SOLVING THE CRIME OF MOTORCYCLE THEFT THROUGH A RESTORATIVE JUSTICE APPROACH AS AN UPDATE TO THE CRIMINAL SYSTEM IN INDONESIA
The tendency of a person to commit a criminal act of motorcycle theft repeatedly evidenced by the number of recidivists in the crime of motor theft shows that prison is not a good enough solution to overcome crime. Restorative justice is a settlement system created by the Attorney General's Office through Perja Number 15 of 2020 by stopping the prosecution of cases. The problems discussed in this study are 1) How is the application of the concept of restorative justice as the development of the criminal system in Indonesia? 2) How is the settlement of cases at the prosecutorial level against the crime of motor theft by the public prosecutor based on a restorative justice approach?
The approach method used is normative juridical and the research specifications are descriptive analytical by analyzing the applicable laws and regulations with facts in the field. Data analysis using qualitative normative methods.
The results showed that: 1) The application of the concept of restorative justice, namely prioritizing the return of all circumstances as an alternative to solving criminal cases that are retaliatory (absolute theory) Restorative justice is present as the development of the criminal system in Indonesia, namely a system that emphasizes improvements in losses caused by or related to criminal acts. 2) The settlement of cases at the district attorney's level against the crime of motor theft by the public prosecutor based on the restorative justice approach is carried out by taking into account the general requirements for the application of restorative justice to the prosecutor's environment as Perja No. 15 of 2020.
 
QUALITY OF EDUCATION SERVICES WITH THEIR IMPACT ON STUDENT SATISFACTION (Survey at the Vocational Academy in Bandung City)
Referring to the importance of the role of tertiary institutions in producing competent graduates who are able to compete in the global era, it is important to provide quality education services. Feeling dissatisfied, satisfied or very satisfied will affect the next action. Students who are satisfied will convey positively about the educational services received. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of education services and professional competence had on student satisfaction. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with verification analysis. This study tested the hypotheses to make decisions inductively or generalized, so this research is confirmatory. This study uses a data collection technique that is a questionnaire. Determination of the number of samples used by the author in the study based on the Slovin method because the known population is more than 100 respondents. and analysis using SPSS version 25.The quality of education services partially has a significant effect on student satisfaction. This indicates that if the Quality of Education Services has been prepared and cared for properly, the students at the Vocational Academy in Bandung City will feel satisfied and give a positive response to the campus
Pendampingan Kader Desa Dalam Pemetaan Pengetahuan Masyarakat Tentang Masalah Sosial untuk Asesmen Komunitas
Setiap masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan yang berbeda-beda tentang kondisi, situasi, masalah, kebutuhan, dan kehidupan sosialnya. Namun sayangnya, tidak semua masyarakat memahami pengetahuan tentang masalah, kebutuhan, dan kehidupan sosialnya. Pembangunan dari atas ke bawah, yang kurang memperhatikan pembangunan manusia seutuhnya, menyebabkan masyarakat kurang memiliki kepekaan dalam memetakan dan merumuskan pengetahuannya. Kegiatan PKM (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan kepada kader desa dalam melakukan pemetaan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang masalah sosial, melakukan asesmen komunitas, dan menyusun perancanaan. Kegiatan utamanya adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kader desa. Sasaran PKM ini adalah kader desa yang aktif di organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan, yaitu PKK, Posyandu, Kepemudaan (Karang Taruna), dan Majlis Taklim di Desa Pengampon. Tahapan kegiatan PKM ini meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, refleksi dan evaluasi. Metode PKM meliputi curah pendapat, diskusi, wawancara, dan keterlibatan pada kegiatan komunitas. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah 1) kader desa memiliki keterampilan dalam melakukan pemetaaan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang masalah sosial, 2) kader desa mampu melakukan asesmen kebutuhan komunitas, dan 3) kemampuan menyusun perencanaan partisipatif di tingkat lokal. Hasil PKM ini meliputi: kader desa dapat melakukan pemetaan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang masalah sosial; kader desa dapat melakukan asesmen kebutuhan komunitas, dan; dan membuat perencanaan partisipatif untuk menyelesaikan masalah di desanya
PENGEMBANGAN PROTOTYPE SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK BERDASARKAN ITIL V3 MENGGUNAKAN DOMAIN SERVICE OPERATION GUNA MENDUKUNG PENINGKATAN KUALITAS LAYANAN
Perubahan adalah keniscayaan, begitu juga dalam dunia pendidikan. STMIK Komputama Majenang adalah perguruan tinggi pertama di Kabupaten Cilacap yang memiliki program studi S1-Sistem Informasi dan S1-Teknik Informatika sejak tahun 2018, perkembangannya begitu pesat, akan tetapi pelayanan akademik masih menerapkan semi manual.
