AUDIT OF THE REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIPD) USING COBIT 5.0 FRAMEWORK
Tasikmalaya Regional Representative Council’s is one of the legislative institutions that runs the local government. In carrying out the duties and functions of the Leadership and Members of the Regional People's Representative Council in the regional development planning sector, the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of Tasikmalaya City has implemented information technology in the regional development planning process, namely the Regional Development Information System. This information system is inseparable from problems that can hinder the regional planning process. This study aims to find out how effective and efficient the use of this information system is based on the maturity level of COBIT 5. This research only focuses on the domains EDM05, APO03, APO07, BAI09, DSS01, and MEA03. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and the dissemination of questionnaires. Tasikmalaya Regional Representative Council’s has implemented IT governance at level 3, namely the Established Process. The results of the questionnaire processing obtained an average value of 3. 04 from a value scale of 0 to 5. The results showed weaknesses in the governance of the regional development planning information system found in the APO07 sub-domain which has the lowest maturity level value from other sub-domains, namely 1. 86
ANALYSIS OF GOODS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS DEPARTMENT OF SERDANG BEDAGAI DISTRICT
The current problem is that the Serdang Bedagai district communication and informatics office is experiencing difficulties in managing incoming and outgoing goods. Management is currently carried out manually and cannot be viewed online so that many errors occur, one of which is a mismatch between the stock of goods recorded and the physical stock of existing goods. The goods management system that will be built in this study uses the waterfall model and PHP and HTML programming languages as well as CSS to design the web appearance. The system has 9 entities, namely: officer, user, sender, person in charge, goods, recipient, detail_recipient, expenditure and data_dinas. The results of the implementation of the proposed system are more optimal management of goods and help the performance of the warehouse admin in making real-time stock update reports and borrowing good
ANALISIS KECEPATAN ENKRIPSI DEKRIPSI DAN ALOKASI MEMORI MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA DES, 3DES DAN ELGAMAL
Perkembangan teknologi membawa kemajuan pesat dalam bidang Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK). Kemajuan ini memberikan akses ke dalam ketersediaan literatur dan kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi melalui berbagai media. Namun, keamanan atas informasi dan data diperlukan sebagai bentuk kerahasiaan, menjaga integritas data dan otentikasi. Oleh karena itu diperlukan ilmu kriptografi yang dapat menyandikan data. Salah satu contoh penggunaannya ialah dengan algoritma kriptografi. Algoritma DES merupakan algoritma kriptografi simetris yang dapat bekerja dengan cepat. Algoritma 3DES yang merupakan pengembangan dari DES memakai panjang kunci tiga kali ukuran kunci DES dan tiga kali perulangan skema DES. Sedangkan ElGamal yang merupakan algoritma kunci publik juga memiliki tingkat keamanan yang baik karena sulitnya menghitung logaritma diskrit. Tentunya ketiga algoritma memiliki performansi dan keunggulan yang berbeda. Terutama jika digunakan sebuah dokumen sebagai input dan output. IMPLEMENTASI DESIGN THINKING UNTUK BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY USAHA GOKIL (GOSOK KILAT LAUNDRY)
GOKIL (gosok kilat laundry) is a service-focused business that offers clothes washing & ironing services, this business was founded in 2017 which is located on Jl. Tegal parang Utara 1, RT 006, RW 05, Kel. Tegal parang, Kec. Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta. there are problems from the GOKIL (Gosok Kilat Laundry) business, namely, not having a clear identity, still using a private house that is used as a residence, incomplete business equipment, and minimal marketing, which is still done only limited to recommendations from customers. This research aims to describe the theoretical stages of Design Thinking applied to GOKIL (Gosok Kilat Laundry) Business in an effort to find appropriate and effective solutions to problems for business sustainability. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive approach and uses the design thinking method to analyze problems from an internal and external perspective and in determining solutions, which consists of five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The results of this study indicate that there needs to be a solution to problem solving for business sustainability, so, a prototype proposal is given, namely first making a unique name to attract customer attention and making a business logo in the physical form of a banner, second making social media in the form of Facebook and Whatsapp as a touchpoint with customers as a marketing medium and facilitating the shuttle process, the author also updates the laundry packaging so that it is more environmentally friendly.GOKIL (gosok kilat laundry) merupakan usaha yang berfokus pada pelayanan yang menawarkan jasa cuci & setrika pakaian, usaha ini