Peran Kyai Dalam Mediasi Untuk Penyelesaian Konflik Pasca Pernikahan Dini Di Madura
Islam menganjurkan untuk upaya saling (ishlah) damai apabila terjadi persengketaan dengan mendatangkan perantara (hakam) atau mediator manakala terjadi persengketaan di dalam rumah tangga. Mediasi tidak hanya dilakukan secara integral di Pengadilan Agama, Mahkamah Agung dapat membuka pintu mediasi di luar Peradilan Agama melalui optimalisasi peran BP4 dan mendirikan lembaga-lembaga mediasi yang terakreditasi oleh Mahkamah Agung. Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam khususnya Fakultas Syari’ah dan Hukum dapat ditunjuk sebagai lembaga yang kompeten menangani mediasi, baik mediator maupun lembaga penyelenggara pelatihan. Lembaga mediasi dapat pula berdiri di Pesantren-pesantren. Para ulama dan kyai dapat berperan sebagai mediator bagi para pihak yang memilik sengketa keperdataan. Keterlibatan ulama dan kyai menjadi mediator didasarkan atas pendapat para ulama tafsir yang mensyaratkan bahwa seorang juru damai (mediator) memiliki beberapa syarat, diantaranya Khauf, Taqwa, Faqih dan juga faham terhadap masalah yang sedang disengketakan. Para kyai dan ulama adalah sosok yang dipandang memiliki kualifikasi tersebut dan kharisma yang mampu bisa mempengaruhi para pihak yang bertikai. Keberadaan seorang kyai bisa menjadi perantara untuk mendamaikan pihak-pihak yang bersengketa sejalan dengan ajaran Islam, dengan mengadukan masalah kepada kyai. Selain itu permusuhan kedua belah pihak menjadi lebih berkurang. Hal ini lebih baik dan ringan daripada perkara sampai ke Pengadilan dan diputus dengan suatu putusan, karena biasanya pihak tergugat dikalahkan didalam pelaksanaan putusan yang harus dilaksanakan secara terpaksa
Impact of Gastrodiplomacy on the Decision Making Process of Sociopreneurs
Food undeniably is a basic necessity of man, representing our history and culture. Beyond being vital for man’s survival, it is interwoven with political and economic development. In recent times, Food has continued to gain increasing prominence in the international scheme of things giving rise to what is term gastrodiplomacy. This article explores the contemporary field of gastrodiplomacy albeit limited literature, while testing the hypothesis that “There is no impact of perceived importance of gastrodiplomacy on the decision making process of sociopreneurs” at 5% level of significance. Data was collected with the aid of an online questionnaire which was sent to a Social Media group with an estimated number of 25 sociopreneurs from within and outside the ASEAN community. 9 of 10 responses received were completed correctly and used for this study. Results from the analysis revealed that the perceived importance of gastrodiplomacy by sociopreneurs and the influence of gastrodiplomacy on their decision making process are positively correlated and statistically significant. The further implications and contributions of this study are discussed
MUI and Its Fatwa: The Articulation of Modern Authority in a Religious Democracy of Indonesia
Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI) has been politically the most influential religious organization in Indonesia since its initial establishment in 1975. By issuing a series of fatwa, this organization has religiously encouraged Indonesian Muslim to behave and take any decision within their life in accordance with Islamic stipulation based on the institutional interpretation. Though known and widely accepted as legal opinion on religious issues, one of among the most controversial fatwa recently issued by the MUI was, in fact, related to the civil participation in the last but most contentious general election. The fatwa theologically declared a religious status of being abstain (golput) in the election; that is religiously disallowed (haram). By referring to the statistic data of golput, it is shockingly evidenced that the fatwa has somehow influenced Muslim voters to use their civil rights properly in this presidential election.Considering those startling facts, this paper aims to see how religious precepts are efficaciously employed by MUI to endorse the democratic system of Indonesia. Through broader analytical observation on the dynamic of MUI’s political movement in the light of Menchikian periodization of MUI’s authority, I argued that modern strategies, such as those including mass mobilization, lobbying, and coercive power, are currently applied to claim their authority amid Indonesian society
Masyarakat Modern dan Kenakalan Remaja: Suatu Telaah Sosial
