    AUDIT SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN SEKOLAH MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 4.1

    The School Management Information System (SIMS) has brought many benefits, even though it has been implemented, SMPIT Ajimutu Global Insani Bekasi faces several challenges and problems that require special attention, including limitations in IT Strategic Planning, Less Optimal IT Risk Management, Evaluation of Automation Solutions, Security Information Systems, IT Service Performance Measurement, IT Governance have not been fully implemented in their entirety. This article discusses the application of the COBIT 4.1 framework  in conducting SIMS audits at SMPIT Ajimutu Global Insani Bekasi. This research aims to assess the suitability of the information system with the school's strategic objectives, identify strengths and weaknesses in its management, and provide recommendations for improvement. The methodology used includes evaluation of the four main domains in COBIT 4.1: Planning and Organization (PO), Acquisition and Implementation (AI), Delivery and Support (DS), and Monitoring and Evaluation (ME). The audit results show that although SIMS has provided significant benefits, there are several areas that require improvement, such as IT strategic plan documentation, risk management, evaluation of automation solutions, information system security, IT service performance measurement, and IT governance. Based on these findings, recommendations for improvement are provided which include improving documentation and communication, developing formal processes for risk management, routine evaluation of automation solutions, improving security policies, establishing more comprehensive performance metrics, and strengthening IT governance

    Indonesia is known as an agricultural region with a wide variety of agricultural and plantation commodities. Plantation commodities such as coffee plants are one of the superior products produced by farmers in Indonesia. Coffee plants grow in mountainous areas with relatively cold weather temperatures. Geographically, natural conditions support coffee plants to grow well even with limited technology. Community service activities aim to increase the competitiveness of coffee farmer groups through the application of technology. The community service activities were carried out in Mekarmanik Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. Service partner Tiwikrama Mukti Farmer Group is engaged in coffee plantations around Mekarmanik village. Coffee trees in this area are planted intercropped with rubber trees that grow on land owned by the PERHUTANI State-Owned Company. The method of implementing the service activities provides assistance with a set of grass cutting equipment and garden support equipment. This equipment can help farmers clean grass and weeds that often grow around the garden so that the growth of coffee plants can be better. In addition to providing agricultural equipment instruments, the service team provided simulations on the use of tools and counselling to farmer group partners regarding the market potential of coffee commodities. The results of community service activities in farmer groups after carrying out garden maintenance can increase coffee productivity. Coffee farmer groups also have a better understanding of coffee marketing circulation so that farmers obtain more optimal economic returns

    The dynamics of students in high school currently face various strong and unique challenges related to understanding journalism and the use of social media tools in the millennial era. The use of computers is a real activity of Youth Catholic Community (YCC) which continues to be dynamic. The problems faced by Cenderawasih Catholic High School and Frater High School students in using social media are a lack of good and wise knowledge and understanding, still having an emotional nature or lack of self-control, and not using social media applications constructively. Student learning practices still require serious efforts to increase productivity to be targeted, effective and measurable. The training aims to educate school students in understanding journalistic concepts with 3 (three) main aspects in the use of social media in the millennial era, namely: cognitive (knowledge), affective (attitude), and psychomotor (skills) to produce creative social media content with character constructive. Training methods include pre-training (information questionnaire), training implementation (tutorial, practice, and presentation) and training evaluation (rubric questionnaire). The training has educated students in understanding journalistic concepts with 3 (three) aspects of using social media in the millennial era. The results of the evaluation of 30 students, namely: cognitive aspects of 18 people or 60.00%, affective aspects of 22 people or 73.33%, and psychomotoric aspects of 21 people or 70.00%, so it can be said that in general students have been able to understand the use of social media well good