berdiri sejak tahun 2017 yang berlokasi di Jl. Tegal parang utara 1, RT 006, RW 05, Kel. Tegal parang, Kec. Mampang Prapatan, Jakarta Selatan. terdapat permasalahan dari usaha GOKIL (Gosok Kilat Laundry) yaitu, belum memiliki identitas yang jelas, masih menggunakan rumah pribadi yang dijadikan sekaligus tempat tinggal, perlengkapan usaha belum lengkap, dan pemasaran yang minim yaitu masih dilakukan hanya sebatas rekomendasi dari customer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tahapan teori pada Design Thinking yang diterapkan untuk Usaha GOKIL (Gosok Kilat Laundry) dalam upaya menemukan solusi yang tepat dan efektif dalam permasalahan untuk keberlanjutan usaha. Metode yang dipakai untuk penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan metode design thinking untuk menganalisis permasalahan dari sudut pandang internal dan eksternal serta dalam menentukan solusi, dimana yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan perlu adanya solusi untuk pemecahan masalah untuk keberlanjutan usaha, Sehingga, diberikan usulan prototype yaitu pertama membuat nama yang unik untuk menarik perhatian customer dan membuat logo usaha dalam bentuk fisik sebuah banner, kedua membuat media sosial berupa facebook dan Whatsapp sebagai touchpoint dengan customer sebagai media pemasaran dan mempermudah proses antar jemput, penulis juga memperbaharui kemasan laundry sehingga lebih ramah lingkungan
CLASSIFICATION OF POTATO LEAF DISEASES USING CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK
Potatoes are an agricultural product that has the fourth highest content of wheat flour after corn, wheat, and rice. Although potatoes play a critical role in agriculture, this crop is susceptible to various diseases and pests. There are several potato leaf diseases that are not yet known to farmers. Dry spot potato leaf disease (late blight) and late blight. If not treated, this disease on potato leaves will spread to the stem and reduce crop yields, causing crop failure. By using technology in the form of digital image processing, this problem can be overcome. This research proposes an appropriate method for detecting disease in potato leaves. Classification will be carried out in three classes, namel, Early Blight, Healthy and Late Blight using the Deep Learning method of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The data used comes from an online dataset via the kaggle.com page with the file name Potato Disease Leaf Dataset (PLD) totaling 3251 training datasets which are then divided into training, testing, and validation. The processes carried out are image pre-processing, image augmentation, then image processing using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). In the classification process using the CNN method with RMSprop optimizer, the accuracy was 97.53% with a loss value of 0.1096
PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN DAN EVALUASI PEMAHAMAN PRODUK BAGI DIVISI PENJUALAN MENGGUNAKAN QUIZIZZ PADA PT. ACTiV
The development of the industrial revolution 4.0 make technology is improvement, because of that make so many things activities all fields become very simple, especially in companies engaged in the IT sector. Seeing these conditions need to upgrade the capabilities of new and old personnel, specifically for the sales force. By seeing this the team became very interested making an activity that could improve the quality and performance of the personnel by providing evaluation and training, which is expected in the future to be able to help in carrying out their duties. This community service aims to be able to provide good utilization for the company in the future. The team will use Quizizz an e-learning media delivery because attractive and interactive and for the research method used the Quasi Experimental Design. For the evaluating of a product and for the medium purposive sampling we are using documentation, observasion, pretest and posttest, for data used in making these questions category volume, profitability, product and other relevant measures. The final results from material carried out by the team the results quite 85% - 95% in very good category. The conclusion from this study is that e-learning using Quizizz is very effective in improving the ability, which previously got enough marks very good at the assessment and Quizizz can be used as a data bank, which can be used continuously as a media e-learning for other staff at PT. PEMBERDAYAAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN E-COMMERCE UMKM DESA KRIYAN KECAMATAN KALINYAMATAN KABUPATEN JEPARA
Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the Indonesian economy. Indonesia's increasing economic growth cannot be separated from the role of MSMEs. In particular, the contribution of MSMEs to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Of course, e-commerce can also be an access for MSMEs to enter international markets. As technology develops, it becomes easier to do this, so this opens up opportunities for MSMEs to be able to optimize company operations and e-commerce. To make this happen, of course, cooperation from various parties is needed, from the government, e-commerce practitioners, academics, economic actors, and of course community support. It is hoped that e-commerce will be able to encourage the progress of MSMEs in Indonesia and especially in Kriyan Village in order to increase Indonesia's economic growth. The community service method is carried out through socialization, lectures and discussions, mentoring/practice and evaluation so that targets and goals are achieved according to targets. The result of this service activity is that the MSMEs are very enthusiastic about participating in online marketing training. Kriyan Village MSMEs have used social media as a marketing medium with a composition of 90% Instagram, 25% Tiktok and 50% Facebook, or it could be said that 85% of the skills of Kriyan Village MSMEs have increased so that they are able to operate digital marketing in promotional media. MSMEs not only know this, but they can also identify social media models that can be used as marketing material