This study tried to assess the problem of juvenile delinquency that lately rife in society. Delinquency is conducted diverse, ranging from the mild to the delinquency that led to the criminal delinquency. Even more worrying is the increasing numbers of teenagers who went to prison for his actions that lead to crime, from drugs, murder, and teenage prostitutes.This research uses a qualitative approach. Collecting data in this study derived from statistical data regarding juvenile delinquency contained in East Java, where the data is contained in adolescents aged 21 years and below the Prisoners, but it is also supported by the literature that supports the research.From the data found in 2015, the number of child convicts at the end of the year reached 127 people, then increased at the end of 2016 to 137 child prisoners, at the end of 2017 experienced a significant increase reaching 195 prisoners, then at the end of 2018 and 2019 decreased by 186 and 143 child convicts, respectively, with cases dominated by drug abuse as much as 51 percent where drug users and addicts are still children or adolescents under 19 years. Followed by cases of prostitution, gangsters, ect. The cause of juvenile delinquency can be caused by various factors, other than self-defense of the weak and family factors. Delinquency also be due to lack of ability of adjustment to the social environment, westernization, economic problems, and a basic lack of faith and religious values as a bastion of self
Error Analysis on Voicing Sounds Uttered by English Department Students at State Islamic Institute of Madura
English pronunciation is unique and said as badly spelled. The difference between what has been written with what they should pronounce is a vital factor. This study is aimed at finding out the error in pronouncing the voiced and voiceless sounds made by the students of Tadris Bahasa Inggris IAIN Madura. The study uses a descriptive design with qualitative data. The population is second-semester students who are taking pronunciation subject in C class with 32 students. The result shows that of 10 minimal pairs tested to the students, the percentage students who can pronounce the words correctly is that 37% students for 1st minimal pairs, 81% for 2nd one, 31% for 3rd one, 50% for 4th one, for 5th one 31% in the word 'laugh' and 87% in the word 'love', 21% for 6th one, for the 7th one 6% in the word 'measure' and 18% in the word 'sure', for the 8th one 9% in the word 'stronger' and 84% in the word 'stranger', for the 9th one 21% in the word 'eyes' and 93% in the word 'rats' and 31% in the word 'buses', for the 10th one 31% in the word 'robbed' and 31% in the word 'washed' and 12% in the word 'needed'. It can be concluded that most of the students are not aware of voicing sounds in English pronunciation. It is suggested that giving drill of minimal pairs and introducing them to places and manners of articulation might be able to improve their awareness to produce correct pronunciation
Pembacaan Surah Al-Ikhlash dalam Tradisi Shamadiyah di Kampung Krepek Bangkes Kadur Pamekasan
One of living tradition in Bangkes, Kadur, Pamekasan, is Shamadiyah forum where members read Surah al-Ikhlash. This research aims to observe the practice using qualitative method with phenomenological approach. It uses observation, interviews and documentation as data compilation technique while phenomenological approach. it uses observavation, interviews and documentation as data compilation technique while the analysis is throung descriptive-explanatory. Checking the data validity using extended participation, persistent observations and triangulation, it reveals two results: (1) Shamadiyah is a forum after seven to forty days of anyones’s death. Fellows of the forum read Surah al-Ikhlash 100,000 times in a certain period of time using tools such as stationery or the likes to be sent later to the tomb. (2) The recitation implies a wish that it can atone for the deceased’s sins as fida’an min al-nar. The community believes that reading Surah al-Ikhlash in that condition can send blessings to the deceased so that it can atone the grave’s torture and his/her sins
Cadar dan Resepsi Al-Quran pada Mahasiswi IAIN Madura: Analisis pada Surah Al-Ahzab (33) Ayat 59 dan Al-Nur (24) Ayat 31 dalam Kitab Tafsir Al-Azhar
Niqab which was known by Arabs before Islam currrently became a dress choice for other Muslimah. Use of niqab among female students at IAIN Madura increased year by year. Thus, the reason related to its use was a question of this paper. This study employed qualitative method with descriptive phenomenological approach. While the data were collected by using observation, interview and documentation technique. Some informants involved were female students whose wear niqab, lecturers and other students. Triangulation was used as data validation method. This study found that some reasons of wearing niqab among female students are the belief of self-dignity, self-guide, and the feel of self-peaceful. On the other hand, female students with niqab encountered stereotypical experiences such as judged as terrorist and being discriminated by their family and surroundings
Penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif Model Numbered Head Together dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Pembelajaran PKn Siswa Kelas VI SDN Tanjung Kecamatan Saronggi
