No full textThis study is conducted to analyze the effect of social influence on company reputation. The data used in this study are primary data and the data were collected through questionnaires which distributed to research samples of 400 electronic money users throughout Indonesia. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used for hypothesis testing is SEM PLS. The result of the research reveal that the social influence and e-money company reputation is considered good. Furthermore the research proved that social influence affect the reputation of Non-Bank and Non-Telecommunication Electronic Money Issuer Companies. From these results Non-Bank and Non-Telecommunication Electronic Money Issuer Companies are advised to increase the good social influence in order to improve the company reputation

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis representasi yang ditampilkan dalam pesan visual pemasaran program radio Urban FM Bandung melalui Instagram, mengetahui cara membangun interaksi melalui pesan visual pemasaran program radio Urban Bandung di Instagram, mendeskripsikan komposisi-komposisi yang diterapkan dalam pesan visual pemasaran program radio Urban FM Bandung melalui Instagram dan memahami model penggunaan Instagram oleh radio Urban FM Bandung sebagai media sosial yang dimaksudkan untuk pemasaran programnya. PERAN MEDIA DALAM PROSES ADAPTASI PEMAIN SEPAKBOLA BERLABEL NATURALISASI DI INDONESIA
Get PDFAda berbagai faktor agar pemain sepakbola asing yang bermain dinegara bukan asalnya dapat menunjukan performa yang bagus. Salah satu faktor yang dirasa berpengaruh adalah pemberitaan media terkait kehidupan dan performa. Peran media dapat meningkatkan rasa kenyamanan atlet, namun juga dapat menciptakan frustasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan karakteristik pemain naturalisasi di Indonesia serta (2) membedah peran media dalam proses adaptasi pemain sepakbola asing yang berlabel naturalisasi. Manfaat dari penelitian ini berupa (1) mengenal karakteristik pemain sepakbola yang sudah menjalani naturalisasi di Indonesia dan (2) merekomendasikan formula pemberitaan media yang tepat dalam mendukung proses adaptasi pemain sepakbola asing. Adapun teori peranan media dan teori tahapan proses adaptasi menjadi landasan pustaka dalam menemukan hasil penelitian. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan analisis isi berita dan wawancara mendalam dengan Esteban Vizcarra selaku pemain sepakbola asing yang berstatus naturalisasi, serta Yanu Arifin sebagai selaku wartawan olahraga. Hasil dari penelitian ini (1) memperlihatkan data pemain naturalisasi dimulai semenjak tahun 2010 sudah berjumlah 36 orang, yang terwakili dalam 13 negara, dengan benua Afrika sebagai penyumbang terbanyak. (2) Media sebaiknya memberikan porsi lebih dalam performa pemain didalam dibandingkan diluar lapangan, dikarenakan pemain merasa berita terkait aksi dilapangan menggambarkan profesionalitas, dibandingkan berita keseharian pemain

No full textCrime develops along with the advancement of human civilization, information technology crime has developed along with the development of Information Technology, one of which is the criminal act of illegal access which is very detrimental to others, due to illegal access this can cause enormous losses both financially and non-financially. in the case of ticket.com burglary, the owner of the server was harmed worth 5 (five) billion rupiah, and many criminal cases of illegal access were very detrimental, including burglary on the KPU website, burglary of servers belonging to other government institutions, based on this background the authors found several problems for appointed in this study, namely How is the regulation of illegal access in Indonesia regulated in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic transactions? Legal Measures That Police Can Do In Anticipating Crimes of Illegal Access That Occur In Indonesia? The author conducted a study using the Normative juridical approach method by analyzing the articles in the legislation with the problems studied. The nature of the research is descriptive analysis, which is to provide data as thoroughly as possible about the situation or symptoms that are the object of research. The stages of research are carried out through library research to obtain secondary data derived from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, tertiary legal materials and through field research, namely data analysis without using formulas and numbers. From the results of the research, it was concluded that the regulation regarding illegal access is regulated in Article 30 of the ITE Law, then Article 32 of the ITE Law. Article 33 of the ITE Law. Weaknesses in server management are one of the causes of the collapse of the information system from attacks on illegal access, prosecutors in the case of Tiket.com should be more careful because the elements of money laundering have been fulfilled with the elements accompanied by available evidence. The need for evaluation of policies in cybercrimes is still needed if there are weaknesses in the formulation policy in the legislation. Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Informasi Anti-Hoaks dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru Selama Pandemik Covid-19
Get PDFThe Main Potential PKM-University Grant Team conducts Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities in the form of anti-hoax information-based teaching materials development training as part of improving teacher competency. This activity also provides information on how teachers respond to hoax information during the covid-19 pandemic. Participants in this PKM activity are teachers at SMK Namira Tech Nusantara which numbered 24 people. The outside target of Community Partnership Program activities is 1) improving the understanding and knowledge of teachers in making teaching materials by paying attention to the selection of appropriate information and not indicated hoax; 2) improving teachers' skills in designing teaching materials derived from reliable information; and 3) increased motivation of teachers in preparing teaching materials for online-based learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This method of PKM activity is carried out in four stages. The first stage is preliminary observation on the partner school. The second stage is the implementation of teaching materials manufacturing training through the search for hoax information. The third stage is the implementation of anti-hoax-based teaching materials that have been developed. The fourth stage is evaluation and reflection. The result is 1) teachers are able to understand hoax information; 2) teachers are able to develop anti-hoax information-based teaching materials and provide improved teacher competence during the covid-19 pandemic

