaringan sehingga penindakan ETLE statis belum dioperasionalkan di Sumenep. (3) Disposisi, Disposisi atau sikap pelaksana sudah menunjukkan profesionalnya untuk berusaha mensukseskan program ETLE, Keterlibatan sikap pelaksana dapat terlihat dari aktifitas keseharian mereka, seperti penindakan pelanggar, pelayanan etle. hal tersebut telah membuktikan profesional sikap pelaksana terhadap pelaksanaan peraturan ETLE di Kabupaten Sumenep. (4) Struktur birokrasi, satlantas sudah memiliki struktur organisasi yang jelas, diantaranya, Unit Turjawali, Unit Kamsel, Unit Gakkum dan Unit Regident. kejelasan struktur tersebut akan memudahkan dalam fokus aktivitas kerja yang setiap unitnya memiliki tugas dan fungsinya masing-masing. Adapun proses penindakan pelanggaran ETLE dapat dilihat dari alur berikut. hasil rekaman, pencetakan, pengirim via kantor pos, pengadilan, kejaksaan, dan lanjut pembayaran via online.

ANALISA PENGARUH AKTIVITAS PEMASARAN MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP PURCHASE INTENTION YANG DIMEDIASIKAN TRUST DAN BRAND IMAGE
Get PDFThe research in this article aims to analyze the influence of entertainment, interaction, and trendiness on customer purchase intentions in social media marketing content which is mediated by trust and brand image. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. This research uses primary data, namely data obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 318 respondents with 27 questions. This research data was processed using the PLS-SEM program. The results of this research are that entertainment, interaction, and trendiness have a positive effect on trust and brand image. Trust and brand image also have a significant influence on Purchase Intention. Apart from that, there is a significant relationship between Entertainment, Interaction, and Trendiness on Purchase Intention which is mediated by Trust and Brand Image, so it can be concluded that marketing activities carried out on social media through content can grow customer purchase intentions. Therefore, companies or businesses can be more active in cyberspace to carry out their marketing and advertising programs with social media platforms through more interesting marketing content
KONSTRUKSI PEMANEN AIR HUJAN (RAIN WATER HARVESTING) UNTUK MEMENUHI KEBUTUHAN AIR DOMESTIK DI DESA PRANCAK KECAMATAN PASONGSONGAN KABUPATEN SUMENEP
Get PDFPrancak Village, Pasongsongan District is a village with a population of 6,693 people with a detailed population of 3,377 men, while 3,316 women, consisting of 8 hamlets. Tegal Barat Hamlet is experiencing a shortage of clean water due to the difficulty of springs and the absence of PDAM and clean water services from the government, so that when they experience a shortage of clean water, the people of Prancak Village take clean water to the spring in West Lebeng Village. The aim of this research is to find out how to plan the construction of Rain Water Harvesting and the Rain Water Harvesting distribution system in Tegal Barat Hamlet, Prancak Village. This research uses data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, literature study, hydrological methods, hydraulics methods, rainwater harvester construction planning, and Epanet 2.0 data input. Based on the calculation results, the total area of the rainwater catchment area (house roof) is 14191.505 m2 with the storage capacity obtained from the first block 127 m3, the second block 122 m3, the third block 94 m3, the fourth block 215 m3, the fifth block 174 m3, the sixth block 324 m3, the seventh block is 408 m3, the eighth block is 484 m3 so that it is able to meet the clean water needs in West Tegal Hamlet amounting to 77% of the total clean water. The distribution of clean water uses the transmission distribution method with pumps and the distribution uses a gravity system with a total pipe length of 1096 meters, for a 2-½'' inch diameter pipe length of 364 meters, a diameter of 60 mm or 2'' pipe length of 732 meters.Desa Prancak Kecamatan Pasongsongan merupakan desa yang memiliki jumlah penduduk 6,693 jiwa dengan rician penduduk berjenis kelamin laki-laki berjumlah 3,377 jiwa, sedangkan berjenis perempuan berjumlah 3,316 jiwa, terdiri dari 8 Dusun. Dusun Tegal Barat mengalami kekurangan air bersih yang di karenakan sulitnya sumber mata air dan tidak ada layanan PDAM dan air bersih dari pihak pemerintah, Sehingga saat mengalami kekurangan air bersih masayarakat Desa Prancak mengambail air bersih ke sumber mata air yang berada di Desa Lebeng Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana perencanaan konstruksi Pemanen Air Hujan (Rain Water Harvesting) dan sistem pendistribusian Pemanen Air Hujan (Rain Water Harvesting) di Dusun Tegal Barat Desa Prancak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, metode hidrologi, metode hidrolika, perencanaan konstruksi pemanen air hujan, dan input data Epanet 2.0. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, Jumlah total luasan daerah tangkapan air hujan (atap rumah) sebesar 1,4191.505 m2 dengan kapasitas tampungan didapat dari blok pertama 127 m3, blok kedua 122 m3, blok ketiga 94 m3 blok keempat 215 m3, blok kelima 174 m3, blok keenam 324 m3, blok ketujuh 408 m3, blok kedelapan 484 m3 sehingga mampu memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih di Dususn Tegal Barat sebesar 77% dari total air bersih. Pendistribusian air bersih menggunakan metode pengaliran transmisi dengan pompa dan distribusi menggunakan sistem secara gravitasi dengan total panjang pipa keseluruhan 1,096 meter, untuk diameter 2- ½ ’’ inci panjang pipa 364 meter, diameter 60 mm atau 2’’ panjang pipa 732 meter

