Pengaruh Kinerja Ekonomi dan Kinerja Lingkungan Hidup Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan
This study explores the relationship between economic and environmental performance and firm value in the consumer non-cyclical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2023. The sample consists of companies that consistently published sustainability reports. Economic performance is measured using Economic Value Added (EVA) is a comprehensive and to reflect long-term value creation, Meanwhile, environmental performance is evaluated based on ESG ratings published by the BGK Foundation. To determine firm value, Tobin’s Q is used as the main indicator, with leverage introduced as a control factor to account for capital structure influence. A quantitative method is employed, utilizing secondary data. A total of 18 companies were purposively selected, resulting in 72 observations over four years. The analysis uses panel data regression, beginning with descriptive statistics, followed by model selection, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that EVA has a significant positive effect on firm value, suggesting that strong economic performance enhances market valuation. In contrast, ESG scores are found to negatively influence firm value, implying that higher environmental disclosures may not align with investor expectations in this context. Simultaneous testing confirms the overall significance of the independent variables, while leverage does not show a notable impact.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kinerja ekonomi dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor barang konsumsi primer yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2020–2023. Penelitian difokuskan pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang secara konsisten menerbitkan laporan keberlanjutan setiap tahunnya. Kinerja ekonomi diukur menggunakan indikator Economic Value Added (EVA) karena komprehensif dan mencerminkan penciptaan nilai jangka panjang. Kinerja lingkungan dievaluasi berdasarkan indeks Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) yang diterbitkan oleh BGK Foundation. Nilai perusahaan diukur melalui rasio Tobin’s Q, sementara leverage digunakan sebagai variabel kontrol. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel, menghasilkan 18 perusahaan dengan total 72 observasi dalam empat tahun. Analisis dilakukan dengan regresi data panel yang mencakup analisis deskriptif, uji pemilihan model, uji asumsi klasik, serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa EVA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sebaliknya, kinerja lingkungan berdasarkan ESG justru berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Secara simultan, variabel independen terbukti memengaruhi nilai perusahaan, sedangkan leverage sebagai variabel kontrol tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti
PENGARUH MANAJEMEN RISIKO TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN KONVENSIONAL YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2019-2023
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen risiko terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan perbankan konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 38 bank konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan program STATA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel manajemen risiko Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (ROA). Net Interest Margin (NIM) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (ROA), dan Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset (ROA). Secara simultan, keempat variabel manajemen risiko berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Temuan ini berimplikasi bahwa bank perlu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan menjaga kualitas aset agar profitabilitas dapat meningkat.

Analysis Of Land Value Zone Due To Land Use Change For Kendal Special Economic Zone (Case Study: Kaliwungu Sub-District, Kendal Regency)
Land use change in Kaliwungu Sub-district due to the development of Kendal Special Economic Zone is significant. The method used in this processing is overlay method. The analysis method used to determine the influence of Kendal Special Economic Zone on Land Value Zone is linear regression analysis. There was a significant land use change in 2015-2019 amounting to 937.29 hectares while in 2019-2023 amounting to 495.92 hectares used as Kendal Special Economic Zone. The change of land value zone in Kaliwungu Sub-district is quite significant in 2015-2019 with the biggest increase of IDR 2,896,000 while in 2019-2023 there is the biggest increase of IDR 9,674,000. Based on the results of the linear regression test, there is an influence of the independent variable distance with the dependent variable, namely NIR 2023, which is indicated by the R Square value of 0.075 or 7.5% of the influence. According to the correlation test between the independent variable of the distance of Kendal Special Economic Zone to the centroid zone to NIR 2023, there is no correlation between the two because the correlation value is 0.00, while the independent variable of the distance of the national road to the centroid zone to NIR 2023 has a correlation with a negative correlation value (-0.271), which means that the farther the zone is from the national road, the lower the land price will be
