No full textSupporting ambulant care through information technologies will assist the care personnel in their everyday routine resulting in more time for their patients. Therefore the MARIKA project focusses on developing an assistance system for facilitating the care documentation process through pervasive technologies. In this context, various data need to be handled which requires database techniques for different aspects of the assistance system. Thus a general five layer architecture for assistance systems is introduced and adapted according to the requirements of data management. With the focus on the layer of Mobile Content Management it is explained how a part of the distribution of the data in the MARIKA project is handled
Entwurf und Transformationskonzepte für flexible klinische Workflow Modelle
Get PDFProzesse der realen Welt werden in der Informationstechnologie oft in Form von Workflows abgebildet. Besondere Anforderungen stellen hierbei hoch flexible klinische Prozesse (insbesondere im und um dem OP-Saal) aufgrund von Notfällen, Ausfällen, Komplikationen und Verschiebungen von Personal, Räumlichkeiten, Geräten und Material dar. Zur Beschreibung solcher Eigenschaften ist eine Workflow- Sprache mit Flexibilisierungskonzepten erforderlich. Darüber hinaus stellt sich der Entwurf solcher Workflows mit teilweise schwierig zu erfassenden Parametern sehr aufwendig und fehlerbehaftet dar. Der Entwurf mittels HOPS und YAWL sowie die Analyse und Umsetzung von adäquaten Flexibilisierungskonzepten, im Rahmen des Projektes Peri- kles, ist Kernthema dieses Artikels
