    PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORK ROUTING PROTOCOL FOR VOLCANO ACTIVITY MONITORIN

    As a country with the most volcanoes in the world, the Indonesian government must provide accurate and up-to-date information on the activity of active volcanoes. Until 2021, only 59% of mountains were directly monitored. Monitoring volcanic activity is not an easy thing to do. Visual observation alone is not enough, and instrumental comment is needed. Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is a new opportunity to conduct a real-time and low-cost monitoring system for volcanic activity. However, the placement of independent WSN sensors in locations that are difficult to access creates new reliability and energy consumption problems. Therefore, we need a reliable communication line design for data transmission and path determination that does not drain sensor energy. This study specifically evaluates the performance of several routing protocols on WSN (proactive, reactive, and hybrid) to provide recommendations for the best routing design for volcanic activity monitoring needs. The simulation results of 6 WSN routing protocols using the NS-2 simulator show that the proactive protocol provides the smallest delay value, and the reactive protocol shows the highest data transmission success ratio but with the best residual energy. In contrast, the hybrid protocol could maintain a stable throughput value during data transmission

    IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE WITH FORWARD SELECTION FOR PREDICTION OF CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE

    Chronic kidney disease is a disorder that affects the kidneys and arises due to various factors. Chronic kidney disease, usually develops slowly and is chronic. For prevention and control, proper treatment is needed, so that detection of this disease can play a very important role. This study aims to determine the level of accuracy in predicting chronic kidney disease through SVM based on forward selection and to determine the performance of Feature Selection which is applied to the SVM method in solving problems in chronic kidney disease. This research was conducted an experiment on the SVM method using various kinds of kernels and it was seen that SVM with the dot kernel was 98.50% with AUC 1,000 which was superior to the polynominal kernel and RBF. However, when the experiment was carried out again by applying FS to SVM, it was found that SVM+FS with the RBF kernel outperformed the other kernels by 99.75% with AUC 1,000.     Website merupakan salah satu bagian penting dari sebuah sistem informasi, yang berfungsi sebagai media informasi, sarana publikasi dan media interaksi. Pelayanan yang ada di Desa Tegalreja saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual, yang mengharuskan pegawai desa melakukan pelayanan di balai desa. Pelayanan di Desa Tegalreja tidak optimal karena jam kerja pegawai desa dibatasi untuk menghindari kerumunan sehingga proses permohonan berbagai surat menyurat menjadi lama dan terhambat. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah website pelayanan online desa, yang dapat membantu semua masyarakat yang membutuhkan informasi dan Layanan Kemasyarakatan Desa Tegalreja, Kecamatan Banjarharjo, Kabupaten Brebes. Dengan adanya website ini, diharapkan pelayanan desa bisa menjadi lebih optimal. Metode ceramah dan praktik digunakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang penggunaan website pelayanan online desa. Peserta juga diajak untuk berdiskusi agar lebih mengenal dan termotivasi untuk memanfaatkan dan menggunakan website pelayanan online desa agar pelayanan desa menjadi lebih optimal. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah website pelayanan online desa, yang dapat membantu semua masyarakat yang membutuhkan informasi dan Layanan Kemasyarakatan Desa Tegalreja. Pada website ini terdapat menu yang dapat membantu pelayanan desa untuk masyarakat seperti menu cek data diri, layanan, saran pembangunan dan inventaris hasil pembangunan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi yaitu membuat suatu system informasi pengelolaan dana kas untuk membantu pengelolaan aliran dana kas pada RW 017 Regensi dan memberikan pelatihan kepada petugas pada kantor RW 017 Regensi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara terhadap kantor RW 017 Regensi.       Abstrak— Perkembangan teknologi kini semakin cepat, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dengan adanya teknologi yang semakin canggih. Penggunaan komputer sebagai sarana alat bantu penyelesaian pekerjaan dibidang teknologi informasi kini semakin berkembang. Diantaranya PT.SEVEN BIKA INDONESIA, namun sistem pendataan dan pembuatan laporan masih secara manual yakni menggunakan microsoft excel. Hal ini dinilai kurang efektif dan efisien dalam produktivitas kerja dibagian Office. Dengan permasalahan tersebut, penulis membuat Aplikasi Inventory bebasis Web yang dapat digunakan untuk mengolah data dan pembuatan laporan. Metode yang akan digunakan yaitu metode waterfall dan database menggunakan MySQL dan XAMPP. Dengan adanya aplikasi inventory diharapkan akan mempermudah kinerja bagian office dalam pembuatan laporan barang masuk dan barang keluar barang serta mempermudah pengecekan stok barang

