DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT AT HASNUR CENTRE USING 360° ASSESSMENT
Hasnur Centre is the CSR institution of Hasnur Group dedicated to the development of human resources in South Kalimantan. The performance assessment for Hasnur Centre employees currently relies on a conventional and unidirectional brief fill-in-the-blank method, reflecting the viewpoint of superior, indicating a need for an adjustment in the employed method. Furthermore, the employee evaluation process at Hasnur Centre still relies on a simple Google Form. Therefore, there is a need for the development of information system integration that can automate employee performance assessment at Hasnur Centre. The system is developed gradually according to the needs of the HR Admin, utilizing the Spiral development method. The tools include Use Case Diagrams, PHP as the programming language, CodeIgniter as the system development framework, and MySQL. This research has resulted in the Employee Performance Assessment Information System for Hasnur Centre employees, introducing a novelty by integrating the 360° Assessment method based on predetermined perspectives and sub-perspectives using a Likert Scale combined with a brief qualitative input method in which evaluators provide written feedback on the assessed employees. PELATIHAN APLIKASI BANK SAMPAH BERBASIS WEB PADA BANK SAMPAH BERKAH SEJAHTERA DESA RAWA PANJANG
At Berkah Sejahtera Waste Bank, the service process is still carried out manually, namely by recording in the waste bank book so that data accuracy and timeliness often have errors in management. To find solutions to existing problems, it is necessary to have a computerized data management system in a waste bank institution as an effort to accelerate the processing of waste bank management transaction data that can provide convenience in carrying out transaction activities, managing Berkah Sejahtera Waste Bank savings, and creating transparency and accountability in the Berkah Sejahtera waste bank management unit in the Rawa Panjang Village area, Bojong Gede, Kabupaten Bogor. The applied method includes partner needs analysis, development of a digital waste bank application, training on application usage, and evaluation of the training outcomes. This application training activity was attended by 34 participants consisting of representatives of the management, and customers of the Berkah Sejahtera Waste Bank. The result of this training is an increase in the usefulness of training by 88% and feedback in using the E-BAS application recorded at 91.18% This waste bank application is a web-based data processing that can speed up and facilitate Waste Bank officers in conducting transactions, processing customer savings data, updated, transparent, and informative information and can be accessed at any time
PENGUATAN KOMUNITAS GEREJAWI DALAM PENGEMBANGAN IMAN DAN PELAYANAN MASYARAKAT PAROKI SANTO VINCENTIUS A PAULO MALANG
Strengthening community is a fundamental aspect of community service, particularly in fostering a harmonious and empowered faith life. This was clearly reflected in the Catholic community of St. Vincentius a Paulo Parish, Malang, especially among the youth, whose focus was on nurturing faith and active engagement in both church and society. The program aimed to support young people in deepening their faith as part of their preparation for the sacrament of Confirmation. Community service activities were organized into four groups: SMP A, SMP B, high school students, and adults, with sessions conducted at Santa Maria Catholic Senior High School, Malang. The program used several methods: coordination, structured scheduling, team training, and catechetical formation. The results showed that community strengthening was carried out effectively based on the planned strategies and shared pastoral goals. Coordination between the parish priest, catechists, and local leaders produced a well-organized schedule. Collaborative training created synergy among the youth, enhancing their commitment to faith and active participation in church life. This structured approach successfully guided all participants toward receiving the sacrament with readiness and devotion. They actively participated in the sessions and showed improved understanding of the significance of community life as a foundation of faith. Moreover, this process motivated them to embody these values in their daily routines through active engagement in both church and social environments. The program ultimately strengthened their faith journey and equipped them with a deeper sense of responsibility and meaningful involvement within the Catholic community and wider society
STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN KEPARIWISATAAN DI DESA NUCA MOLAS SEBAGAI DESTINASI UNGGULAN DI KABUPATEN MANGGARAI
