Interviews of US-based researchers regarding TAS

    No full text
This repository contains the content of interviews conducted by Dr Pepita Barnard and Dr Jeremie Clos with several US-based researchers in 2022. The interviews were focused on people's understanding of trust and trustworthiness in the context of autonomous systems and artificial intelligence. Due to the presence of mixed data (some people not agreeing to data sharing amidst groups agreeing to data sharing) and to the difficulty of tracing contributions from the transcripts to the original contributors, only a subset of the data can be shared ethically

Raw experimental data for all gas profiles, carbon deposits, Raman analysis, and XRD characterisations.

    No full text
This dataset includes all the raw experimental data that used for producing the figures/results shown in the paper. These include measured data for all gas (CO, CO2, CH4, and H2) profiles (Figs. 2, 3) of experiments in the fluidised bed, collected data from Raman analysis (Figs. 6,9 and 12), data from XRD tests (Figs.7, 10, and 13). Phase identification in the XRD plots (Figs. 7, 10, and 13) were based references from Inorganic Crystal Structure database, with refinement carried out in MAUD. Carbon deposition data (Figs. 8 and 11) are also provided in this dataset, and these data are processed from raw gas profiles from the fluidised bed experiments, with detailed data process method description presented in the supplementary material S2

BRIGhTMIND trial-motivating mechanism of action analysis plan: resting-state fMRI

    Get PDF
This is the statistical analysis plan for a set of mechanism of action studies for the BRIGhTMIND clinical trial of transcranial magnetic stimulation for major depressive disorder. This statistical analysis plan concerns testing of hypotheses that motivated the trial itself and thus were specified in the NIHR Efficacy and Mechanism Evaluation (EME) funding application. There will be two such analysis plans - the present one concerns analyses of resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data. The second, to be published separately, concerns analyses of magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) data. Details about the trial itself can be found in the main trial protocol paper (Morriss et al., 2020, doi: 10.1136/bmjopen-2020-038430). Further details on the imaging analysis steps conducted as part of trial delivery can be found in the published magnetic resonance imaging protocol paper (Pszczolkowski et al., 2022, doi: 10.2196/31925)