This research was carried out by collecting data obtained from literature study. Design calculations for the roof truss structure to determine the strength of the roof truss rods and a comparison of the roof truss cost budget according to 3 (three) material variations, namely wooden, steel and light steel roof trusses. The construction planning calculations are made in accordance with the Indonesian Steel Building Planning Guidelines (PPBBI), Indonesian Wood Construction Regulations (PKKI) to determine what forces and loads act on wooden, steel and light steel roof frame structures and using the SAP2000 version 14 program to design the shape. light steel roof frame. The type of wood planned for the roof frame structure is class I 8/12 wood with a load of 55.692 kg, the dimensions of the structural beam are 15 x 30 cm, the dimensions of the column structure used are 30 x 30 cm. Rp. 306,599,669.74 for the budget required, planning the WF steel roof truss structure with a profile of 300 x 150 x 6.5 x 9 with a load of 70,899 kg and beam dimensions in the plan of 15 x 30 cm, structural columns with dimensions of 40 x 40 cm. Rp. 38,964,440.84 required budget and for a light steel frame structure with a profile of 75 x 45 x 15 x 6.5 with a load of 27,837 kg and structural beams with planning dimensions of 15 x 30 cm, structural columns with dimensions of 20 x 20 cm. Rp. 245,800,149.27. budget required costs.Perkembangan teknologi membawa dampak yang sangat besar terhadap dunia kontruksi khususnya perkembangan pembangunan semakin meningkat, maka perkembangan rangka atap tidak terlepaas dari peran serta perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan yang meningkat akan jenis material rangka atap yang digunakan saat ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data yang di peroleh dari studi pustaka. Perhitungan desain pada struktur rangka atap untuk mengetahui kekuatan pada batang rangka atap dan perbandingan besar anggaran biaya rangka atap sesuai 3 ( tiga ) variasi material yaitu rangka atap kayu, baja, dan baja ringan. Perencanaan kontruksi perhitungannya dibuat sesuai dengan Pedoman Perencanaan Bangunan Baja Indonesia (PPBBI), Peraturan Konstruksi Kayu Indonesia (PKKI) untuk mengetahui gaya dan beban apa saja yang bekerja pada struktur rangka atap kayu, baja dan baja ringan dan menggunakan program SAP2000 versi 14 untuk mendesain bentuk rangka atap baja ringan. No full textParental custody patterns are one of several factors that can influence online gambling addiction, but sometimes the custodial pattern applied is not fully implemented to the child so it affects the lack of behavior that parents teach to prevent online gaming addiction. This study aims to find out the relationship between the patterns of parental care and online gambling addiction in school-age children in SDN 005 Sungai Kunjang Samarinda. The study used a descriptive correlation with a population of 121 respondents and a sampling technique using Stratified Random Sampling with a sample of 93 respondents. Data collection using questionnaire sheets. The univariate analysis in this study uses frequency distribution and bi-variate analysis using the Fisher exact test. The result of this study is obtained p-value 0,000 < 0.05 so that H0 is rejected so there is a significant relationship (meaning) between patterns of parental care with online gambling addiction in school-age children in SDN 005 Sungai Kunjang Samarinda. We need a balanced care pattern to limit children's playing hours to prevent online gambling addiction

