The thermal comfort of the prosthesis and orthosis from the viewpoint of the clothing physiology
私たちは人生のほとんどの時を着衣状態で過ごす. 補装具使用者は、衣服に加えて補装具を着用する. 被服の吸湿性・吸水性は、着心地や体温調節反応に影響を与えるだけでなく、運動遂行能力にまで影響を与える. 人体機能補助増進衣として、補装具の温熱的快適性は改良できる可能性がある. 補装具は身体に密着されて装着されること、装着時間が長いこと、また、体温調節能力にも障がいがある人が装着する場合があることから、補装具素材は補装具使用者の体温調節反応、衣服気候、衣生活全般に広く影響を与える. また、補装具デザインは衣服アンサンブル全体の外見の良さに影響し、装着時の精神的影響も大きく、リハビリへの意欲にも影響する.We spend most of our life wearing various items of clothing. People who need prosthesis and orthosis have to wear them in addition. The material properties of the clothing have effects on the clothing climate, the thermal comfort and local exercise performance. The prosthesis and orthosis belong to the clothing wardrobe. There is still room for improvement in terms of the thermal comfort of such prosthesis and orthosis,which support and reinforce various functions of the human body. The properties of the clothing material will have a great influence on the thermoregulation and clothing climate. Because of that such supportive devices are put directly on the human body for a long period of time, in many cases, by those who have trouble with thermoregulation. The design of the prosthesis and orthosis has a close relationship with the mental condition of the clients when they wear them. Therefore, excellent design of the supportive devices will make the whole range of clothing look much better and will give the clients a strong incentive to continue with their own rehabilitation.総説Reviewdepartmental bulletin pape
Difference of method of presenting the geriatric health service facility be imprisoned senior citizen's work : As for the difference between reverse-backward inspection result and the work efficiency
本研究では、介護老人保健施設に6ケ月以上入所している高齢者に、作業提示方法による作業効率の違いを検討した. 作業の遂行に一時的必要となる作業記憶にも着眼した. 作業記憶を簡便に評価できる数字の逆唱を対象者におこない、対象者を逆唱の良好群と不良群の2群に分けた. 各群の対象者に4種類の作業構成の作業と、1種類の作業を繰り返しおこなう、2つの作業を提示し期間をあけて実施した. 2つの作業の作業効率の違いを検討するために、作業実施後にTMT-A、TMT-B、作業の実施前後にフリッカー検査をおこなって分析した. 不良群は2つの作業間でのTMT-Bに有意な正の相関を認めず、2つの作業提示方法において作業効率に違いがあると推察した. 逆唱が不良な高齢者に作業活動を提示する場合、組織だった行為を要する、簡単な複数の作業を一貫して順番に提示することが作業効率に違いがあることが示唆された.In the present study, the difference of the work efficiency according to the method of presenting work to senior citizen who had been the be imprisoned for six months or more to the geriatric health service facility was examined. It aimed it also at the working memory that became temporary necessary for accomplishing work. Reverse-backward of the figure that was handily appreciable of the working memory was done to the object person. The object person was divided into two crowds an excellent group and a defective group of reverse-backward. Two work done to each crowd's object person repeating the work of four kinds of work compositions and one kind of work was presented, and the period was opened and executed. After work is executed, TMT-A, TMT-B to examine the difference of the work efficiency of two work. It analyzed it inspecting the flicker before and after the execution of work. A defective group is TMT-B between two work. A posture control structure of the movement to wipe buttocks in the cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia
A purpose of this study is I am biodynamical, and to make a posture control structure of the movement to wipe buttocks in the cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia clear. In addition, I limited the person of object because the obstacle image of the cerebrovascular accident was complicated. The support characteristics of paralysis side lower limbs are low this time, and monitor examines a person of sibgle paralysis of a necessary level in real movement. As a result, the characteristic of the movement to wipe buttocks was to control posture by letting a Trunk side moment and the hip joint extorsion moments of the side to wipe increase. It was to centralize a change of the working weight feeling in the non-paralysis side lower part, and it was it with a movement method to reduce unrest of the weight feeling to be concrete. In addition, I triggered it for braking for sagittal plane by generating a knee joint extension moment greatly at the same time. Effect of subject-performed tasks on recognition memory : evidence from event-related brain potentials by a image reconfirmation tasks
被験者実演課題(SPTs)による記憶成績向上の機序を明らかにするため、大学生45名を対象に、言語課題(VTs)とSPTsの2条件を設定して行為文の記銘を求めた. その30分後に、行為の写真画像を提示し、記銘した行為文(ターゲット)に相当する写真の提示時にできるだけ早くボタンを押し反応を要請する再認課題を用いて、その再認率と虚再認率、反応時間および事象関連電位(ERP)を測定し、VTs条件とSPTs条件間の比較を行った. その結果、VTs条件よりもSPTs条件において、再認成績が良く、反応時間も有意に短かった. またERPでは、P300、N400,P600成分を認め、P600ではVTs条件よりもSPTs条件で振幅が有意に大きかった. この結果から、SPTs条件においてはVTs条件と比べて、より大きな資源を必要とするイメージの情報処理が、行為画像による再認時に行われていると推察され、言語のみによる提示よりも、行為を実演することによる再認成績向上に関連していると考えられた. SPTsは、我々が日常生活において行為を想起する際の記憶情報処理に関係していると考えられ、今後はERPを含めた脳活動測定法を用いて、SPTs効果のメカニズムを明らかにすることで、日常の物忘れなどの研究に結びつく可能性が考えられた.The purpose of this study was to clarify mechanisms underlying memory performance improvement using subject-performed tasks (SPTs). We prepared two sets of conditions consisiting of verbal tasks(VTs) and SPTs, and had 45 college students memorize action sentences, followed by recognition tasks thirty minutes later. Specifically, photogrphic images of actions were shown on computer monitors and subjects were asked to react by pressing a button as quickly as possible when photographs corresponding to memorized action sentences appeared. Recognition rate, false recognition rate, reaction time and event-related potential (ERP) were measured, and these values were compared between VT and SPT conditions. We found that recognition performance was better and reaction time significantly shorter under SPT conditions than under VT conditions. Furthermore, P300, N400 and P600 components were observed in ERP, and amplitude at P600 was significantly larger under SPT conditions than under VT conditions. Based on these results, we postulate that compared to VT conditions, image information processing requiring greater resources takes place during recognition based on action images under SPT conditions. This suggests that recognition performance improvement is more related to action demonstrations than solely to verbal presentations. SPTs are related to memory information processing that takes place when, as part of our daily life, each of us recall actions taken by oneself. The present study suggests the possibility that using brain activity measuring methods, including ERP, to clarify mechanisms behind the SPT effect could lead to studies into forgetfulness in daily life.原著Originaldepartmental bulletin pape
