EVALUASI KINERJA PEMERINTAHAN DESA DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI PADA MASYARAKAT
Pelayanan merupakan rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, sehingga pemerintah desa Kalianget Timur sebagai penyelenggara layanan untuk masyarakat desa, dalam penyelenggaraan dan pengelolaan layanan wajib berpedoman pada Undang-Undang Nomor 25 tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menekankan kepada evaluasi kinerja pemerintahan desa dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi pada masyarakat di Desa Kalianget Timur. Tujuanpenelitian adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi kinerja pemerintahan desa dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi pada masyarakat di Desa Kalianget Timur. Metode penelitian deskreptif kualitatif, dengan fokus penelitian yaitu 1) Menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan sikap saling pengertian antara aparatur tentang persyaratan kinerja, 2) Mencatat dan mengakui hasil kerja seorang aparatur, 3) Memberikan peluang kepada karyawan untuk mendiskusikan keinginan dan aspirasinya dan meningkatkan kepedulian terhadap karier atau pekerjaan yang diembannya sekarang, 4) Mendefinisikan atau merumuskan kembali sasaran masa depan, 5) Memeriksa rencana pelaksanaan dan pengembangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kinerja yang baik, hal ini terlihat dari kuantitas kerja yang dapat diselesaikan dan kualitas kerja yang cepat dan akurat, termasuk juga dalam kinerja pelaksanaan kegiatan desa, telah mempunyai kategori yang baik, yaitu Pemerintah Desa Kalinaget Timur benar-benar menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan sikap saling pengertian paratur ditunjukkan dengan senantiasa membangun sinergritas antar aparat desa, selanjutnya senantiasa mengapresiasi kinerja aparat dengan baik, serta memberikan kesempatan kepada aparatur untuk mendiskusikan keinginan dan aspirasi aparat dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan, termasuk pelayanan administrasi maupun pengelolaan keuangan desa, juga selalu melakukan evaluasi dalam setiap tahunnya pada pelayanan dan kegiatan desa serta melakukan perencanaan baik secara administrasi maupun perencanaan anggaran desa, selain itu adalah melakukan evaluasi dan pengawasan internal terhadap pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan kegiatan yang dilakukan aparat desa.

SISTEM INFORMASI DATA INTEGRASI DESA BERDAYA (DIGDAYA) DALAM MENDUKUNG PENGELOLAAN DATA KEPENDUDUKAN
Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 mengharuskan pengembangan sistem informasi desa oleh pemerintah daerah. Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD) memainkan peran kunci dalam inovasi desa. Salah satu inovatifnya adalah Sistem Informasi DIGDAYA, yang bertujuan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan data daninformasi di desa, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan memberikan pelayanan yang efektif dan relevan. DIGDAYA mengintegrasikan berbagai jenis data kependudukan untuk mendukung pengelolaan data dan pembangunan di desa, meningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas informasi, serta transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem informasi data integritas desa berdaya (digdaya) dalam mendukung pengelolaan data kependudukan (studi di dinas pemberdayaan masyarakat dan desa kabupaten sumenep) Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya sistem informasi desa data integritas desa berdaya (DIGDAYA) telah membantu desa dalam mempermudah pengelolaan data kependudukan dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. data seperti jumlah penduduk, data kelahiran, kematian, dan informasi lain yang relevan dapat diakses dan dikelola dengan lebih mudah.. Berdasarkan hal tersebut bahwa adanya digdaya telah mempermudah dalam melakukan perencanaan pengawasan dan pengarahan,meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas, meningkatkan produktivitas, dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia.

