Awareness of Walking Time and Number of Steps Needed under different Walking Conditions : Do Estimated Walking Time and Steps Constitute a Useful Self-Reported Index?
Get PDF本研究の目的は、歩行時間と歩数の予測値が自己認識指標として有用であるか否かについて検討することである. 健常成人17名を対象に、20mの直線歩行路を歩行するのに要する歩行時間と歩数の予測値および実測値を計測した. なお、歩行条件は、対象者が任意に設定した「自然歩行」、「遅い歩行」、「速い歩行」の3条件とした. その結果、歩行条件に応じて歩行時間と歩数を変化させなければならないことは自己認識できたものの、歩行時間と歩数を正確に認識することは困難であることが示された. したがって、20mの直線歩行路を歩行するのに要する歩行時間と歩数の予測値を自己認識指標として用いることは、信頼性と妥当性に欠き臨床応用することが困難であると考えられた.The purpose of this study was to determine if estimated walking time and number of steps can be a useful self-reported index for clinical application to improve the safety of individuals with gait difficulty. Seventeen healthy adults were asked to estimate the time and the number of steps needed to walk in a 20m straight line in three different walking conditions, "natural walking","slow walking"and "fast walking", and the estimated values were compared with the actual time and steps taken to walk the distance. The results suggest that, even though subjects were aware that the time taken and steps needed to walk the distance needed to be changed for each condition, they had difficulty estimating the values accurately. Because of tha lack of reliability and validity, the use of estimated walking time and number of steps needed to walk in a 20m straight line as a self-reported index does not appear to be useful for clinical application.原著Originalsdepartmental bulletin pape

Get PDF改正教育基本法第十条「家庭教育」が新設され、更に第十条2で国及び地方公共団体の家庭教育支援の施策について明示された。これを受け、地方公共団体においてもさまざまな取り組みを講じている。しかしながら、家庭教育という個人の価値観に大きく左右される問題に行政がどこまで踏み込めるのか、また何が出来るのか、暗中模索の段階であり、従来の行政サービスの組み換えや、教育と福祉分野の連携などが進められている。しかしながら、家庭教育の大きな核に、子どもへの常識やしつけ教育が上げられるが、これらは個人の価値観を多く含む部分である。家庭教育の深部に触れることはきわめて困難であり、行政の限界といわれるところである。そこで、価値観の違いや多様性を超える議論として、共通感覚(常識としてのコモンセンスとそれを感じる感覚の統合としての共通感覚)の育成という観点から、家庭教育に踏み込む行政への展望が開けるものと考える。原著Articledepartmental bulletin pape

Get PDF作りたいから作る。描きたいから描く。そんな想いから始まったであろう美術の目的が「うまく作るため」「うまく描くため」にいつの間にか、すり替えられている様に感じる。さらに悪いことに、学校の評価を良くするため、指導者の評価向上のために、こども達の作品の完成度をあげることに必死の教師がいることは残念なことである。教師の思い通りの作品に変えられ、こども達は自分の作品や制作過程に納得していない。それでも保護者が「うちの子がこんなすごい作品を作れた」と喜ぶので事態は悪化する。いい作品を作らせることが目的となってしまい、1番大切な気持ち「自分の作りたい様に作る」が忘れ去られてしまっている。そして学校間の「いい作品を作る」競争が始まる。そんな事態を回避するためにはどうすればいいのか探っていきたいと思う。原著Articledepartmental bulletin pape

Get PDF2010年12月27日から2011年1月2日まで北海道の朝里川温泉スキー場で行われたデフリンピックアルペンスキー日本選手の強化合宿にメディカルスタッフとして帯同した. 先天性聴覚障がい者には前庭三半規管にも障害を伴う者が多く存在するが、視覚や体性感覚が代償して働き、バランスが正常範囲に回復する為、日常生活面では問題にならない事が多い. 今回の代表選手にバランス検査で前庭機能低下を疑う選手が含まれており、健常スキー選手が行う筋力強化や滑走姿勢の改善だけでなく、バランス低下を考慮した筋力強化や滑走姿勢へのアプローチが必要であった.My occupational duties requirement to train top Japanese Deaf athletes in a training camp in Asarigawa Onsen Ski Area as medical staff during the period between 27th of December in 2010 to 2nd of January in 2011. Many deaf people exhibit balance issues because of the vestibule osseous semicircular canals. In general, there are not a serious problems encountered in their daily life because their sight and bodily sensations provide a compensating mechanism and therefore balance is restored to a normal level. However, athletes need other approaches to overcome the balance issues they encounter while training which may be training schedules aimed at improving muscular power or exercises to maintain the slide posture to accommodate those patients experiencing vestibule depression problems.報告Reportdepartmental bulletin pape
