PENGEMBANGAN MESIN PEMISAH KULIT POLONG KACANG HIJAU UNTUK PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS DAN EFISIENSI PEMISAHAN BIJI
Penelitian ini berfokus pada modifikasi mesin pemisah kulit polong kacang hijau dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas proses pemisahan, yang penting dalam pengolahan biji kacang hijau. Modifikasi ini mencakup perancangan ulang komponen dan mekanisme mesin, serta mengoptimalkan putaran mesin. Pada tahap eksperimen, mesin diuji pada putaran 350 rpm, 425 rpm, dan 500 rpm. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa putaran mesin terbaik adalah 350 rpm, dengan kapasitas pemisahan 54 kg/jam, dan efisiensi tertinggi dalam memisahkan biji kacang hijau dari kulit polong. Persentase biji kacang hijau yang utuh dan terpisah dari kulit polong mencapai 90%, dan biji dicampur dengan bahan lain. Mesin ini dapat berfungsi sebagai solusi komersial untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas pengolahan biji kacang hijau. Hasil positif ini meningkatkan peran teknologi dalam mendukung sektor agroindustri dan pertanian, dan melalui pengolahan biji kacang hijau yang lebih efisien dan berkualitas, dapat berdampak positif pada ekonomi dan keberlanjutan lingkungan.The objective of this study is to improve the quality and efficiency of the verification process which is crucial for processing green bean seeds by upgrading the green bean skin separating machine. This change entails improving engine rotation in addition to changing engine mechanics and parts. The engine was tested at 350 rpm, 425 rpm, and 500 rpm during the experimental phase. According to the data, 350 rpm is the ideal engine speed for separating green bean seeds from the pod skin, with a differential capacity of 54 kg/hour. When ninety percent of the green bean seeds are undamaged and out of the pod skin, they are combined with other components. This machine may serve as a commercial solution to improve the quality and efficiency of processing green bean seeds. These encouraging outcomes highlight how important technology is to the agro-industrial and agricultural sectors. By processing green bean seeds more effectively and of higher quality, technology may also assist the environment and the economy
Potensi Oleoresin Gulma Daun Siam (Chromolaena odorata) pada Mortalitas Hama Lalat Buah (Bactrocera cucurbitae) pada Uji in-vitro
Fruit flies are the main pests that attack various types of fruit vegetables and fruits that can caused a damage in the quality and quantity of production. Fruit flies controlling by chemical insecticides is common to use nowadays, but excessive use of chemical insecticides has a negative impact on the health and environment. One alternative to control the fruit flies is using oleoresins of Chromolaena odorata leaf. This study aims to determine the effect of C. Odorata leaf oleoresin on increasing the mortality of fruit fly pests (Bactrocera cucurbitae). This research used an experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) which had 6 treatment levels, namely: N0 (Aquadest), N1 (Oleoresins 2%), N2 (Oleoresins 4%), N3 (Oleoresins 6%), N4 (Oleoresins 8%), N5 (Oleoresins 10%), was replicated 4 times so there were 24 experimental units. The results showed that the application of C. Odorata leaf oleoresin had no sigificant effect on mortality percentage and mortality rates, but oleoresin had the potential to increasing fruit fly mortality as concentrations increased. It is necessary to test the increasing concentration of oleoresin > 10% to control fruit fly pests
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PARTICIPATORY LEADERSHIP STYLE IN MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MSMES) (CASE ON SANJAI NITTA'S ENTERPRISE)
Sanjai Nitta adalah usaha kecil yang memproduksi dan menjual produk olahan singkong. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, perusahaan ini menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif yang memungkinkan perusahaan Sanjai Nitta dapat bertahan melewati kondisi sulit selama pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat penerapan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap karyawan dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan Sanjai Nitta karena memiliki toko yang sering dikunjungi wisatawan dan merupakan salah satu yang paling populer dalam menjual makanan khas Sumatera Barat. Dengan menggunakan metode survei, wawancara dilakukan kepada semua karyawan yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menejer Usaha Sanjai Nitta dinilai telah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang partisipatif dan tingkat kinerja karyawan yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan yang positif antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan tingkat kinerja karyawan pada Usaha Sanjai Nitta. Sanjai Nitta is an small enterprise that produces and sells processed cassava products. In carrying out its business, this company applies a participatory leadership style that allows Sanjai Nitta's company to survive through difficult conditions during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to assess the level of application of participatory leadership styles to employees and their effect on employee performance. This research was conducted at Sanjai Nitta's enterprise because it has a shop that is often visited by tourists and is one of the most popular in selling West Sumatran specialities. Using the survey method, interviews were conducted with all 30 employees. Data were analyzed using quantitative analysis. The results showed that the manager of Sanjai Nitta enterprise was considered to have implemented a participative leadership style and a high level of employee performance. The results also prove that there is a positive significant relationship between leadership style and employee performance levels
