The purpose to be achieved in writing this Final Project is to
determine the role of the order taker at Aston Hotel Sidoarjo. The author
made observations in September 2021 until February 2022 on the duties and
responsibilities of order takers. The author can conclude that the duties and
responsibilities of the order taker in the housekeeping department at Aston
Hotel Sidoarjo are receiving guest requests, making housekeeping
administrative reports, and checking guest supplies
PENERAPAN STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR PEMBERSIHAN KAMAR DIMASA TRANSISI COVID-19 PADA HOTEL 88 EMBONG MALANG SURABAYA
In this Final Project, the author takes over the title of applying the
Covid-19 transition room procedures at the 88 Embong Malang hotel with the
aim of knowing the operational standards of handling in handling rooms during
the Covid-19 transition. The method in writing this Final Project is descriptive
qualitative, where the data obtained are based on company data, and make
observations directly to the company, namely Hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya.
The results of the proper Final Project Writing the application of procedures in
accordance with the Covid-19 transition period room procedures at the 88
Embong Malang hotel, making room staff or guests feel safer and more
comfortable with the implementation of health protocols that have been improved
by the government, and can increase trust and satisfaction. guests over waiters
during the covid-19 pandemic
TUGAS PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT DI HOTEL GRAND MERCURE SURABAYA CITY
The purpose of this paper is to find out the duties of the public area attendant
in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at the Grand Mercure Surabaya City Hotel. The
author, who on one occasion has carried out field work practice as a public area
attendant at the Grand Mercure Surabaya City Hotel, made observations on the
duties of the public area attendant during the covid-19 pandemic era at the Grand
Mercure Surabaya City Hotel. The author concludes that the duties of the public area
attendant in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at the Grand Mercure Surabaya City
Hotel were divided into three working groups, namely: morning work groups,
afternoon work groups, and evening work groups. Meanwhile, the daily cleaning
area by the public area attendant includes: lobby, parking area, spa, employee locker,
executive office and housekeeping office, prayer room, meeting room and ballroom,
and gym
PROSEDUR PENYIMPANAN BARANG MASUK PT BINTANG DAGANG INTERNASIONAL (HAISTAR) SURABAYA
This study aims to determine the procedures for storing incoming goods in
the warehouse of PT Bintang Dagang Internasional (Haistar) Surabaya. Each
warehouse has a different procedure for storing goods because storage depends on
the type and amount of goods to be stored. The research method used is a
descriptive method and uses data collection using observation, documentation and
literature studies. The results showed that PT Bintang Dagang Internasional
(Haistar) stores many types of goods in the warehouse, therefore the procedures
that must be carried out are confirmation of the arrival of goods (confirmation of
incoming goods), determining the storage location according to the condition of
the goods, searching and preparing a good location for old and new clients, the
goods can be stored in the warehouse after passing the quality control (QC)
process
PEMBUATAN PEMPEK IKAN GABUS DENGAN SUBSTITUSI TEPUNG GARUT
The purpose of this study was to find out how to make snakehead fish pempek
substituted with arrowroot flour, and to determine the quality of pempek substituted
with arrowroot flour through organoleptic tests which included color, aroma,
texture, and taste. Implementation of the study using standard recipes as a
reference, the authors conducted experiments with the addition of arrowroot flour
as a substitute for tapioca flour. Observations in the study were conducted to
determine the effect of substitution of arrowroot flour on pempek. The author
concludes that the making of cork fish pempek with arrowroot flour substitution
begins with selecting the ingredients, then weighing the ingredients according to
the recipe, mixing the ingredients so that they become homogeneous, printing the
dough, boiling the molded dough, and finally frying the product until golden brown.
The quality of snakehead fish pempek with arrowroot flour substitution based on
organoleptic tests showed that the use of arrowroot flour did not affect the aroma
and taste, but the resulting color became darker, and the texture of the pempek
became softer

Companies engaged in the export of seafood every day carry out
transaction activities and service management that require high accuracy. This
makes it difficult for managers in various divisions to handle customer service
and data management both related to data such as purchasing, production
processes, and operational management.
The existence of a web-based operational management system is very
helpful for companies in handling data needs and management. This web-
based information system is made with the basic PHP programming language
assisted by the Laravel framework and JavaScript and combined with data
management using the PostgreSQL database. And all modules in this system
have been integrated and can present actual data

to damage, theft, and misappropriation. The purpose of the research was to
determine how the inventory valuation accounting system used at CV Akar Selang.
The research use primary data such as the result of interview and documentation.
Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that CV Akar
Selang use Perpetual method and the inventory valuation method use First In First
Out method

CV Sunrise Offset Printing is a conventional business company engaged in
printing packaging, invitations, brochures, business cards and others. Starting
from the establishment of the company only by serving printing to acquaintances
around him, until one day the company looked for a way to introduce its company
to a wider range, namely through online media. Through the results of the
analysis, they had relied on online media through Facebook and Instagram, but to
no avail, so the company needed the official CV Sunrise Offset Printing website to
introduce its company profile. This site was created with the basic programming
language PHP and JavaScript and combined with data management using the
MySQL database which is used as a function to display and manage the content
and information displayed on the CV Sunrise Offset Printing website