IMPLEMENTASI PENGGUNAAN ALAT EDUKASI KARTU BERGAMBAR (FLASH CARD) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BAHASA INGGRIS SISWA
Students' interest in learning English is still low, which means students' English language skills are also low. This is because during the learning process in the classroom, teachers do not use learning media such as educational tools. Educational tools are very important if applied in learning. This is because educational tools can increase students' learning motivation so that learning is more meaningful, innovative and creative. Therefore, the service team carries out service activities regarding the use of educational tools in classroom learning. This service activity aims to increase students' interest in learning and also students' English language skills. This service activity was carried out at MIS Nurul Hidayah Medan. Participants in this activity were class V students consisting of 30 students. This activity will be carried out on September 6 2023. This activity will be carried out in 3 stages. The first stage is to give a pretest to students before carrying out implementation activities using picture card educational tools (flash cards). The second stage is implementing the use of flash cards in English lessons. The third stage is giving a posttest to students after carrying out implementation activities using picture card educational tools (flash cards). The results of this activity were that the student response was very good and students were more interested in learning using the flash card educational tool and there was an increase in student ability obtained from the N-Gain score which was in the medium category. So it can be concluded that the flash card educational tool can improve students' English language skills
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SMART METHOD IN THE DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR PENALTY RECOMMENDATIONS
Sanctions need to be given to students who do not obey school rules, and the purpose is to establish student discipline and ethics. SMK Gazza Wiguna 1 Megamendung Bogor district also imposes sanctions for students who violate the rules of conduct. The problem is that determining the violation point has not been done objectively. To overcome this, applying the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Method (SMART) method to the decision support system to determine recommendations for sanctions for students who commit violations. This system is designed to use UML tools and is built on a web basis. The system uses an alternative oral warning, first warning letter, second warning letter, third warning letter, and returned to parents (DO). The criteria include violation of school uniforms, tidiness, discipline, cleanliness, order, hospitality, commemorating national holidays, and additional provisions. The type of criteria used is the cost criteria because it is expected that students do not violate school rules; if students commit violations, it is hoped that students do not commit serious transgressions
APPLICATION OF THE APRIORI ALGORITHM TO DETERMINE THE COMBINATION OF POVERTY INDICATORS
Poverty is a society that has not been solved until now. The decline in poverty in Laweyan District from 2000 to 2013 was 5.71%, among the five lowest in the reduction in the percentage of poverty in Central Java Province. The problem of poverty is very complex, and the differences in regional characteristics, as well as the techniques used, also influence the indicators of the causes of poverty and the formulation of policies for poverty alleviation. This study uses Principal Component Analysis as part of data preprocessing, followed by applying association rules with the Apriori Algorithm to explore the relationship pattern of poverty indicators. Based on the research that has been conducted on the poverty dataset, which consists of 46 attributes, it is found that the attributes that have passed the preprocessing data are six attributes, namely the Poor Population, ADHB in the Communication Sector, ADHB in the Mining and Excavation Sector, ADHB in the Agriculture and Food Crops Sector, ADHB in the Plantation Sector. and unemployment. These six attributes are transformed into Ascending, Fixed, and Descending categorical data. The fuzzification process for the increase and decrease categories uses the shoulder-type triangle membership function. Applying the Apriori Algorithm to the poverty dataset with a minimum support of 0.4 and a minimum confidence of 0.8 produces 38 rules that show the relationship between indicators and poverty and 134 rules that show the relationship pattern between indicators