ANALISIS INTEGRASI PASAR LADA DI PROVINSI LAMPUNG DENGAN PASAR INTERNASIONAL
Pepper is one of the plantation commodities traded in the international market. The price of pepper at the producer level is determined by the market price of pepper on the world market. This research aims to analyze the market integration between the Lampung Province pepper market and the international market. This study uses secondary data in the form of monthly pepper prices at the producer level of Lampung Province, the domestic market of Lampung Province and the international market for the period January 2013 - December 2020. The data analysis uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The results showed that there was integration between the pepper market at the producer level of Lampung Province, the domestic market of Lampung Province and the international market in the long and short term, but the price changes that occurred could not be conveyed perfectly between markets due to the adjustment time in each market in response. price changes that occur.Lada merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan perkebunan yang diperdagangkan di pasar internasional. Harga lada di tingkat produsen sangat ditentukan oleh harga pasar lada di pasar dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis integrasi pasar antara pasar lada Provinsi Lampung dengan pasar internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data bulanan harga lada di tingkat produsen Provinsi Lampung, pasar domestik Provinsi Lampung dan pasar internasional periode Januari 2013 - Desember 2020. Analisis data menggunakan model Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi integrasi antara pasar lada di tingkat produsen Provinsi Lampung, pasar domestik Provinsi Lampung dan pasar internasional dalam jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek, namun perubahan harga yang terjadi belum dapat disampaikan secara sempurna antar pasar disebabkan oleh adanya waktu penyesuaian pada tiap pasar dalam merespon perubahan harga yang terjadi
BAKTERI PENYERAP LOGAM TIMBAL (Pb) DARI SEDIMEN DAN KERANG HIJAU, DI LAUT BANYU URIP UJUNG PANGKAH, GRESIK
Green mussels (Perna viridis) in Banyu Urip Village, Ujung Pangkah Gresik District, have great potential to be developed due to the abundant availability of seeds in nature, easy cultivation methods, namely using floating net cages and step nets, and high market demand. One of the issues with green mussels is the high content of the heavy metal Lead (Pb) in their flesh, which is caused by heavy metal accumulation in the waters. The goal of this study was to isolate, characterize, and test the ability of heavy metal Lead-Pb bacteria to biosorb heavy metal Pb in post-harvest green mussels from sediments and green mussels in the Banyu urip Ujung Pangkah Gresik Sea. The stages of the research included sampling, isolation, macroscopic and microscopic characterization, in vitro testing of Pb heavy metal absorbent. The results showed 6 bacterial isolates, namely two from green mussels coded K1 and K2 and 4 bacterial isolates from marine sediments coded S1, S2, S3 and S4. The six bacterial isolates obtained macroscopic and microscopic characteristics and have been shown in vitro to be able to grow in Nutrient agar enriched 0.8 mg/L Pb(NO3)2
EVALUATION OF WATER QUALITY FOR THE NILE FISH-FLOATING NET CAGE AQUACULTURE SYSTEM AT BANGKA BELITUNG UNIVERSITY
The water quality feasibility is an important factor in aquaculture activities and increasing the productivity of cultivated fish. The Bangka Belitung University (UBB) is developing nile fish cultivation in earthen ponds using a floating net cage system. However, there has been no study related to the quality of water in earthen ponds that can be used to determine the feasibility of using these ponds for fish farming, especially nile fish. This study aimed to evaluate the water quality for the nile fish-floating net cage aquaculture system at Bangka Belitung University. The physical and chemical parameters observed were pH, temperature, DO, BOD, COD, NH3-N, PO4-P, NO3-N, NO2-N, NH3, C-organic, and minerals. Measurements of fish performance were observed in the form of SR, ADG, SGR, absolute growth (length and weight), and FCR. The results showed that in general the water quality of the earthen pond of UBB was still feasible for nile fish cultivation which produced SR (100%), ADG (0.20 g/day), SGR (2.18%/day), and FCR (1, 3). Water quality engineering can be done by adding a water wheel to increase the concentration of dissolved oxygen and also reduce the activity of Fe and other minerals that cause acidity and inhibit the growth rate of nile fis
Analysis of the Economic Efficiency of Using Production Factors in Rice Farming in Pemayung District, Batanghari Regency