The cultivation of self-discipline in the family environment is expected to be able to influence children's personalities for the better. This research was conducted in Surabayan Village, Sukodadi District, Lamongan Regency involving 52 parents who have children aged 7 to 9 years. The research method uses a quantitative approach method with the aim of determining the influence of self-discipline character cultivation on children's personality in the family environment of Surabayan Village, Sukodadi District, Lamongan Regency. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale. In this study, the data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of instilling the character of self-discipline in the family environment on the personality of children in Surabayan village, Sukodadi district, Lamongan districtKedisiplinan adalah nilai yang baik dalam pembentukan karakter agar seseorang dapat mengatur dirinya sendiri menjadi orang yang baik. Penanaman karakter disiplin diri di lingkungan keluarga diharapkan mampu mempengaruhi kepribadian anak menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan Desa Surabayan, Kecamatan Sukodadi, Kabupaten Lamongan dengan melibatkan 52 orang tua yang memiliki anak-anak usia 7 hingga 9 tahun. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penanaman karakter disiplin diri terhadap kepribadian anak di lingkungan keluarga Desa Surabayan Kecamatan Sukodadi Kabupaten Lamongan. Instumen penelitian berupa angket/kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pada penelitian ini metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Adanya perubahan teknologi membawa dampak signifikan terhadap cara manusia menyimpan informasi, media arsip tradisional seperti kertas, foto-foto cetak, dan rekaman fisik dapat menghadapi risiko kerusakan atau kehilangan akibat bencana alam, kebakaran, atau pencurian. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi masyarakat untuk memahami dan mengadopsi media arsip digital sebagai alternatif yang lebih aman dan mudah dikelola. Alih media arsip ke format digital memungkinkan akses yang lebih mudah dan cepat terhadap informasi. Kesadaran ini perlu ditumbuhkan dan dibiasakan sejak dini, dan hal ini dapat dimulai dari lingkungan terkecil yaitu keluarga. Ibu, sebagai salah satu anggota keluarga mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam membiasakan penyimpana arsip keluarga. Pentingnya alih media arsip keluarga dilakukan kepada Ibu-Ibu wali siswa FKS RA Cahya Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Dipilih ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak usia balita, ibu-ibu ini masih di rentang usia 25-40 tahun, sehingga diharapkan masuk pada kategori masyarakat yang melek teknologi. Sehingga kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini tepat sasaran dan diharapkan akan berlanjut kebiasaan sadar arsip di masyarakat, yaitu ibu-ibu wali siswa FKS RA Cahya dapat secara mandiri melakukan alih media arsip keluarga diwaktu selanjutnya
EFEK APLIKASI CANGKANG KERANG HIJAU TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN JAGUNG MANIS (Zea mays saccharata Sturt)

Dilakukan di kebun percobaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta (Januari–April 2022), penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan lima perlakuan CKH (0, 5, 10, 15, dan 20 g/tanaman) serta pupuk dasar (urea, SP-36, KCl). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemberian CKH tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan, namun CKH 20 g/tanaman menunjukkan tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun tertinggi

Get PDFThis study aims to test and analyze repurchase intention on Tokopedia through testing the level of service quality, trust and satisfaction electronically. Through the sampling technique, purposive sampling obtained electronic respondents in this study as many as one hundred and fifty-one people. This research with a quantitative approach uses the SEM-PLS analysis technique with the Smart PLS4 test tool. The hypothesis used in this study is that service quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction, trust has a significant positive effect on satisfaction and satisfaction has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention on Tokopedia. All tests conducted on customers/respondents are carried out online (electronically). Testing using Smart PLS4 in this study to test the validity and reliability of the instruments used and stated that all statement items are valid and the research instrument (questionnaire) is stated to be reliable. The test results show that the better the quality of service to customers will increase customer satisfaction electronically. The high level of customer trust in Tokopedia will also increase customer satisfaction electronically. The higher the level of customer satisfaction encourages customers to make electronic repurchases on Tokopedia. The results of this study can be used as a reference source that Tokopedia is still the public's destination for shopping as an e-commerce platform that has the ability to provide good, quality, safe and satisfying services, especially results that can be recommended on product points and service delivery