Nuca Molas Village in Manggarai Regency has strong tourism potential but does not yet have a clear development strategy. This study aims to explore its potential and propose a strategy to make Nuca Molas Village a leading destination in Manggarai Regency. The approach used in this study is qualitative. The data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques, reaching seven people. This study identified four main potentials: Natural and cultural attractions, including biodiversity and shipbuilding traditions; Accessibility, because of its location close to Wae Rebo and Labuan Bajo; Amenities, with accommodation and culinary businesses in Dintor, the crossing point to Nuca Molas; and Tourism market, which benefits from tourist visits to Labuan Bajo and Wae Rebo. The strategy must prioritize increasing accessibility, infrastructure development, partnerships, community training, and reactivating tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis). In addition, integrating tourism products with Wae Rebo and Labuan Bajo can increase visibility and attract more visitors. This research can provide an overview of the development strategy of tourist villages, especially marine tourism. It can be used as a basis for designing tourism development in Nuca Molas Village.Desa Nuca Molas di Kabupaten Manggarai memiliki potensi wisata yang kuat tetapi belum memiliki strategi pengembangan yang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensinya dan mengusulkan strategi untuk pertumbuhan pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Studi ini mengidentifikasi empat potensi utama: (1) Daya tarik alam dan budaya, termasuk keanekaragaman hayati dan tradisi pembuatan kapal; (2) Aksesibilitas, karena lokasinya yang dekat dengan Wae Rebo dan Labuan Bajo; (3) Amenitas, dengan adanya penginapan dan usaha kuliner di Dintor, titik penyeberangan ke Nuca Molas; dan (4) Pasar wisata, yang mendapat manfaat dari kunjungan wisatawan ke Labuan Bajo dan Wae Rebo. Strategi pengembangan harus memprioritaskan peningkatan aksesibilitas, pembangunan infrastruktur, kemitraan, pelatihan masyarakat, serta pengaktifan kembali kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis). Selain itu, integrasi produk wisata dengan Wae Rebo dan Labuan Bajo dapat meningkatkan visibilitas dan menarik lebih banyak pengunjung
ANALISIS GAYA BAHASA IKLAN PADA SUPERMARKET EDISI RAMADHAN 2025 DI INSTAGRAM
The creative and attractive use of language to emphasize a product's uniqueness in advertising is known as the use of language style in advertisements. The aim of this research is to describe the language styles used in supermarket advertisements on Instagram during Ramadhan 2025. This research is a qualitative research. The data analyzed consists of sentences found in supermarket advertisements published on Instagram (March 1 - March 21, 2025). Data analysis applies the language style theory, which classifies four language styles: comparative, contradictory, associative, and repetitive. The findings of this study indicate that the most frequently used language style in supermarket advertisements on Instagram during Ramadhan 2025 is the contradictory style, followed by the comparative style, the repetitive style, and the associative style. From these findings, it can be seen that the use of language style in advertising plays a significant role in increasing both the visual and verbal appeal of a promotional message. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to subsequent studies focused on the analysis of language use in digital advertisements across various platforms and contexts.Pemanfaatan bahasa secara kreatif dan menarik untuk menonjolkan keunikan suatu produk dalam iklan dikenal sebagai penggunaan gaya bahasa dalam iklan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripisikan gaya bahasa yang digunakan pada iklan supermarket edisi Ramadhan 2025 di Instagram. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data yang diteliti berupa kalimat yang terdapat pada iklan supermarket yang dipublikasikan di Instagram selama Ramadhan 2025 (1 Maret - 21 Maret 2025). Analisis data menggunakan teori gaya bahasa yang mengklasifikasikan 4 gaya bahasa diantaranya gaya bahasa perbandingan, gaya bahasa pertentangan, gaya Bahasa pertautan dan gaya Bahasa perulangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya Bahasa iklan supermarket edisi Ramadhan 2025 di Instagram paling banyak menggunakan gaya bahasa pertentangan, yang kedua adalah gaya bahasa perbandingan, yang ketiga adalah perulangan dan yang keempat adalah pertautan. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa penggunaan gaya bahasa dalam iklan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan daya tarik visual dan verbal dari suatu pesan promosi
PENGELOLAAN KREATIVITAS DAN INOVASI MELALUI INTEGRASI SENI DAN TEKNOLOGI DALAM PENDIDIKAN DI ERA DIGITAL 5.0
The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the world of education. The integration of art and technology is an important strategy in facing challenges and opportunities in the digital era 5.0, especially in efforts to increase creativity and innovation among students. This community service work aims to develop a learning model that combines elements of art and technology, in order to enrich the learning experience and prepare the younger generation to be actively involved in an increasingly digital and creative society. Through training programs and workshops, educators and students are introduced to various digital tools and platforms that can be used to create works of art, ranging from graphic design, animation, to digital music. In addition, the application of technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) in art education is also introduced as an innovative way to increase understanding and appreciation of art. The results of this activity show a significant increase in students' ability to think creatively and produce innovative works. Students also show a higher interest in project-based learning that integrates technology, which has a positive impact on their engagement in the learning process. PODCAST ROOM RESERVATION APPLICATION USING EXTREME PROGRAMMING METHOD