    Advertising is a form of promotion for a product or service, typically displayed in mass media such as television, newspapers, magazines, as well as on platforms like YouTube and social media, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This study was conducted to analyze the impact of promotional advertising on purchasing decisions for Aqua mineral water products. The population included all consumers who have seen Aqua advertisements on any media, such as television or other social media, and consumers who have purchased Aqua mineral water, totaling 70 respondents obtained through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The method applied is quantitative, analyzed using SPSS version 26. The variables tested include Promotion (X) and Purchase Decision (Y). Research instruments were validated through validity and reliability tests. The analysis techniques used include correlation and simple linear regression tests, encompassing t-tests and determination tests. The correlation test shows a strong and positive relationship between variables X and Y. The regression test produced the equation Y = 8.045 + 0.628X, indicating that the promotion variable significantly influences purchasing decisions for Aqua mineral water. This finding implies that the company should focus on enhancing promotion efforts to boost product purchasing decisions

    The outbreak of the CORONA virus in Indonesia in early March 2020 has created unrest, especially in the business world. The impact caused some small and medium-sized businesses to go out of business, so the right marketing strategy is needed to maintain and increase customer loyalty. The purpose of this research is to segment PT Megadaya Maju Selaras' customers based on their characteristics by comparing the RFM-based K-Means and K-Medoids algorithms as attributes in the research. The dataset used comes from the purchase transaction data of PT Megadaya Maju Selaras customers. Experiments in this study used the CRISP-DM model. The results showed that the K-Means algorithm has a smaller Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) value than K-Medoids, meaning that the K-Means method is the right method for this research. With the K-Means method, the overall data shows the optimal k in cluster 4 with a DBI value of 0.286, the data before the pandemic shows the optimal k value in cluster 2 with a DBI value of 0.299, after the pandemic shows the optimal k in cluster 5 with a DBI value of 0.278. The overall data is divided into 4 segments, namely superstar, typical customer, occational customer and dormant customer. Data before the pandemic is divided into 2 segments, namely typical customers and superstars. Meanwhile, after the pandemic is divided into 5 segments, namely typical customer, occational customer, golden customer, dormant customer and superstar. With this research, PT Megadaya Maju Selaras can provide the right service for each customer group

    KLASTERISASI ANGKATAN KERJA DI INDONESIA BERDASARKAN USIA MENGGUNAKAN METODE ALGORITMA K-MEANS

    The concept of the population is divided into two groups, namely the working age population and the population not working age. Indonesia, which has 34 provinces, has an unequal distribution of labor force due to the level of economic growth that is still not evenly distributed in several sectors. Labor is the most important and influential element in managing and controlling the economic system. In this study the method used in the grouping of provinces was based on the workforce in 34 provinces using the K-Means algorithm. The purpose of grouping data is done to get a province grouping that has a workforce in Indonesia by grouping / clustering into 3 groups based on age groups using the K-Means algorithm. Based on the calculations, the results of cluster 0 were 6 provinces, cluster 1 as many as 3 provinces and cluster 2 were 25 provinces. The K-Means algorithm can be used to understand the workforce problems and make it easier to describe the characteristics or characteristics of each group. Based on these results, the local government can give more attention to the regions with the smallest workforce such as the Province of Central Sulawesi, East Kalimantan, Jambi so that economic growth in various sectors can be increased so that the welfare of the workforce, especially in terms of work in the field of work can be easily obtained

    PERBANDINGAN KRITERIA DECISION TREE PADA PENGETAHUAN MASYARAKAT PADA PEMILIHAN UMUM PRESIDEN INDONESIA

    In the Presidential election, gen z as a new voter, must know in advance who the presidential candidate will be in the 2024 election as well as the election process, because if voters do not know and do not understand, it will cause the wrong choice will result in their votes cannot be used even to abstain. What factors cause milennials and gen z generations to not know about elections can be determined using a decision tree. Therefore, in this study, a questionnaire was given to millennials and gen z generation to find out whether voters know the presidential candidate to be elected. The data from the questionnaire is processed to become training data and testing data with a ratio of 70:30. Then measure the accuracy level using the C4.5 algorithm with a comparison of splitting criteria, namely gain ratio, information gain and gini index.  By knowing the right splitting criteria, the decision tree model can help overcome the problem of overfitting in the data. Overfitting occurs when the model is too complex in memorizing training data, thus failing to generalize well to read new data. The calculation results show the difference in accuracy values between Gain ratio, Information gain and Gini index, namely 81.67%, 83.33% and 83.33%. It can be concluded that for the use of Algorithm C4.5 splitting criteria Gain ratio and Gini index have the same accuracy value for accuracy measurement in this study