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui gambaran umum usahatani padi sawah dataran rendah, 2) Menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan faktor produksi terhadap produksi padi sawah dataran rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 68 petani. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan usahatani padi sawah dataran rendah secara umum menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan faktor produksi terhadap produksi padi sawah dataran rendah adalah regresi linier berganda dengan fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa usahatani padi sawah dataran rendah di Kecamatan Pemayung Kabupaten Batang Hari merupakan kegiatan usahatani berskala kecil yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari dengan benih lokal serta penggunaan pupuk dan pestisida yang belum optimal. Faktor produksi berupa luas lahan, benih, pupuk urea, pestisida dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi padi sawah dataran rendah. Sedangkan faktor produksi berupa pupuk NPK tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi padi dataran rendah.This research aims to: 1) Understand the general description of lowland rice farming, 2) Analyze the influence of the use of production factors on lowland rice production. This study uses primary data. The sampling method used simple random sampling method with a total of 68 farmers as respondents. The analytical method used to describe lowland rice farming in general uses descriptive qualitative analysis, while to determine the effect of the use of production factors on lowland rice production is multiple linear regression with the Cobb-Douglas production function. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is found that lowland rice farming in Pemayung District, Batang Hari Regency is a small-scale farming activity which aims to meet daily living needs with local seeds and the use of fertilizers and pesticides which is not yet optimal. Production factors in the form of land area, seeds, urea fertilizer, pesticides and labor have a significant effect on lowland rice production. Meanwhile, the production factor in the form of NPK fertilizer had no significant effect on lowland rice production
Mangrove Estimasi Stok Karbon Pada Tegakan Mangrove Di Desa Sukamandi Kabupaten Belitung Timur
Sukamandi is a village located in East Belitung Regency which has a mangrove ecosystem area of 351.33 ha. Mangrove ecosystems play an important role in carbon sequestration as one of the blue carbon concepts. This study aims to analyze the type and density of mangroves and to analyze the value of aboveground biomass and the value of carbon stock in mangrove stands in Sukamandi Village, East Belitung Regency. This research was conducted in January-February 2023 in the Mangrove Forest of Sukamandi Village, East Belitung. Analysis of the value of biomass and carbon stock was carried out based on SNI 7724 of 2011. The results of the research that had been carried out were 5 mangrove tribes consisting of 10 species with the highest density of mangrove vegetation types at station III, which was 4,841 ind/ha and the lowest at station IV, namely 1,943 ind/ha with Very Dense criteria. The average value of standing mangrove biomass is 509.34 tons/ha, the average value of carbon stock in mangrove stands is 239.39 tons/ha.

Ekosistem mangrove berperan penting terhadap penyerapan karbon sebagai salah satu konsep blue carbon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis dan kerpatan mangrove serta menganalisis nilai aboveground biomass serta nilai stok karbon pada tegakan mangrove Desa Sukamandi, Kabupaten Belitung Timur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2023 di Hutan Mangrove Desa Sukamandi, Belitung Timur. Analisis nilai biomassa dan stok karbon dilakukan beradasarkan SNI 7724 tahun 2011. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terdapat 5 suku mangrove yang terdiri dari 10 spesies dengan kerapatan vegetasi jenis mangrove tertinggi pada stasiun III yaitu sebesar 4.841 ind/ha dan terendah pada stqasiun IV yaitu sebesar 1.943 ind/ha dengan kriteria Sangat Padat. Nilai rerata biomassa tegakan mangrove sebesar 509,34 ton/ha nilai rerata stok karbon tegakan mangrove sebesar 239,39 ton/ha.

Analisis Tingkat Kelangsungan Hidup Mangrove untuk Mengukur Keberhasilan Rehabilitasi Mangrove di Desa Tuik Kabupaten Bangka Barat
Ekosistem mangrove di Desa Tuik Kecamatan Kelapa Kabupaten Bangka Barat merupakan salah satu kawasan pesisir yang termasuk dalam kegiatan percepatan rehabilitasi mangrove. Rehabilitasi mangrove yang dilakukan di Desa Tuik merupakan salah satu faktor pencegahan abrasi serta meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat pesisir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelangsungan hidup mangrove dan hubungan parameter dalam keberhasilan rehabilitasi mangrove. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Juli 2022 di kawasan rehabilitasi mangrove Desa Tuik Kecamatan Kelapa Kabupaten Bangka Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan garis transek yang berukuran 10m x 10m. Penentuan titik stasiun dibagi menjadi lima stasiun menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa jumlah tanaman, tinggi, dan jumlah daun dalam garis transek. Data diolah dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, grafik dan uraian. Analisis komponen utama yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data yaitu Metode (PCA) Principal Component Analysis. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Desa Tuik didapatkan dua spesies yaitu Sonneratia dan Avicennia, nilai dari survival rate mangrove dengan rata-rata berkisar 10,2 - 10,7%. Laju pertumbuhan tinggi dari spesies Sonneratia alba berkisar 0,5 - 1,5 cm, sedangkan laju pertumbuhan tinggi spesies Avicennia alba berkisar 1,5 – 1,7 cm. Laju pertumbuhan daun setiap spesies sebanyak 1 – 2 helai daun/bulan. Survival rate dan growth rate berkorelasi positif dengan suhu, arus, dan fraksi pasir. Hasil analisis substrat yang menunjukkan bahwa spesies Sonneratia alba dan Avicennia alba bernaung pada kondisi susbtrat pasir. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa spesies tersebut mampu tumbuh di semua jenis substrat dan memiliki toleransi yang tinggi terhadap kondisi lingkungan.The mangrove ecosystem in Tuik Village, Kelapa District, West Bangka Regency is one of the coastal areas included in the accelerated mangrove rehabilitation activities. Mangrove rehabilitation carried out in Tuik Village is one of the factors preventing abrasion and improving the economy of coastal communities. This study aims to determine the survival rate of mangroves and the relationship parameters in the success of mangrove rehabilitation. This research was carried out in May-July 2022 in the mangrove rehabilitation area of Tuik Village, Kelapa District, West Bangka Regency. The method used in this study uses a transect line measuring 10m x 10m. Station point determination is divided into five stations using techniquespurposive sampling. The data collected is the number of plants, height, and number of leaves in the transect line. Data is processed and analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of tables, graphs and descriptions. The main component analysis used in data processing is the method (PCA)Principal Component Analysis. The results of research conducted in Tuik Village found two species namelySonneratia andAvicennia, the value ofsurvival rate mangroves with an average range of 10.2 - 10.7%. High growth rate of the speciesSonneratia alba ranges from 0.5 - 1.5 cm, while the growth rate of the species is highAvicennia alba around 1.5 - 1.7 cm. The leaf growth rate of each species is 1 - 2 leaves/month.Survival rate andgrowth rate positively correlated with temperature, current, and sand fraction. The results of the substrate analysis indicated that the speciesSonneratia alba andAvicennia alba shelter on sandy substrate conditions. This shows that the species is able to grow in all types of substrates and has a high tolerance to environmental conditions
Kajian Kesesuaian Dan Daya Dukung Kawasan Wisata Danau Pading Kabupaten Bangka Tengah Provinsi Bangka Belitung

Wisata Danau Pading masih tergolong baru dan telah dikembangkan keindahannya sebagai objek wisata mengingat kondisi lingkungan sekitar menawarkan keindahan alam dan ketenangan dengan potensi penyebarannya cukup besar. Pemandangan danau dan perbukitan dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan setiap wisatawan.. Kegiatan wisata yang dapat dilakukan oleh wisatawan adalah kegiatan piknik, bersantai, bermain air dan berperahu di sekitar danau. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya dukung masyarakat terhadap keindahan alam dan kenyamanan destinasi wisata Danau Pading di Desa Perlang. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penentuan titik stasiun ialah melakukan metode survey lapangan, dengan mengambil beberapa parameter lingkungan seperti, kedalaman, kecerahan, lebar tepi danau, kemiringan, kecepatan arus untuk menentukan indeks kesesuaian wisata dan daya dukung kawasan wisata danau pading. Hasil penelitian indeks kesesuaian wisata diperoleh nilai kategori berkemah yaitu 85%, kategori Perahu 92%, pkategori Duduk Santai yaitu 69%, kategori Outbound yaitu 83%, kategori Berenang yaitu 78%. Daya dukung kawasan pada kategori berkemah yaitu 234 orang/hari, Perahu sebanyak 792 orang/hari, kategori Duduk Santai sebanyak 655 orang/hari, Outbound sebanyak 487 orang/hari, kategori Berenang sebanyak 172 orang/hari.

Pading Lake Tourism is still relatively called new and its beauty has been developed as a tourist attraction considering the condition of the surrounding environment which offers natural beauty and serenity with great potential for spread. Views of the lake and hills can add to the comfort of every tourist. Tourist activities that can be carried out by tourists are picnic activities, relaxing, playing in the water, and boating around the lake. Through this study, it is hoped that it can increase the carrying capacity of the community for the natural beauty and comfort of the Pading Lake tourist destination in Perlang Village. The method used in determining station points is to conduct field surveys, by taking several environmental parameters such as depth, brightness, lakeside width, slope, current speed to determine the tourism suitability index, and the carrying capacity of the Pading Lake tourism area. The results of the tourism suitability index study obtained the value of the camping category by 85%, the Boat category by 92%, the Relax Sitting category by 69%, the Outbound category by 83%, the Swimming category by 78%. The carrying capacity of the area in the Camping category is 234 people/day, the Boat category is 792 people/day, the Sitting Relax category is 655 people/day, the Outbound category is 487 people/day, the swimming category is 172 people/day.