    In the process, data mining will extract valuable information by analyzing the existence of specific patterns or relationships from extensive data. One of the concerns of the new disease outbreak caused by the coronavirus (2019-nCoV) or commonly referred to as Covid-19, was officially designated as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WFO) on March 11, 2020. To break the transmission of Covid-19, the government carried out vaccinations for the Indonesian population. In the first period, the vaccination target will be for health workers with a total of 1.3 million people, public officers with 17.4 million people, and 21.5 million people. 19. The Data processed is only text data from Twitter application reviews that use Indonesian. Using the polarity of the Sentiment class Textblob, the sentiment class is positive, negative, and neutral. The data mining used is SVM, Naive Bayes, and Logistic Regression. As for this research in the form of knowledge of sentiment in the community towards vaccination activities, the results of this study get 43% positive sentiment, 40.8% negative, and 16.2% negative by testing the classification algorithm, Logistic Regression accuracy of 87%, SVM 86, 4%, and Naive Bayes, 40% of these results, can be seen that the Indonesian people have a positive sentiment towards the covid-19 vaccine

    COMPARISON OF EIGENFACE AND FISHERFACE METHODS FOR FACE RECOGNITION

    Abstract— Biometric information systems have been widely used in the fields of government, shopping centers, education and even security, which offer biological authentication so that the system can recognize its users more quickly. The parts of the human body are identified by a biometric system that has unique and specific characteristics, one of which is the face. Adjustment of facial image deals with objects that are never the same, due to the parts that can change. These changes are caused by facial expressions, light intensity, shooting angle, or changes in facial accessories. With this, the same object with several differences must be recognized as the same object. In this study, the data used were 388 face images and the sata test consisted of 30 face images. Before the face is tested, preprocessing and feature extraction are carried out using the Haar Cascade Classifier and then detected using Eigenface and Fisherface. Based on the research results, the Fisherface method is an algorithm that is accurate and efficient compared to the Eigenface algorithm.     IMPLEMENTATION OF CONCOLIC UNIT TESTING IN TESTING BINARY SEARCH ALGORITHM USING JCUTE

    Testing is a process of implementing a program with the aim of finding an error. A good test case is one of the tests that have the possibility of finding an undisclosed error. One of the existing types of testing is the Concolic Unit Testing Engine. In this research, testing is applied using the Jcute tool, which is a tool to systematically and automatically test sequential C programs (including instructions) and Java programs together. This test is carried out on the search function of an element of data in the Binary Search Search Algorithm. However, to check whether concolic testing can detect bugs in the software practically through case studies. This research describes a case study of the application of a test tool to a Java application. Through this research, we tested the path coverage and Branches Covered. We can also find out the details of total branches covered; total functions invoked, percentage of branches covered and the number of iterations. JCUTE can also find an interleaving of two sequences or circuits that results in an infinite loop

    IMPROVING MARKETING PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY

    The marketing performance of the information technology industry in DKI Jakarta was still low, allegedly due to customer focus, cross-functional coordination, and relatively low organizational capability. The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the effect of customer focus, cross-functional coordination, and organizational capability partially or simultaneously on marketing performance. Descriptive and explanatory survey methods, the method used in this research with a sample size of 200 respondents, while the data analysis method used a structural equation model. The results showed that customer focus, cross-functional coordination, and organizational capability partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance with a contribution of 76%. Cross-functional coordination was partially the most dominant variable influencing marketing performance. The results of other studies show that the most dominant dimension in measuring customer focus was the service process dimension. While product development and marketing program preparation are the dominant dimensions in measuring cross-functional coordination, interpersonal skills are the dominant dimensions in measuring organizational capability, and profitability is the most dominant dimension in measuring marketing performance.

    Public complaints are essential for the government to see how successful it is in carrying out activities. Public complaints are an essential element for local agencies because complaints are aimed at correcting the shortcomings of the activities that have been carried out. The absence of an electronic complaint system will hamper the complaint reporting process, so repairing deficiencies in government agencies will be hampered. The delay in repairing deficiencies in the agency will, of course, also affect the services provided to the community. The government can certainly use technology development to improve public services from the government to the community. This study discusses the development of an online-based public complaint system with the website-based Extreme Programming (XP) method that the public can access so that complaint reports can be submitted in real-time. The results of testing the complaint system from the usability side show an average value of 88.7% in the excellent category, so the application is feasible to use and as needed
