Covid-19 pandemic change a lot of industries in the world, including education. Education industries have become the third most affected by the pandemic and force educational institutions to change how they deliver their education services. eLearning became one of the solutions to these problems. But the implementation of eLearning proved to be hard and faced many obstacles or barriers. This paper is a Systematic Literature Review paper using Kitchenham. The systematic review results show that there were four categories of barriers in elearning: human factors, technological factors, financial factors, and organizational factors. To tackle this problem, educational institutions need to change the way they deliver the material; one way to change it is by gamification. The organization also has a vital contribution to tackle these barriers as the policymakers and supporters, both financially and as training providers

Palm oil is an important export commodity in Indonesia. Quality palm oil is produced from quality oil palm plants as well. One of the factors to be able to produce quality oil palm plantations requires the right land. For this reason, land selection is an important factor. This study aims to develop a decision support system by implementing the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method for the selection of oil palm plantations. The TOPSIS method is a negative approach that is obtained by considering the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the ideal solution. The system is built using a waterfall system development approach that starts from analysis, design, coding and testing. The developed system has the ability to manage alternatives, manage criteria, perform alternative calculations with TOPSIS, and display the best alternative results with TOPSIS. From the results of black-box testing, it proves that the developed system can work and run well. In addition, the results of manual calculations with the system show the same results

Central Lombok tourism is a tourism that foreign and domestic tourists often visit. There are many tourist objects offered by the Central Lombok Government, such as waterfall tours, beach tours, traditional village tours, cultural tours, and Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit. However, there are many tourist objects, and not all tourists know the location of these tourist objects. Tourists often experience constraints, are the location of tourist objects that is not quite right, it is still difficult to determine the shortest route to the location, and the lack of complete information about existing tourist objects, which can hinder the journey of tourists to the destination location. This study aims to map the location and shortest route of tourism objects in Central Lombok using an Android-based Geographic Information System by applying the A-Star algorithm. The results of this study are to develop an Android-based Geographic Information System or GIS by applying the star algorithm to Central Lombok tourism objects. So that the mapping of the location and information of tourist objects and obtain the search for the shortest route to tourist objects. The A-Star algorithm uses heuristic principles to find the shortest route to a tourism object and is optimal in finding the shortest route to tourism object