    Penerapan Enterprise Architecture (EA) telah menjadi keharusan strategis yang penting untuk menjawab tantangan transformasi digital di Desa Digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Enterprise Architecture Desa Digital di Kabupaten Sumedang. Permasalahan utamanya terletak pada tidak adanya kerangka terstruktur atau tata kelola dalam pengelolaan transformasi digital yang efektif di tingkat desa. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam mengembangan Enterprise Architecture pada Desa Digital menggunakan Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP), EAP dilakukan secara cermat, dimulai dengan analisis mendalam mengenai tantangan spesifik yang dihadapi desa dalam proses transformasi digital. Tahapan perancangan EAP meliputi inisiasi perencanaan, pemodelan bisnis dan teknologi saat ini, perancangan arsitektur data, arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur teknologi, dan perencanaan implementasi. Temuan penelitian ini bahwa partisipasi aktif pemerintah daerah, masyarakat, dunia usaha dan pakar teknologi dianggap penting dalam merumuskan rencana EAP yang komprehensif. Penekanannya adalah pada pendekatan inklusif untuk memastikan keselarasan antara tujuan bisnis desa dan infrastruktur teknologi yang direncanakan, sehingga memberikan panduan praktis bagi pengambil keputusan dalam mengarahkan transformasi menuju Desa Digital yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan panduan berupa roadmap pengembangan teknologi informasi 5 tahun ke depan yang terdiri dari 14 data kandidat, 7 kandidat aplikasi, dan peta jaringan terkait, yang dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi kepala desa dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan perubahan arsitektur yang ada apakah sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan, kekhususan dan potensi Desa Digital

    INTEGRATION OF TELEGRAM BOT AND UPTIME KUMA FOR WI-FI NETWORK MONITORING USING MIKROTIK

    Wi-Fi network monitoring is a crucial aspect in ensuring the availability and security of widely used internet services. This research confirms the use of Telegram bots for notification integration with the Uptime-Kuma monitoring program and proxy devices for Wi-Fi network monitoring. The main router and network controller in this study were Mikrotik devices, while Uptime Kuma was used as a monitoring tool to track the performance and availability of the Wi-Fi network. When important events are discovered on the network, network administrators can receive quick notifications through integration with Telegram bots. In the context of Wi-Fi networks, the Security Policy Development Life Cycle (SPDLC) method is used to design relevant and effective security policies. It includes the stages of planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and regular updating of security policies to maintain optimal levels of security. The results  show that the integration of Telegram bots with the Kuma Uptime monitoring tool can improve network availability. This allows quick reaction to Uptime and Downtime reports in network conditions, which record the percentage of time network services are available. Thus, administrators do not need to wait for complaints from users if the connection is suddenly lost, because changes in connection status will automatically send a notification to Telegram

    GAME DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT USING SCRUM FRAMEWORK: HYPERCASUAL GAME CASE STUDY 'RUSH RUNNER'

    The research aims to explore and implement an effective Project Management approach in Game Development using the Scrum Framework. A case study was conducted on the development of a hypercasual game titled "Rush Runner." With a focus on rapid iterations, continuous feedback, and adaptation to changes, the Scrum methodology was used to manage the game development workflow from planning to publication. Concrete steps were taken to adapt to user needs and evolving demands as an integral part of the development process. The research findings indicate that the implementation of Scrum had a positive impact on productivity, quality, and user satisfaction in hypercasual game development. Furthermore, the integration of Project Management and the Scrum approach optimized overall time, cost, and quality. These findings provide valuable insights for practitioners and researchers in the field of game development to understand the importance of an adaptive and responsive Project Management approach to market changes and user needs