In the era of globalization, information technology has become crucial in enhancing the productivity of information processing across various industries. Data management ensures smooth operations and informed decision-making. Podcasts have emerged as significant mediums for information consumption and entertainment, with an increasing number of listeners seeking high-quality content. Producing quality podcasts requires adequate facilities such as advanced recording equipment and acoustically suitable studio spaces. Development methodologies like Extreme Programming emphasize improving functionality and technical implementation. Reservations for podcast studios play a crucial role in scheduling recordings, with online booking systems enabling easy and efficient reservations, albeit requiring intensive individualized services. The capability of reservation systems to provide quick, accurate, and precise information can influence customer experiences and purchasing decisions. The integration of information technology and online reservations is key to optimizing podcast production and distribution, enhancing operational efficiency for service providers, while providing a satisfying experience for listeners. Although the system has yet to be fully implemented, it is designed to streamline booking processes and reduce manual intervention, which is anticipated to lead to significant improvements in both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
PREDICTION OF INHIBITOR BINDING AFFINITY AND MOLECULAR INTERACTIONS IN MPRO DENGUE USING MACHINE LEARNING
The dengue virus experiences rapid mutation and genetic variability, posing challenges in developing effective antiviral therapies. This study explores the prediction of binding affinities between potential antiviral drug inhibitors and the NS2B-NS3 protease of the dengue virus using machine learning models. Molecular docking simulations were conducted with AutoDock Vina to generate interaction data between viral proteins and ligands. The generated datasets were used to train several machine learning models, including Random Forest Regressor (RF Regressor), Support Vector Regression (SVR), and Extreme Gradient Boosting Regressor (XGBoost Regressor). The RF Regressor model demonstrated the highest accuracy in predicting binding affinities, measured through Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), and Pearson Correlation Coefficient (R). However, the XGBoost Regressor and SVR models showed better generalization in practical scenarios. This study highlights the potential of machine learning to optimize the drug discovery process and provides significant insights into antiviral drug development for dengue fever
UEQ-BASED EVALUATION OF USER EXPERIENCE: A CASE STUDY ON ENGLISH READING WEBSITES DEVELOPMENT
Technology has become essential in education, requiring specialized instructional media tailored to each subject. This study develops a web-based learning system designed specifically for English education, integrating both passive and interactive learning approaches to enhance engagement and effectiveness. This study contributes to showing that passive-interactive English learning websites can help users in both the advanced and non-advanced categories. However, before the system is publicly accessible, system testing focusing on user experience is important to achieve the intended learning objectives. The current study employed the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) framework, consisting of 26 questions across the categories of Attractiveness, Pragmatic, and Hedonic. The UEQ framework has been well-validated and widely used in various studies and professional industries for assessing user experience, ensuring that the user experience scores are objective. The findings showed that the system scored lowest in the “Hedonic” category due to a low “Novelty” score of 1.344, which was 31% lower than the highest score “Attractiveness” at 1.962. Interface that visually appealing and offers fresh, dynamic content, users are more likely to stay engaged. However, the overall average score across the three UEQ categories for the English learning system was 1.823, indicating a good user experience
EVALUASI PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI ADONAI DENGAN PENDEKATAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM)
The Adonai application is designed to make it easier to submit insurance and claims for customers by Kosppi employees, but the level of acceptance still needs to be researched. This research uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to evaluate the influence of perceived usefulness (9.92%) and perceived ease of use (35.04) on application acceptance. Analysis of data from 53 respondents shows that the two variables simultaneously contribute 66.8% to application acceptance. The results of this research support the validation of TAM as a technology evaluation model in the financial services sector and provide practical recommendations to increase the ease of use and benefits of the adonai application