Navigating Campus Traffic: Analysing the Impact of Land Use on Congestion at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
The present research examines the correlation between land use and traffic congestion at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The authors analyze the Congestion Index Value (CIV) data and land use proportions to determine the main factors that contribute to congestion. Additionally, the authors examine how different land use arrangements affect traffic flow on the campus. The analysis employs both Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) models to consider spatial variability. The findings demonstrate that specific purposes, such as hospitals, housing, areas designated for females, and central administrative structures, have a substantial impact on traffic flow. Furthermore, the presence of educational structures and their closeness to different entrances on campus are crucial determinants of congestion levels. The research indicates that strategically locating facilities and optimizing infrastructure near important entrances can reduce congestion and improve movement on campus. These insights offer essential direction to urban planners and university administrators in formulating efficient traffic management and sustainable urban development policies
Tidal Phenomena and GPS-Based Monitoring System for Sea Level Measurement
Measuring sea surface height in open waters is very important for understanding tidal patterns and ocean wave dynamics. Most of the instruments currently used are based on pressure or acoustic sensors and are generally placed on the coast, making them less effective for measurements in open waters. This research develops a sea surface height measurement system based on the U-Blox NEO-8M GPS, which is placed on a buoy to obtain real-time elevation data. This system consists of an Arduino Mega 2560, a GPS U-Blox NEO-8M, and a Micro SD storage module. The measurement data were analyzed using the Fourier method to identify the main components constituting the sea surface height. The test results show a Mean Tide Level (MTL) of 4.27 m, a High-Water Level (HWL) of 11.30 m, and a Low Water Level (LWL) of -6.90 m. Fourier analysis revealed eight main components that make up the sea surface height pattern, with the dominant component having a wave period of 4.29 hours and an amplitude of 6 m. The comparison between the measured data and the Fourier model resulted in an average difference of 1.0798 m, likely caused by the influence of satellite signals, multipath, and atmospheric conditions. The results of this study indicate that the GPS NEO-8M can be used as an alternative for monitoring sea surface height in open waters, although it still requires accuracy improvement through signal correction techniques and more precise geoid references
The Influence of Brand Image and Bundling Strategy on Purchase Decisions with Affiliate Marketing as an Intervening Variable: A Study on Wardah Cosmetics Purchases Through Shop Tokopedia
The development of digital technology and the integration between social media and e-commerce have created new opportunities in marketing strategies, one of which is through affiliate marketing programs. Shop Tokopedia, the result of Tiktok acquisition of Tokopedia, uses this strategy to increase sales, including cosmetic products. On the other hand, the increasing public awareness of beauty has also encouraged the growth of the cosmetics market, so it is an opportunity as well as a challenge for local brands such as Wardah to maintain their market share. This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and bundling strategy on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products at Shop Tokopedia with affiliate marketing as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through a questionnaire to 100 respondents who have bought Wardah bundling products at Shop Tokopedia. Data analysis was carried out using the Path Analysis technique using Smart PLS 4.0 software.
The results of the study show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on affiliate marketing, H1 is accepted. The bundling strategy has a positive and significant effect on affiliate marketing, H2 is accepted. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision, H3 is accepted. The bundling strategy has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision, H4 is accepted. However, affiliate marketing does not have a significant influence on purchase decisions, so H5 is rejected and cannot be a mediating variable in the relationship between brand image and bundling strategy on purchase decisions. In the world of 3D animated films, there is something in great demand among people today. Creating 3D animated films is not significantly different from making movies in general. Especially in shooting techniques, also commonly known as cinematography. The quality of the graphics and narration in the film will have a significant impact if you apply good cinematographic methods. As for the film "Ficusia", cinematographic shooting techniques play a crucial role in creating tense moments that build suspense and maintain the audience\u27s interest throughout the story. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the suspension formed by camera angle, shot type, and camera movement in the 3D animated film "Ficusia". This research employs descriptive-qualitative research methods, utilising theories to analyse the research through the lens of camera angle cinematography, types of shots, and camera movement. The results of this study successfully identified and described the suspension formed by camera angle, type of shot, and camera movement in the 3D animated film "Ficusia". The results of this study also show that the use of cinematographic techniques, such as camera angle, shot type, and camera movement, plays a significant role in creating suspense in scenes from the 3D animated film "Ficusia"
ANALISA MOMEN PUNTIR POROS IMPELLER PADA SISTEM PROPULSI WATERJET KAPAL 6 METER DENGAN VARIASI BLADE IMPELLER MENGGUNAKAN METODE CFD
Analysis of the impeller shaft torsion moment in the waterjet system with impeller blade variations aims to analyze the strength of the impeller shaft caused by the specified engine power. The engine used has a power of 6.5 hp and has an output power of 2000 Rpm. This study aims to determine the impeller shaft torsion moment with impeller blade variations using the Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) method. Using Aloy steel 4340 material which has a shaft diameter of 23 mm and a length of 700 mm. The torque value that appears in variation 1 with 3 impeller blades is 30.65 Nm, variation 2 with 4 impeller blades is 87.61 Nm and for variation 3 with 5 impeller blades is 33.07 Nm. In accordance with the results of the calculation of the torsion moment of 30.85 Nm, it is known that variation 1 with 3 impeller blades is said to meet the specified criteria to be applied to the waterjet system. Based on the results of the specified allowable stress of 60.89 Nm, it was found that for variations 1 and 3 with the number of impeller blades of 3 and 5 respectively, they have met the safe conditions for the impeller shaft torsion moment, by considering that variation 3 is adjusted to the results of the impeller shaft torsion moment calculation to determine the effectiveness for the specified waterjet system.Analisa momen puntir poros impeller pada sistem waterjet dengan variasi blade impeller memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisa kekuatan poros impeller yang disebabkan daya mesin yang telah ditentukan. Mesin yang digunakan memiliki daya yaitu 6.5 hp dan memiliki output power sebesar 2000 Rpm. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui momen puntir poros impeller dengan variasi blade impeller menggunakan metode Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD). Dengan menggunakan material Aloy steel 4340 yang mempunyai diameter poros sebesar 23 mm dan panjang 700 mm. Nilai torsi yang muncul pada variasi 1 dengan jumlah blade impeller 3 buah yaitu sebesar 30,65 Nm, variasi 2 dengan jumlah blade impeller 4 buah yaitu sebesar 87,61 Nm dan untuk variasi 3 dengan jumlah blade impeller 5 buah sebesar 33,07 Nm. Sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan momen puntir yaitu sebesar 30,85 Nm maka diketahui bahwa pada variasi 1 dengan jumlah blade impeller yaitu 3 buah dikatakan memenuhi kriteria yang sudah ditentukan untuk dapat diaplikasikan pada sistem waterjet. Pada hasil tegangan izin yang telah ditentukan yaitu sebesar 60,89 Nm didapatkan bahwa untuk variasi 1 dan 3 dengan jumlah blade impeller masing masing yaitu 3 dan 5 buah telah memenuhi kondisi aman dari momen puntir poros impeller, dengan mempertimbangkan untuk variasi 3 disesuaikan dengan hasil perhitungan momen puntir poros impeller guna menentukan efektifitas untuk sistem waterjet yang telah ditentukan
TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF ADDING HOLES TO THE SKEG OF A TUGBOAT AND ITS EFFECTS ON FLOW AND RESISTANCE USING THE COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS METHOD
Tugboats play a crucial role in supporting the safety and operational efficiency of ports and offshore activities. One of the key components in tugboat design is the skeg, which serves to enhance directional stability and reduce yawing effects. This study aims to analyze the influence of the number of holes in the skeg on the flow characteristics and resistance of a tugboat. Three skeg variations were tested: a skeg without holes, a skeg with two holes, and a skeg with four holes, under two speed conditions, namely 10 knots and 15 knots. The observed parameters include wetted surface area, drag force, and longitudinal flow velocity (velocity u). The simulation results indicate that the skeg without holes produced the lowest drag values, at 22.570 N at 10 knots and 138.430 N at 15 knots, along with a more stable and streamlined flow pattern. In contrast, adding holes to the skeg resulted in increased drag and flow disturbances in the form of vortices and fluid separation. Therefore, the skeg without holes is considered more hydro dynamically optimal for improving the operational efficiency of tugboats.