UKM players who do not recognize Excel functions will be facilitated because the required formulas have been included in the related templates. In addition, SMEs that also do not understand accounting in making financial projections will easily present the required financial projections, because the template adapts the necessary accounting concepts, which is integrated in the formula provided. Therefore, this template model is suitable for use by SMEs who do not understand accounting in producing financial reports, also suitable for SMEs who are just starting to take advantage of technology using the Excel application in managing financial data, but do not yet know how to integrate recorded data into financial statement figures. The results of the empowerment of SMEs have shown enthusiasm in making Business Plans based on proper accounting and financial management provisions and can be practiced directly by business actors. Get PDFPengawasan di bidang Metrologi Legal telah dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah terhadap Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU), dengan tujuan semaksimal mungkin mencegah terjadinya perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha SPBU yang dapat merugikan konsumen. Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 1981 Tentang Metrologi Legal mengatur secara jelas larangan bagi pelaku usaha dan sanksi pidananya, namun kenyataan di lapangan ternyata masih terdapat tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha SPBU. Contoh kasus tindak pidana di bidang Metrologi Legal adalah manipulasi Pompa Ukur Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) yang terjadi tahun 2018 di SPBU 34-15408 yang beralamat di Jl. Merpati nomor 103 RT 2 RW 3 Sawah Lama Ciputat Kota Tangerang Selatan dan SPBU nomor 34-15205 yang beralamat di Jl. Perancis Kecamatan Kosambi Kabupaten Tangerang.
Penulis melakukan penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis empiris yaitu menganalisis permasalahan dilakukan dengan cara memadukan bahan-bahan hukum sebagai data sekunder dengan data primer yang diperoleh di lapangan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Sifat penelitian deskriptif dan analitis yaitu memberikan data yang seteliti mungkin tentang keadaan atau gejala-gejala yang menjadi obyek penelitian dan kemudian melakukan analisis atas data-data tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yaitu data dianalisis tanpa menggunakan rumus dan angka.
Hasil analisis terhadap 5 (lima) faktor yang mempengaruhi penegakan hukum pidana menunjukkan bahwa penegakan hukum pidana oleh Pengawas Kemetrologian terhadap manipulasi Pompa Ukur BBM berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 1981 Tentang Metrologi Legal dalam rangka perlindungan konsumen belum efektif. Adapun kendala-kendala dalam penegakan hukum pidana oleh Pengawas Kemetrologian adalah proses untuk melakukan perubahan undang- undang membutuhkan tahapan yang tidak cepat, kurangnya kompetensi personel Pengawas Kemetrologian dan Penera, Unit Metrologi Legal yang terbentuk masih sedikit, dan masih rendahnya kesadaran hukum serta budaya hukum masyarakat.

No full textThe purpose of this study was to find out how maintenance, smooth production processes, and the quality of products that exist in CV Vannisa Brownies. And to find out how much influence the maintenance of product quality, the effect of the smooth production process on product quality and the effect of maintenance and smooth production processes on product quality. In this study, the independent variable (X) is the maintenance and smoothness of the production process, while the dependent variable (Y) is the quality of the product. Product quality greatly affects the entire organization from suppliers to customers and from maintenance to the production process. Product quality is a strategic thing to maintain and improve if you want to do business in the long run. Companies that can meet expected product quality are companies that can meet customer expectations. Product quality can be supported by several factors, including the maintenance and smooth production process. This research is population research. Using a questionnaire with the number of respondents in this study were 23 employees. The analytical method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis and verification analysis. To process data, the author uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS 25 For Windows. The results of the study stated that the implementation of maintenance was in a fairly good category, the implementation of the smooth production process was in a fairly good category, the implementation of product quality was in a fairly good category. Maintenance affects the product quality by 72.53%, the smoothness of the production process affects the quality of the product by 8.05%, and the maintenance and smoothness of the production process affect the quality of the product by 80.6%. While the results of the T-Test show that maintenance has an effect on product quality, the smooth production process does not significantly influence product quality. The F-test shows that the maintenance and smoothness of the production process affect the quality of the product. To achieve quality products that are targeted by companies, they should pay more attention to the maintenance and smoothness of the production process together. Because both aspects play an important role in supporting the quality of the products produced