PERAN FATAYAT NU DALAM GERAKAN LITERASI POLITIK PADA PEMILU 2024 DI KABUPATEN SUMENEP
Politik adalah salah satu instrument menciptakan kehidupan yang sejahtera dan berkeadilan, terlepas dari itu, peran laki-laki dan perempuan harus memilikki sinergi yang kuat untuk memciptakan kebijakan yang tidak mendeskriminasi salah satu pihak. Selain itu, keterwakilan perempuan dalam eksekutif dan legislatif masih minim. Hal ini menunjukkan masih rendahnya partisipasi perempuan dalam sektor politik. Maka dari kasus yang terjadi di lapangan maka akan banyak menimbulkan beberapa pertanyaan dan permasalahan. Salah satunya terkait peran organisasi kemasyarakatan (fatayat NU). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran fatayat NU dalam kegiatan politik di kabupaten Sumenep. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Gerakan litrasi politik ini dilakukan sebagai salah satu usaha untuk memberikan pemahaman politik kepada publik untuk menciptakan pemilu yang memiliki kredibilitas, sehingga terciptalah demokrasi yang bermartabat. Gerakan literasipolitik ini mampu melahirkan komunikator politik di masyarakat, hal ini berdampakpada percepatan membumikan pemahaman politik di masyarakat sehingga hal tersebutakan menciptakan masyarakat yang melek politik. Hal ini berdampak padameningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kontestasi pemilu.

Pengaruh Word of Mouth dan Content Marketing Terhadap Repurchase Intention melalui Consumer Satisfaction sebagai Variabel Intervening
In marketing, companies are required to be able to market the products they produce, so that consumers are interested in making purchases. This research aims to research and analyze the influence word of mouth And content marketing to repurchase intention with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative with the population, namely consumers who have made purchases at Seblak Piscok Montok, and the sample in this study was 128 people. The results of this research show that word of mouth And content marketing influence on consumer satisfaction. Word of mouth proven to have an effect on repurchase intention. content marketing has no effect on repurchase intention. Consumer satisfaction influence on repurchase intention. Consumer satisfaction proven to mediate influence word of mouth to repurchase intention as well as consumer satisfaction proven to mediate influence content marketing to repurchase intention.Dalam pemasaran perusahaan dituntut harus mampu memasarkan produk yang dihasilkan, sehingga konsumen tertarik untuk melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menganalisis pengaruh word of mouth dan content marketing terhadap repurchase intention dengan consumer satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi yaitu konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Seblak Piscok Montok, dan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 128 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa word of mouth dan content marketing berpengaruh terhadap consumer satisfaction. Word of mouth terbukti berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention. content marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention. Consumer satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention. Consumer satisfaction terbukti memediasi pengaruh word of mouth terhadap repurchase intention serta consumer satisfaction terbukti memediasi pengaruh content marketing terhadap repurchase intention
KEWAJIBAN ADVOKAT MEMBERI BANTUAN HUKUM PRODEO BAGI WARGA MISKIN
The obligation of advocates to provide free legal assistance (prodeo) is a crucial instrument to ensure the principle of access to justice for the poor. Although normatively regulated in Article 22 of Law Number 18 of 2003 on Advocates and reinforced by Law Number 16 of 2011 on Legal Aid, its implementation has yet to reflect substantive justice. The legal issue addressed in this study lies in the gap between ideal legal norms and practical realities, where prodeo legal assistance remains ineffective due to weak professional commitment, limited institutional support, and low legal literacy among the poor. This study aims to analyze the legal basis of advocates' obligation to provide prodeo legal aid, evaluate its practical implementation, and propose solutions to the challenges encountered. This research uses a normative-empirical legal method. The results show that the implementation of the prodeo obligation still faces structural and cultural obstacles, such as lack of oversight, underperformance of professional organizations, uneven distribution of legal aid institutions, and insufficient awareness among advocates and the public regarding the right to legal aid. To overcome these issues, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, provide appropriate incentives, enhance the capacity of legal aid institutions, and expand public legal education. These efforts represent not only a normative legal obligation but also a constitutional and moral responsibility to realize justice that is inclusive and accessible to all citizens
PERSEPSI DAN SIKAP MAJELIS ULAMA INDONESIA (MUI) TERHADAP SOUND HOREG SERTA KRITIK TERHADAP BUDAYA LOKAL
The phenomenon of using high-capacity sound systems known as “sound horeg” at entertainment events, folk festivals, or commercial activities in Indonesia has sparked various debates. Its existence often causes controversy among Indonesians, especially after the issuance of a fatwa declaring it haram by the MUI. The MUI, as a religious organization that has a major impact in providing perspectives on social and community issues or polemics, has also responded to the prohibition and practice of using sound horeg. The purpose of this study is to analyze the MUI's views and attitudes towards the prohibition of sound horeg and to evaluate the impact of these attitudes on the preservation of local culture in Indonesia. This research applies a document analysis method by utilizing official MUI statements and relevant regulations, as well as conducting a comprehensive literature review on the issue of sound horeg, religious social dynamics, and local culture in Indonesia.

PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) DAN DEWAN KOMISARIS, DIREKSI, KOMITE AUDIT TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA PERUSAHAAN KELOMPOK BANK MODAL INTI 1-4 DI INDONESIA
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of CSR, Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Audit Committee on the profitability of banking companies in Indonesia which are classified as core capital 1-4 bank groups during the 2021-2023 period. Quantitative methodology is used through multiple linear regression analysis by testing through the relationship between variables. The results showed that CSR, Board of Commissioners, and Audit Committee did not have a significant influence on ROA, indicating a suboptimal role in supporting profitability. In contrast, the Board of Directors showed a significant positive effect on ROA, signaling the importance of their role in strategic decision-making and the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). This study concludes that the effectiveness of CSR and corporate governance requires improvement to have a more tangible impact on corporate financial performance. The implications of these results emphasize the need for a more integrated CSR strategy and improved quality of supervision by the Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee
THE INFLUENCE OF CUSTOMER PREFERENCES FOR MURABAHAH FINANCING PRODUCTS TOWARD PURCHASING DECISIONS AT PT PERMODALAN NASIONAL MADANI ACEH AND THEIR IMPACT ON WORD OF MOUTH
This study aims to analyze the influence of customers’ cultural preference factors on purchase decisions, the influence of psychological preference factors on purchase decisions, the influence of personal preference factors on purchase decisions, the influence of cultural preference factors on word of mouth, the influence of psychological preference factors on word of mouth, the influence of personal preference factors on word of mouth, the influence of cultural preference factors on word of mouth through purchase decisions, the influence of psychological preference factors on word of mouth through purchase decisions, and the influence of personal preference factors on word of mouth through purchase decisions in the ULaMM program at PT PNM Aceh Branch. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach on ULaMM product customers at PT PNM Aceh Branch. The study population consisted of all ULaMM customers, totaling 815, with a sample of 121 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data collected were analyzed using exploratory analysis with the help of SmartPLS. The results revealed that cultural factors have a significant influence on purchase decisions, psychological factors have a significant influence on purchase decisions, and personal factors also significantly influence purchase decisions. Furthermore, cultural factors significantly influence word of mouth, psychological factors significantly influence word of mouth, and personal factors significantly influence word of mouth. Moreover, cultural factors significantly influence word of mouth through purchase decisions, psychological factors significantly influence word of mouth through purchase decisions, and personal factors significantly influence word of mouth through purchase decisions
TRANSFER PRICING, KOMPENSASI RUGI FISKAL, FINANCIAL DISTRESS, KONEKSI POLITIK DAN KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL TERHADAP AGRESIVITAS PAJAK
This study aims to determine the effect of transfer pricing, fiscal loss compensation, financial distress, political connections and institutional ownership on tax aggressiveness. The data used in this study are quantitative and secondary data obtained from the company's annual report using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study used 66 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2023. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression with SPSS 27. The results showed that the transfer pricing, political connection and institutional ownership variable had no effect on tax aggressiveness, while the fiscal loss compensation variable and financial distress had a positive influence on tax aggressiveness
PENGARUH GREEN ACCOUNTING, MEDIA EXPOSURE DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP AGRESIVITAS PAJAK
This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Accounting, Media Exposure, and Leverage on Tax Aggressiveness in Healthcare sector companies for the period 2019-2023. The research method used is quantitative with analysis techniques (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS. This study uses secondary data sourced from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the study indicate that Leverage has a positive and significant effect on Tax Aggressiveness, which means that the higher the leverage of a company, the more aggressive its tax strategy. Meanwhile, Green Accounting has a negative relationship with Tax Aggressiveness, but the effect is not significant, so it cannot be concluded that the implementation of Green Accounting actually suppresses tax aggressiveness. Media Exposure also does not show a significant effect on Tax Aggressiveness, which indicates that media attention does not necessarily affect the company's tax policy. The conclusion of this study is that leverage is the main factor in determining the company's tax aggressiveness, while Green Accounting and Media Exposure have not been proven to have a significant effect. Therefore, further research can explore other factors that have the potential to influence tax aggressiveness more comprehensively