Pengembangan Prototype Sistem Informasi Akademik Berdasarkan Itil V3 Menggunakan Domain Service Operation dirasa dapat membantu bisnis proses yang ada dalam meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi akademik kampus.
Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu STMIK Komputama Majenang dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan (sivitas akademik)

KEKUATAN HUKUM LAYANAN PESAN SINGKAT SEBAGAI ALAT BUKTI DALAM PENCEMARAN NAMA BAIK DITINJAU DARI UNDANG-UNDANG ITE
Perkembangan media sosial semakin cepat dan menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Media sosial menggabungkan elemen informasi dan komunikasi melalui beberapa fitur untuk kebutuhan penggunanya. Sejumlah informasi melalui unggahan status, membagi tautan berita, komunikasi melalui chat, komunikasi audio/visual dan lainnya merupakan fitur-fitur unggulan yang dimiliki media social. Pengguna layanan pesan singkat yang banyak dimanfaatkan oleh sejumlah pihak untuk melakukan berbagi informasi tetapi ada juga yang menyalahgunakan teknologi tersebut, salah satunya perbuatan menyebabkan penghinaan/pencemaran nama baik sesuai yang tercantum pada Pasal 5 Undang Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 Tentang ITE. Penggunaan dan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi ditujukan untuk memajukan kesejahteraan umum, dan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa serta memberikan rasa aman, keadilan, dan kepastian hukum bagi pengguna dan Penyelenggara UU ITE

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN PASIEN DI KLINIK PRATAMA MITRA MULYA KOTA BANDUNG
Background: Health services are an urgent need that must be met immediately. Service quality provides an impetus to service users to establish a bond relationship with service providers. Trust in the use of a product or service, in this case in the form of the service used, is an important factor that needs to be considered by the hospital/clinic. Research objectives: to obtain test results and studies on service quality and employee performance that can affect patient trust at the Mitra Mulya Bandung Pratama Clinic.
Method: The design of this type of research used is correlative analytic with a cross-sectional approach consisting of X1 service quality and X2 employee performance on Y Patient Trust. The population and sample of this study were visiting patients with a total sample of 113 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing used were multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simultaneous determination coefficient and partial determination coefficient, simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing.
Results: The results showed that 65% had poor service quality and 55% of health workers' performance was not good. Simultaneously the variables of service quality and Employee Performance have a positive influence, this can be seen from the tcount of the effect of Employee Performance on patient trust of 6.226. Suggestion: can increase the ability or skills in carrying out their duties, so that the services provided to patients can improve good quality
 
ANALISIS YURIDIS TERKAIT WANPRESTASI ATAS KREDIT MACET PADA PERKARA PERDATA DI PERBANKAN INDONESIA
The problems in writing the thesis are what are the forms of efforts to rescue bad loans according to the provisions of Bank Indonesia, what are the mechanisms used by banks in resolving bad loans, what are the legal consequences for debtors who default on credit agreements of PT Bank Mandiri, PT Bank BNI and PT Bank Banten. The purpose of this study is to find out the answers to the problems discussed. The research method used in this writing, the author uses 2 (two) methods: first, library research, namely by conducting research on various reading sources, namely books, legal magazines, opinions of scholars, legislation and other materials. studying. The second field research (Field Research) is to do spaciousness in this case the author directly conducts a study at PT Bank Mandiri, PT Bank BNI and PT Bank Banten, Default is a situation where one party does not fulfill its obligations, is late or does not fulfill its obligations. The state of default is different from the situation beyond the power or ability of the party who is unable to carry out his obligations. This default can occur due to intentional, negligence, without error. The term default is a breach of contract, while the form of a debtor's default can be in the form of: the debtor does not fulfill the performance at all, the debtor fulfills the performance, but not as agreed, the debtor fulfills the performance but does not fulfill the agreement. time (too late), the debtor does something that requires the agreement not to be carried out. It can be concluded that there are forms of default that occur in the implementation of the agreement. Where the parties sometimes default in the form of being late in paying what was agreed upon or not making payments, resulting in a loss to one of the parties. With this loss, the aggrieved party can claim compensation for the loss suffered in the ways determined by law. 
PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP INVESTOR SEBAGAI KONSUMEN DARI KEJAHATAN PENIPUAN INVESTASI ONLINE MENURUT UNDANG-UNDANG PERLINDUNGAN KONSUMEN
Electronic transaction is a term used for every legal action carried out using a computer, computer network, and/or other electronic media. Investor is the same as the definition of consumer as referred to in UUPK. One of the important aspects in the protection of victims is the recovery or compensation provided to victims through the UUPK. From several cases that have occurred, it shows that in previous decisions the court through the panel of judges has so far been deemed less concerned about the rights of victims and more likely to take a safe position by implementing the status quo without thinking about making changes. Therefore, in the future the UUPK can be used as one of the laws and regulations that can ensnare perpetrators of investment crimes and provide legal protection for victims and the right to obtain compensation or compensation even without submitting a request or amalgamation of cases
Komunikasi Pemasaran untuk Produk Kecantikan Halal pada Azqiara Klinik Cantik Muslimah di Kota Makassar
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk komunikasi pemasaran produk kecantikan halal yang diterapkan oleh Klinik Kecantikan Azqiara. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian field research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran produk Kecantikan Halal Azqiara Klinik Cantik Muslimah di Kota Makassar ditinjau dari Instagram informasi produk, layanan, pembelian, periklanan dan sponsorshipkreatif. Azqiara Klinik memberikan pelayanan dengan prinsip 3s (salam, senyum dan sapa). Azqiara Klinik Cantik Muslimah memanfaatkan komunikasi dengan terpadu dalam menyebarkan informasi produk, layanan dan pembelian hingga advertising periklanan dan sponsorship kreatif sehingga dapat menciptakan rasa ketertarikan dari konsumen untuk menggunakan produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan. Sedangkan kendala komunikasi yang dihadapi dalam pemasaran produk Azqiara Klinik Cantik Muslimah di Kota Makassar, cenderung pada kendala teknis seperti pemahaman konsumen dalam mendapatkan informasi melaui sosial media instagram atau website
Afek dalam Tayangan Virtual 'Catatan Najwa' Terkait Pandemi Covid-19 melalui Perspektif Appraisal
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis afek yang digunakan oleh Najwa Shihab dalam tayangan virtual Catatan Najwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian berupa kalimat yang disampaikan secara lisan dalam tayangan virtual Catatan Najwa episode Corona: kepastian di antara ketidakpastian yang mengandung afek. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknis analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam tayangan virtual Catatan Najwa, Najwa Shihab menggunakan dua jenis afek yaitu “keamanan” (in/security) dan “kepuasan” (dis/satisfaction). Najwa Shihab tidak menggunakan jenis afek “kebahagiaan” (un/happiness) dalam tayangan virtual Catatan Najwa. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penggunaan afek “keamanan” (in/security) dan “kepuasan” (dis/satisfaction) yang lebih dominan, Najwa Shihab ingin menyampaikan respon emosi yang berkaitan dengan perasaan gelisah serta pencapaian strategi pencegahan penyebaran virus dan tingkat frustrasi diri terhadap COVID-19 yang sedang dihadapi di seluruh dunia kepada masyarakat Indonesia
