    USER EXPERIENCE ANSWER SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY WITH USER CENTERED DESIGN AND USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE-SHORT

    The interface of the automatic answer assessment system is plagued by several issues, including an unfamiliar layout, unresponsive design, inconsistency in elements, and a lack of clarity in presenting information. These problems significantly hinder the overall user experience. As a result, this study aimed to address these challenges by designing a user-centered experience for the automatic answer assessment system, using a high-fidelity prototype tailored to meet user needs. The user-centered design method involved four crucial stages: Specify The Context Of Use, Specify Requirements, Create Designs, and Evaluate Designs. Through rigorous usability testing with teachers, the design achieved an impressive effectiveness rating of 90%, firmly establishing it as a "very effective" solution. Additionally, it demonstrated high efficiency with a value of 0.01307 goals/sec, and teachers expressed positive feedback, confirming the satisfaction and usability of the new interface. Similarly, students' usability testing yielded noteworthy results, with a 90% effectiveness rating, also classified as "very effective." The interface showcased a high level of efficiency, with a value of 0.0849 goals/sec. While the satisfaction value fell below the PSSUQ norm, students still found the interface to be user-friendly and satisfactory. Furthermore, the user experience testing, utilizing the UEQ-S, provided valuable insights. For teachers, the pragmatic aspect scored 1.85, the hedonic aspect scored 2.33, and the overall aspect received a commendable score of 2.09, all of which fell within the excellent category on benchmarks. Similarly, students' ratings were highly positive, with scores of 2.14 for both pragmatic and hedonic aspects, and an overall score of 2.14, signifying an excellent user experience.The retrospective think-aloud validation test reaffirmed the positive response from prospective users. Overall, this research, employing a user-centered design approach, successfully delivered a highly satisfactory and effective user experience for both teachers and students using the automatic answer assessment system

    SENTIMENT LABELING AND TEXT CLASSIFICATION MACHINE LEARNING FOR WHATSAPP GROUP

    The use of WhatsApp Group (WAG) for communication is increasing nowadays. WAG communication data can be analyzed from various perspectives. However, this data is imported in the form of unstructured text files. The aim of this research is to explore the potential use of the SentiwordNet lexicon for labeling the positive, negative, or neutral sentiment of WAG data from "Alumni94" and training and testing it with machine learning text classification models. The training and testing were conducted on six models, namely Random Forest, Decision Tree, Logistic Regression, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Linear Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Artificial Neural Network. The labeling results indicate that neutral sentiment is the majority with 7588 samples, followed by 324 negative and 1617 positive samples. Among all the models, Random Forest showed better precision and recall, i.e., 83% and 64%. On the other hand, Decision Tree had slightly lower precision and recall, i.e., 80% and 66%, but exhibited a better f-measure of 71%. The accuracy evaluation results of the Random Forest and Decision Tree models showed significant performance compared to others, achieving an accuracy of 89% in classifying new messages. This research demonstrates the potential use of the SentiwordNet lexicon and machine learning in sentiment analysis of WAG data using the Random Forest and Decision Tree model

    Abstract— ChatGPT which is an OpenAI technology that responds to conversations between humans and machines. enabling users of all ages and backgrounds to communicate naturally in multiple languages ​​without having prior knowledge or experience in programming or the computer world. However, a technology will always be at odds and has flaws on the human side, various assumptions about chatGPT are formed from many sides, such as in the world of education, chatGPT creates parallels for teachers and lecturers. When giving assignments, students/students can use chatGPT as material in answering assignments from teachers/lecturers. And that results in students/students not carefully reading the answers to these assignments, if that continues to happen, students/students will find it too easy to get something and then will lose interest in solving problems with their own efforts. This article aims to analyze sentiment analysis whose data is taken from Twitter using the keyword "CahtGPT OpenAI". With 2,000 data calculated using the naive Bayes algorithm and optimized using PSO, it is found that sentiment analysis for chatGPT itself has an accuracy of 69.23% with a positive class of 0.503 and a negative of 0.497 and obtains an AUC curve value of 0.68 +/- 0.55.