Kapal tugboat berperan penting dalam mendukung keselamatan dan efisiensi operasional pelabuhan serta kegiatan lepas pantai. Salah satu komponen penting dalam desain tugboat adalah skeg, yang berfungsi meningkatkan stabilitas arah dan mengurangi efek yawing. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh jumlah lubang pada skeg terhadap karakteristik aliran dan hambatan kapal tugboat. Tiga variasi bentuk skeg diuji, yaitu skeg tanpa lubang, skeg dengan 2 lubang, dan skeg dengan 4 lubang, pada dua kondisi kecepatan, yaitu 10 knot dan 15 knot. Parameter yang diamati meliputi luas permukaan basah (wetted surface area), hambatan (drag), dan kecepatan aliran longitudinal (velocity u). Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa model skeg tanpa lubang menghasilkan nilai hambatan paling rendah, yaitu 22.570 N pada 10 knot dan 138.430 N pada 15 knot, serta pola aliran yang lebih stabil dan streamline. Sebaliknya, penambahan lubang pada skeg menyebabkan peningkatan hambatan dan gangguan aliran berupa vortex serta separasi fluida. Dengan demikian, skeg tanpa lubang dinilai lebih optimal secara hidrodinamika untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional kapal tugboat
IDENTIFIKASI WASTE DEFECT DENGAN VALSAT DAN PEMBUATAN JADWAL MAINTENANCE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AVAILABILITY DAN MENGURANGI DEFECT.
This research aims to identify and minimize waste in the join maple production process at PT MNO, an IKM (small and medium industry) company operating in the automotive component sector. A lean manufacturing approach was applied using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to analyze the overall production flow. Furthermore, a Waste Assessment Questionnaire (WAQ) followed by a Waste Relationship Matrix (WRM) was used to determine the most dominant type of waste. The results indicate that defect waste is the main problem, leading to increased production time due to additional rework activities. Three types of defects were identified in join maple products, namely burnt defects, small head dimensions, and burr defects. The VALSAT approach using Quality Filter Mapping (QFM) revealed that burr defects were the most dominant, occurring in the cutting process at a rate of 1.26%, exceeding the company standard of 1%. Based on fishbone diagram analysis, the main causes of burr defects include corrective maintenance practices, the absence of a periodic tool replacement schedule, and weak implementation of the 5S/5R culture. The proposed improvements include daily tool inspections as preventive maintenance, the use of inspection check sheets, scheduled tool replacement, and the application of jidoka. The results show that the defect rate decreased from 1.26% to 0.88%, availability increased from 88% to 94%, performance efficiency rose from 63.76% to 80%, and quality improved from 98.73% to 99.34%, resulting in a 19.55% increase in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan meminimalkan waste pada proses produksi Join Maple di PT Masindo, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri komponen otomotif. Pendekatan Lean Manufacturing menggunakan metode Value Stream Mapping (VSM) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi alur proses produksi. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan Value Stream Analysis Tool (VALSAT) sebagai alat untuk mengidentifikasi waste. Berdasarkan Waste Relationship Matrix (WRM), masalah utama yang ditemukan adalah waste defect, menyebabkan waktu produksi menjadi lebih lama akibat penambahan waktu rework. Sehingga hasil analisis WRM menunjukkan bahwa waste tertinggi berasal dari produk defect. Terdapat lima jenis defect pada produk join maple: gosong, dimensi kepala kecil, dan burry. Berdasarkan mapping tools dengan menggunakan Quality Filter Mapping (QFM), ditemukan bahwa defect burry menjadi defect paling dominan yang terjadi pada proses cutting, sebesar 1,26% yang melebihi standar perusahaan sebesar 1%. Berdasarkan fishbone diagram faktor utama defect burry disebabkan oleh maintanace yang bersifat corrective, belum adanya jadwal pergantian pahat berkala, dan minimnya budaya 5S/R. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah pembuatan jadwal pengecekan pahat harian dan checksheet pengecekan, jadwal pergantian pahat berkala, saran Jidouka pengasahan pahat guna mengurangi defect burry. Hasil improvement menunjukkan bahwa Availability produksi meningkat dan tingkat defect diharapkan dapat turun.
