A Study of learning about practical abilities of early childhood care and education in kindergarten practice teaching : From practice report of responsibility practice
Get PDF本研究では幼稚園教育実習で責任実習を行った学生の実習後レポートから保育実践力として定義した(1)指導計画を作成する力(2)保育を展開する力(3)保育実践を省察し今後の課題をもつ力について具体的にどのようなことを学んでいるのか調べた。その結果、(1)では「活動設定の理由」「教材研究」「事前準備」「導入時の工夫・説明」「時間配分」(2)では「援助」について学ぶことができていた。その際、各内容の詳細として下位項目の構成についても調べることができた。(3)では「(1)、(2)の内容を実習後に振り返る」という作業によって学ぶことができると推察された。原著Articledepartmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿では、保育所の規制緩和の現状と課題について、子どもの生活環境の充実という観点から検討する。行政が規定する保育現場での最低基準は、規制緩和の対象としてよりも、むしろ「子どもの人権を保障するために最小限必要なライン」という意味が強調されるべきである。今後の研究課題としては、地域ごとに保育についてのニーズが異なるという視点から、地域特性、地域独特のニーズの把握を前提とした、地域単位での子どもの幸福増進に重点を置いた制度・施策について検討していくことが挙げられる。また、保育所最低基準のあり方を再検討する上で、経済的な制約等があったとしてもユニバーサルデザインの考え方を採り入れていくことが肝要である。原著Articledepartmental bulletin pape

Get PDF[目的]重心移動課題において、事前に重心移動方向を認識することにより、重心移動方向へ身体重心位置が変位すると考えた. そこで重心移動方向の認識が、開始肢位のcenter of pressure(以下COP)・center of mass(以下COM)に与える影響を明らかにした. [方法]対象者を測定開始前に運動方向を指示する認識群(n=17)と、動作開始の合図と共に運動方向を指示するランダム群(n=12)に分類した. 測定には三次元動作解析装置と床反力計を用いた. 動作開始前20秒間の立位時のCOP、COM、COP軌跡長・ COM軌跡長を算出した.[結果]認識群において、COMは20秒間の立位時に重心移動方向へ変位していた(p<0.05)が、COPは両群共に重心移動方向への変位はなかった. 軌跡長は両群共にCOMに比べCOPの方が長かった(p<0.05). [考察]COMをCOPの変位により調整していることが示唆された. また重心移動課題では、連動方向を認識していると事前にCOMが変位するため、高い信頼性、再現性が得られないことが示唆された.[Objective] It was thought that the center of mass (:COM) will change in advance when evaluating the movement of the COM of the operation if people had been commanded the direction before the movement. If this hypothesis was defined the current appraisal method would not be able to obtain high reliability and reproducibility because people have been already known the direction of movement. So the purpose of this study was to clarify the effect on COM and the center of pressure (:COP) by presence or absence of recognition of the direction of movement. [Methods] Subjects were classified into two groups. "Recognized group" was instructed direction of movement in advance (n=17), and "Randomized group" indicated the direction of movement at the same time of the operation (n=12). Subjects stood twenty seconds and they continuously carried out the movement of the COM. Force plate and three-dimensional motion analysis systems were used for this study. Then, their COP in natural standing posture was measured. Their COM, COP and their track length in natural standing posture were calculated and evaluated. The obtained data were compared between each trial. [Result] The results of this study were that the position of COM of "Recognized group" had been displaced the direction of movement in advance when they were natural standing posture (p<0.05). However, the position of COP didn't have significant difference both groups. Besides, the track length of COP was longer than that of COM in both groups (p<0.05). [Discussion] Therefore, their natural standing posture changed by the task. In addition, It suggested that the movement of COP controlled the position of COM. A Study of preschool education in a nursery school about children's self competence
Get PDF本稿の目的は、幼児の自信を幼児の内面に育むべき自己有能感ととらえ、保育を受ける幼児の自己有能感に着目し、それを育むことを大切にする保育の在り方について考察することである。そこで、保育園の5歳児クラスに入り参与観察を行い、実際の保育において子どもたちが自己有能感を育み、そして高め深めていくことが出来る保育者のかかわりと援助及び配慮についてその実際を把握。その中で特徴的なエピソードを収集し、また幼児の状況について聞き取り調査を実施した。さらに担任保育士2名に併せて半構造化面接調査を実施して分析及び考察を行った。結果、保育者の一人一人の幼児の状況に応じた意識的なかかわりと援助の重要性が明らかになった。また保育者のプラスのストロークは幼児にとって有効であり、幼児の自己有能感を高めることが明らかになった。そして5歳児クラスの大半の子どもが、それぞれ一層自信を深め主体的かつ意欲的に遊び生活する姿が見られた。This purpose of this paper is a consideration of the modalities of care which fosters it,focusing on children subjected to child care,self competence and self competence infant confident foster children inside of the infant.So,understanding that actually preschool and nursery scool 5 years old child class with participant observation in actual childcare children cultivate self competence,and deepening the increased can can's involvement and aid and consideration.Collect distinctive in that episode and also conducted interviews about the situation of children.Homeroom 2 nursery in conjunction with further conducted semi-structured interviews,surveys,analysis and discussion.As a result,revealed the importance of a conscious relationship with infant nursery individual situations and aid.Preschool plus stroke enabled by young children also became clear that enhance the self competence of young children. Dose pre-operative home stretching exercise was effective for knee range of motion after total knee arthroplasty in patients with knee osteoarthritis?
Get PDF本研究では、全人工膝関節置換術(以下、TKA)施工予定の変形性膝関節症(以下、OA)患者に対して、入院の約2ヶ月前にホームストレッチエクササイズを指導し、TKA前後の膝関節可動域(以下、膝ROM)に与える影響について調査した. TKA施行予定の膝OA患者24名24関節を対象とした. 被検者をランダムにストレッチ指導群、ストレッチ非指導群に振り分けた. 入院予約時に指導群はストレッチを指導し、非指導群は評価のみ行った. TKA術後は両群とも一般的な理学療法を実施した. 評価項目は膝ROM、疼痛および入院日数とした. 結果は指導群11関節、非指導群13関節であった. 入院日数は群間で有意差はなかった. 入院予約時と入院時の比較では膝ROM、疼痛ともに指導群で有意な改善がみられた. 一方、退院時と入院時の比較では両群とも有意な膝ROMの変化はなかった. 疼痛は入院時と退院時の比較では両群とも有意な改善がみられた.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of pre-operative home stretching exercise on knee range of motion(ROM) after total knee arthroplasty(TKA) in knee osteoarthritis patients. Twenty-four joints of 24 patients were enrolled in this study. They were randomly allocated in two groups. The intervention group instructed to do the knee stretching exercise and the control group was not given any instructions to do at the time of reservation for admission to the hospital. The control group was taken a conventional rehabilitation as same as the intervention group after operation of TKA. Measurements were knee ROM, pain that was evaluated by visual analogue scale and the days from admission to discharge into the hospital. There were eleven joints of 11 patients in the intervention group and thirteen joints of 13 patients in the control group. The days in the hospital were not different between groups. Knee ROM and pain at the time of admission to the hospital showed statistically significant improvement when compared with those at the time of reservation. There was no change of knee ROM at the time of discharge when compared with that at the time of admission in both groups. And pain at the time of discharge improved significantly when compared with that at the time of admission in both groups.原著originaldepartmental bulletin pape