To analyze the effectiveness and reliability of facilitating the process of purchasing tickets online. In addition, it also includes an evaluation of the level of user satisfaction with this web-based system and its impact on increasing visits to the Cinta Bridge tourist attraction. Through surveys of tourists using a web-based ticket sales system, interviews with tour managers, and analysis of ticket transaction data documented in the system. Research participants include tourists, managers, and other related parties. The data were obtained and analyzed using statistical methods and qualitative analysis to gain a thorough understanding of the impact of the Web-Based Bridge Tourism Entrance Ticket Sales Information System. Demonstrating that managing ticket stock and arranging visit schedules more efficiently is also a positive result for the development of the technology-based tourism industry by proving the benefits of the Web-Based Bridge of Love Entrance Ticket Sales Information System.     Land and forest fires occur every year in Indonesia, where the cause is human negligence or intentional related to forest deforestation. Land and forest fires, of course, can cause economic, health, social and cultural, ecological and environmental damage. One indicator that is useful as a determinant of the occurrence of land fires is hot spots. To manage hotspot data, data mining can be done, namely by using the sequential pattern mining method to obtain hotspot sequence patterns that will be used as indicators of land fires. In overcoming these problems, a Geographic Information System (GIS) was designed to map the areas prone to land fires in Kubu Raya Regency. The results of this study are maps of the distribution of land fire-prone areas and the pattern of occurrence of hotspots calculated using the sequential pattern mining method which is expected to assist relevant agencies in carrying out mitigation and prevention efforts for land fires, so as to produce the right decisions for handling land fires in the District. Based on the results of functionality testing using the black box testing method, the SIGPKRK application (Geographical Information System for Mapping Fire Prone Areas) that was built can run and is in accordance with the functions that have been designed.     The purpose of this study is to analyze and optimize bandwidth management at aminet cafes which often experience bandwidth leakage problems where users can access the internet without any bandwidth restrictions. Bandwidth management in this study uses a proxy and Queue Tree with the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) system development method. The results of the study show that bandwidth management runs optimally with balanced upload and download speeds for each user because the bandwidth distribution process has been carried out. The average upload speed is 121 kbps and the download speed is 732kbps

    ANALYSIS OF USABILITY USING HEURISTIC EVALUATION METHOD AND MEASUREMENT OF SUS ON PRICILIA APPLICATION

    The Presence Digital Application (PRICILIA) is a presence application owned by PT. BGR Logistics Indonesia. However, until now, there has never been an evaluation of usability testing. Complaints from users regarding the PRICILIA application include menu displays that are less interactive, long loading times, and the unavailability of other alternatives besides GPS. Of course, this affects the level of user satisfaction with the application. Therefore, usability testing is needed to be able to measure the level of user comfort, application feasibility, and the application interface. In this study, the system evaluation method used is Heuristic Evaluation with measurement using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of this study indicate that aspects that need to be improved with high priority are Error Prevention (H5) and Recognition rather than Recall (H6) because they have a seriousness rating on a scale of 3, while the average score of the final seriousness rating obtained from a total of 10 heuristic aspects is 1, 72 which is then rounded off to a scale of 2. The SUS test results obtained an average final SUS score of 55.13. The results of the calculation of the SUS method are that the Acceptance Ranges have low marginal status, the Grade Scale is on a D scale, and the Adjective Twigs are at the OK level. This shows that the PRICILIA application still needs improvement. Therefore, 30 recommendations for improvement are proposed for future application development

Pelayanan Administrasi sangat diperlukan oleh dasawisma PKK sebagai bentuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat berupa penyediaan berbagai bentuk dokumen yang  diperlukan oleh publik, begitu juga dengan pelayanan administrasi kelurahan Ragunan saat ini masih menggunakan Ms. Excel untuk mengolah data kependudukannya dan penggunaannya pun hanya sebagai alat pencatatan saja, sehingga sering menimbulkan berbagai masalah, diantaranya redudansi data, ketidak sesuaian data pada KTP dan Kartu Keluarga serta masalah lainnya. karena berbagai permasalahan ini, data kependudukan yang dimiliki menjadi tidak  akurat. Saat diperlukan harus dilakukan proses pengecekan dan validasi ulang. Hal ini tentu membutuhkan waktu yang lama setiap kali  informasi dibutuhkan. Tidak adanya sebuah sistem didalam  pengurusan surat pada data kependudukan hal  ini menjadikan satu kendala dalam proses  administrasi pencatatan sipil. NIK dapat dijadikan identitas unik setiap  penduduk dalam pengelolaan data kependudukan agar tidak terjadi redudansi dan  mempermudah dalam proses pencarian serta perubahan data. Penggunaan sistem pendataan berbasis website dalam mengelola data administrasi  dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan dalam sistem penginputan serta menyimpan data kedalam database yang dapat diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun sehingga lebih efisien dan efektif. Dengan akses yang mudah dan cepat hal ini bisa dimanfaatkan oleh setiap pengurus dasawisma kelurahan ragunan dalam pengurus berkas yang akan diolah.
