Folüerung in Rot, fol. 1—2 oben am Rand der Versoseiten, fol. 3 mitten am Rand der Rektoseite. Die ursprüngliche Zusammengehörigkeit der Bll. 1—2 einerseits und 3—4 andererseits nicht absolut sicher; jedenfalls stammen die Bll. aus derselben Werkstatt.
