PEMANFAATAN INTERNET DESA DALAM PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI DESA CIBOGO KECAMATAN LEMBANG KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT
Get PDFSalah satu fungsi pemerintah adalah memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, begitu juga dengan pemerintah di tingkat desa seperti Desa Cibogo memanfaatkan internet desa bagi pengembangan desa baik dalam pelayanan publik maupun pengembangan kawasan, seperti infrastruktur, teknologi informasi, komunikasi, dan transportasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriftip kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa layanan publik di Desa Cibogo sudah bagus, setiap kepentingan masyarakat bisa dilayani dengan cepat. Desa ini sudah menerapkan pelayanan secara online namun belum sepenuhnya, masih ada sebagian layanan secara offline. Infrastruktur internet di kantor desa sudah terhubung dengan adanya command centre. Setiap OPD sudah memiliki akses internet. Sudah tersedia internet gratis di 13 RW yang ada di Desa Cibogo, masyarakat bebas menggunakannya. Beberapa orang aparat desa telah mengikuti diklat TIK, yang lainnya belajar secara otodidak. Diharapkan adanya pelatihan khusus mengenai TIK kepada masyarakat, agar Sumber Daya Manusia Desa Cibogo melek internet sehingga bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya

No full textThe duty of a country of law is to carry out order and justice. The existence of the Indonesian Penal Code is an example of Indonesia's role as a state of law. One of the principles to impose criminal is the principle of error (Mens Rea). However, in the practice of court decisions, there are convictions in the absence of Mens Rea. Therefore, it needs to be investigated how the legal power of the conviction of where in its legal consideration states that there is no Mens Rea found? and how does the legal effort of convicted convicts that are already convicted while in their legal considerations, there's an absence of Mens Rea? This research uses a normative juridical approach, while the research specification is descriptive analytical. This research was conducted in two stages, through library research and field research, using qualitative methods as a method of data analysis and data collection techniques done by studying documents and the field.Based on the results of the study, it was found that in the Criminal Decision which in legal considerations there is no element of Mens Rea, is a decision that is legally flawed, therefore it can be terminated through legal effort. Penalty decisions that do not fulfill a sense of justice and already have permanent legal force, can be overturned through PK, and an effort of examination on the decision. However, the examination will not overturn the judge's decision

The obstacle in preventing foreigners is that the role of the intelligence unit is limited by the main tasks of the law, so that in fact these obstacles sometimes overlap with the Immigration with its main task. Efforts are made to overcome these obstacles by trying to re-establish good coordination with relevant agencies, especially with the Immigration sub-Wasdakim, to avoid overlapping in their respective main tasks. Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that preventing crime and violations of strangers carried out by the intelligence unit's role, among others, by conducting investigations that must be fulfilled by conducting early detection (accompanying), monitoring (accompanying), socializing (ending) in order to obtain information obtained for immediate production of intelligence products in order to make plans Furthermore, with the relevant agencies, to conduct surveillance of foreigners, the Intelligence Unit must coordinate with the Immigration Service so that the existing data of the Intelligence Unit and the Immigration Service can be equalized, and there is no overlap in their main duties

No full textThis research is motivated by the non-fulfillment of the green open space standards of Bandung City Park in Sumur District, Bandung City. In the analysis of the control aspects, researchers formulated the problem as follows: (1) How to control green open spaces (RTH) of city parks in Sumur District, Bandung. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in meeting green park open space (RTH) standards in city parks in Sumur District, Bandung. (3) What efforts are made to meet the green open space (RTH) standard of city parks in Sumur District, Bandung. The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data obtained through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the control of green open spaces in city parks in the Sumur Bandung District area of Bandung City which is based on Regional Regulation No. 18 concerning the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) of Bandung City has not met the spatial utilization standards in accordance with the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW), There are several inhibiting factors. To overcome barriers to utilization, various efforts have been made in the participation of the community or park users, among others: Appeals regarding environmental preservation, especially city parks, creating environmental communities. But still there is a lack of participation or lack of awareness from the community and park users. Increase public understanding of green open spaces, especially city parks. The existence of periodic supervision and implementation of green open space, the community should be involved at least involved people such as community leaders, so as to foster a greater sense of responsibility

No full textThe development of the understanding of radicalism in the community is a threat, so the handling must be done systematically, tactically and strategically, especially for Binmas units in their jurisdiction. The complexity of this problem certainly cannot be claimed that the development of radical understanding is optimal, because in this prevention effort it is not only the task of the police but is related to other agencies especially in establishing communication and coordination for early detection of potential vulnerabilities from radical understandings that could continue to spread slowly and affect the attitudes of community members who are in conflict with the norms and regulations. Personnel of the Cimahi Regional Police Binmas Unit have made efforts through community coaching and counseling but the approach model adopted has not been optimally implemented, because this approach is not only among religious leaders, community leaders and youth leaders in but with the limited personnel of the society has not been touched as a whole. In this research based on the data obtained by the part that really needs support in preventing the development of radicalism understanding, so that the anticipatory steps towards the development of radicalism understanding. in the area of cimahi police precincts can be overcome, so that the role of the national police So that realistic support is needed to increase the role of the Cimahi Regional Police Binmas Unit

Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara sistematis melalui proses eksplorasi, elaborasi, dan konfirmasi. Proses pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi di beberapa sekolah masih berkendala oleh sumber daya, baik manusia atau teknologi, untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut diperlukan pelatihan penerapan sistem pembelajaran menggunakan media E-Learning di sekolah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif solusi yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi E-Learning gratis dan memudahkan guru dalam memahami konsep E-Learning secara nyata terutama dalam melakukan pembelajaran dengan mengggunakan media E-learning, sehingga memudahkan dalam evaluasi belajar.
Kegiatan yang direncanakan meliputi (1) persiapan sumber daya yang diperlukan dalam PKM. Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Guru dalam Pembelajaran Menggunakan Media E-Learning. Meanwhile the high demans of teachers as a consequnce of the issueance of ministerial regulations empowering the state apparatus and bureaucratic reform (goverment regulations) number 16 year 2009 about funtional positions and creadit scoure. The approach method used to improve the quality of services provided by educators and education staff in carrying out early childhood education services is to provide training in the provision of PAUD in general. In addition to providing training the method used is mentoring, with this method after partners can feel the benefits of training assistance optimally, partners are also expected to carry out their duties proper. The target for the implementation of the paud organizer program is to provide assistance in preparing reports on government assistance through non-physical BOP grants (operational operational costs) for the paud can be optimally ranging from planning, preparation to management of PAUD management. Thus PAUD organizers can better understand and plan in managing early education institutions in their own environment so that ultimately it will improve the quality of education services

To meet service standards in accordance with Police Chief Skep No.Pol: Kep/22 /VI/2010. This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of the Police Service Center in serving complaints and public reports revealing the factors that influence the task of implementing the Police Service Center and alternative efforts to improve the service of reporting complaints of the community in the Dayeuhkolot police area of the Bandung Police Resort. The research method used is analytical descriptive which describes and analyzes in accordance with what happened to the object of research. The research results show that the Implementation of the Police Service Center in serving and public complaints from the number of reports is relatively high and has not been able to be overcome properly followed by various obstacles such as reports from the community has no clarity (communication), some members of the police are undisciplined, infrastructure means, limited budget and vehicles (resources), there is no clarity from the police regarding reports of loss from the community (disposition), and in receiving reports there are still nonconformities with standards operating procedure

Get PDFHuman behavior in its relation with information is very complex, information seeking behavior is one of the part of it. Information seeking behavior is an activity that started from needs of a person to get informations. In this modern age, the internet is a media that makes information searching easier. Health is one of the type of information that recently has been searched by people on the internet. The purpose of this study are to discover what type of information is most searched, what source of information is often used, what source of information is having the highest level of credibility and trust, and the level of satisfaction of types, sources, credibility and trust in information resources in the health sector on internet according to the people of Bandung City.
The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. Respondents of this study are 100 people of Bandung city, using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the type of health information that is most searched on the internet is disease and its treatment with a percentage of 84.75%. The most frequently used source of information to obtain health information on the internet is web sites run by organizations with a percentage of 77 , 25%. The highest source of information that has the highest level of credibility and trust in obtaining health information on the internet is web sites run by organizations with a percentage of 78.5%. Some types and sources of health information on the internet have not met the level of satisfaction while all sources of health information on the internet whose credibility and trustworthiness have been studied have met respondents' satisfaction

PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) monopolized that industry until 1995 but underwent decline mainly because the emergence of it’s competitors which utilized the advancement of IT faster. The loss of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) against it’s competitors have many reasons, mainly from management side. This research is meant to prove it by observing from the financial aspect and also searching for other factors which influencing that phenomena. Thus the writer formulized the following problems : What is the influence of Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity to Financial Performance be it partially or simultaneously and the purpose of the research is to determine the influence of Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity to Financial Performance be it partially or simultaneously. This research is categorized as Descriptive Quantitative with two data sources which are primary data from interview with Accounting Manager and Accounting Management of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and secondary data from financial reports and their restatements from 2008-2016. The method of data analysis is Path Analysis and statistical calculation was done with SPSS ver.24. The result of the research discovered that Liquidity has positive influence to Financial Performance, Solvency has negative influence to Financial Performance, Activity has positive influence to Financial Performance, and simultaneously Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity have positive influence to Financial Performance
