Multi-response Regression Modeling for an Agricultural Experiment

    Get PDF
During building model process, it is difficult to construct a multiple regression model (MRM) while the response variable(Y) is proposed as a vector of (r.v), (Y1,Y2,Y3,…..,Yn) in an experiment. So that a single response (MRM) is not able to perform multi-response data (MRD) separately (one for each response), this is because of the linear dependency (LD) among responses, then (MRRM) which was proposed by (Len Beirman, & Freidman 1997) has better performance to detect effects and patterns for the factors, (Explanatory) (X1 , X2, X3 ,…..Xk )that are introduced to the (MRRM) system on the (r.v) altogether. This Study was applied (MRRM) on an agricultural experiment through (450m2) in west Sulaimani- Kurdistan Region-Iraq

    No full text
Premeditated handling of settling disputes is one of the main issues that international parties have to take into consideration in concluding contracts. Having effective dispute resolution provisions is one of the key factors that will lead to success in international agreements. In the recent years, the Kurdistan Region of Iraq has made lots of transactions in petroleum industry by concluding many international agreements with various international companies in the energy sector. Negotiation, mediation and arbitration have been adopted by the Kurdistan Regional Government in details, through its Oil and Gas Law No.28 of 2007 and signed production sharing contracts, as means of dispute resolution. Nonetheless, having less experience in this field has weakened the position of the host government in front of foreign companies. Moreover, the recent case of Dana Gas versus Kurdistan Regional Government has proven this fact; it was an indication that the Kurdistan Region has to be more cautious when it comes to regulate the terms and conditions of the contracts with the international companies, particularly in dispute resolution part. This paper will shed light on the available mechanisms to resolve every kind of disputes between the conflicted parties, with the specific focus on Kurdistan Region. Investigating the effectiveness and enforceability of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms is another major part of this paper

ECG graph generate a lot of information that is converted into electrical signal with standard values of amplitude and duration. The main problem raised in this measurement is the mixing between normal and abnormal, in addition some time there are overlapping between the P-QRS-T waveform. This research aims to offer an efficient approach to measure all parts of P-QRS-T waveform in order to give a correct decision of heart functionality. Kurdish Existential Concern in Arabic Poetry: A Poetics of the Alienation and Settlement for AL-Suhrawardy and Salim Barakat

The anxiety and alienation are conditions which drive poets to search and, at times, to go astray in the homelands and exiles of the existence. These conditions could be real or metaphorical according to poets' experiences. They attract and seduce poets until they settle in the imaginary space of the poetic language. The Arabic language was an imaginary homeland for two Kurdish poets in two different eras: Shams Al-Din Al-Suhrawardy (1155-1191) and Salim Barakat (1951), who both used the Arabic language in order to aesthetically express their anxiety and alienation. It cannot be confirmed that the motif which drove both poets to invest the poetic language were similar or exactly the same. However, the semantic interpretation of both experiences allows the researcher to examine common aspects between them in terms of the way they used the potentials of Arabic language, which was totally different from their mother language. There is another comparable point between Al-Suhrawardy and Barakat relates to their poetic experience with regard to the existential questions, as well as the poetic treatment with similar human situation