Abstrak Sudah seyogyanya kegiatan belajar mengajar juga lebih mempertimbangkan siswa. Siswa bukan sebuah botol kosong yang bisa diisi dengan muatan-muatan informasi apa saja yang dianggasp perlu oleh guru. Selain itu, alur proses belajar tidak harus berasal dari guru menuju siswa. Siswa bisa juga saling mengajar dengan sesama siswa yang lainnya. Bahkan, banyak penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengajaran oleh rekan sebaya (peer teaching) ternyata lebih efektif dari pada pengajaran oleh guru. system pengajaran yang memberikan kesempatan kepada anak didik untuk bekerjasama dengan sesame siswa dalam tugas –tugas yang terstruktur disebut sebagai system “ pembelajaran gotong royong” atau cooperative learning” Dalam system ini, guru bertindak sebagai fasilitator. Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahn (a) Apakah pembelajaran kooperatif model Numbered Head Together berpengaruhi terhadap hasil belajar PKN ? (b) seberapa tinggi tingkat penguasaan materi pelajaran PKn dengan diterapkannya metode pembelajaran kooperatif model Numbered Head Together. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (a) ingin mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif model Numbered Head Together terhadap hasil belajar pelajaran PKn setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran kooperatif model Numbered Head Together. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak tiga putaran. Setiap putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu : rancanan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi dan r efisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SDN Tanjung Kecamatan Saronggi Kabupaten Sumenp pada semester I Tahun pelajaran 2016-2017 data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analis didapatkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus III yaitu, siklus I (67,44%), siklus II (81,39%), siklus III (94,74%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran kooperatif dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VI SDN Tanjung Kecamatan Saronggi Kabupaten Sumenp pada semester I Tahun pelajaran 2016-2017 serta model pembelajarasn ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternative pembelajaran Kewarganegaran Kata Kunci : Kooperatif, NHT, Hasil Pembelajara
PENANAMAN NILAI-NILAI NASIONALISME MELALUI MATA PELAJARAN IPS TERPADU DI SMPI NURUT-TAUFIQ PANGLEGUR PAMEKASAN
ABSTRAKDiera globalisasi, dengan masuknya budaya asing ke Indonesia menyebabkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme bangsa kian menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis cara guru mata pelajaran IPS SMPI Nurut-Taufiq menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme pada mata pelajaran IPS, mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai nasionalisme yang terkandung dalam mata pelajaran IPS, mengidentifikasi persepsi siswa SMPI Nurut-Taufiq tentang nilai-nilai nasionalisme. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) cara guru mata pelajaran IPS dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme pada mata pelajaran IPS yaitu dengan mengaitkan setiap materi IPS dengan hal yang dapat menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme, melalui kebiasaan dan keteladanan, menggunakan media visual, dan melalui kegiatan- kegiatan diluar kelas. sedangkan faktor penghambat dalam penanaman nilai-nilai nasionalisme yaitu kurangnya fasilitas yang dimiliki sekolah. 2) nilai nasionalisme yang terkandung dalam mata pelajaran IPS yaitu: nilai sosial, nilai perjuangan, dan nilai persatuan. 3) persepsi siswa tentang nilai-nilai nasionalisme adalah bahwa tertanamnya nilai-nilai nasionalisme dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator yaitu, perasaan cinta terhadap tanah air, keinginan membela Indonesia. Nilai nasionalisme merupakan paham yang telah dicontohkan oleh para pahlawan lewat kesetiaannya dalam membela Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Nilai-nilai Nasionalisme, Mata Pelajaran IP
Peran Guru Dalam Mendidik Akhlak Anak Usia Dini (Studi Kasus di RA Miftahul Ulum Ragang Kecamatan Waru Pamekasan)
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, cara guru dalam mendidik akhlak anak di RA Miftahul Ulum Desa Ragang Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Pamekasan. a) memberikan contoh dan teladan yang baik kepada anak. b) memberi keteladanan sejak dini. c) mendidik melalui ucapan dan perbuatan. . Kedua, faktor- faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang di hadapi guru dalam mendidik ahkhlak anak di RA Miftahul Ulum Desa Ragang Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Pamekasan. faktor pendukungnya adalah a) karena memang sudah kewajiban dan tanggung jawab seorang guru. b) dukungan dari keluarga. c) lingkungan sekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah: a) karena kesibukan orang tua. b) lingkungan. c) media massa. Ketiga: cara mengatasi faktor penghambat yang di hadapi guru dalam mendidik akhlak anak di RA Miftahul Ulum Desa Ragang Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Pamekasan. a) ketika anak kurang kasih sayag dari orang tua, guru harus memberi perhatian yang lebih kepada anak didiknya. b) orang tua haus mengawasi anak didiknya agar tidak salah dalam bergaul. c) ketika anak sedang menonton TV orang tua harus mengusahakan agar anak tidak menonton hal-hal yang berdampak negatif
