Enhancing Medical Record Quality via Coding Accuracy: Meningkatkan Kualitas Rekam Medis melalui Akurasi Pengkodean
Elements of coding quality in medical records include reliability, completeness, validity, and timeliness. This analytical study, employing a quantitative approach, evaluated medical record files of patients with injuries and external cause cases at Ibnu Sina Hospital, Gresik, from October to December 2022. Using the Slovin formula, 161 samples were randomly selected from a population of 271 records. The study variables were reliability (diagnosis readability), completeness (diagnostic code completeness), and validity (5th digit use, diagnosis code accuracy, and external cause code accuracy). Data were analyzed using SPSS and the Chi-Square test. The study found significant relationships between the validity of diagnosis codes and the quality of medical records (p = 0.0001). Reliability showed no significant impact (p = 0.470), while completeness (p = 0.0001) and the use of the 5th digit (p = 0.0001) were significantly related to diagnosis code accuracy. These findings highlight the critical role of accurate coding in improving medical record quality and suggest targeted improvements in coding practices.

Prolonged Gadget Use May Delay Language Development in Young Children: Penggunaan Gadget Terlalu Lama Dapat Menunda Perkembangan Bahasa pada Anak
This study examines the relationship between gadget use duration and language and speech development in toddlers aged 3-5 years in Ketimang Village, Wonoayu. Using a cross-sectional analytic observational method, data were collected from 30 mothers through questionnaires on gadget use and developmental screening. The results indicated that most children using gadgets for over an hour showed doubtful language and speech development, but no significant relationship was found. The findings highlight the need for cautious gadget use among young children to prevent potential developmental delays. Ethical considerations, including anonymity and informed consent, were strictly observed.

High Dose Sesbania Grandiflora Extract Alters Rat Kidney Electrolytes based on Insights from Indonesia: Ekstrak Sesbania Grandiflora Dosis Tinggi Mengubah Elektrolit Ginjal Tikus berdasarkan Wawasan dari Indonesia
This study investigates the acute toxicity of white turi flower extract (Sesbania grandiflora) on kidney electrolyte levels in rats (Rattus norvegicus). Conducted at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, male Wistar rats were divided into control and treatment groups, receiving 10,000, 15,000, and 20,000 mg/kgBW doses. Symptoms of toxicity included lethargy and hair loss, but no deaths occurred. Despite normal macroscopic kidney observations, sodium and potassium levels significantly increased with higher doses (p=0.000). These findings suggest that high doses of white turi flower extract can affect kidney electrolytes, indicating potential toxicity. Further research is needed to assess long-term safety for medicinal use.

Firm Size Drives Value in Indonesian Pharma, Intellectual Capital and Leverage : Ukuran Perusahaan Mendorong Nilai Perusahaan Farmasi Indonesia, Modal Intelektual dan Leverage
This study analyzes how Intellectual Capital, Leverage, and Firm Size influence the value of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2021. Using numerical and secondary data analysis of 60 data points, the findings reveal that Firm Size significantly impacts company value, while Intellectual Capital and Leverage do not. Conducted with SPSS analysis, the results suggest that stakeholders should focus on Firm Size when evaluating pharmaceutical companies. The study is limited to the pharmaceutical sector and the 2016-2021 period, indicating a need for further research across different sectors and timeframes.

The Devastating Psychological Impact on Elementary School Students of Bullying in Indonesia: Dampak Psikologis yang Menghancurkan pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar Akibat Perundungan di Indonesia
This study examines bullying at Larangan Sidoarjo Public Elementary School in South Sidoarjo and its psychological effects on victims. Using a qualitative case study method, data were collected through interviews and observations with teachers, parents, and victims, supplemented by secondary sources. Analysis followed the Miles and Huberman approach. Findings indicate that bullying includes both physical and verbal forms, leading to psychological issues such as low self-confidence, environmental anxiety, trauma in forming new friendships, and communication embarrassment. One notable case involved a student, RDF, who became introverted and sad due to verbal bullying about physical differences. The study underscores the need for effective anti-bullying programs and psychological support in schools.

Study of The Application of Construction Waste Management Strategies in The City of Baghdad
This study investigates the effectiveness of construction waste management strategies employed by the Baghdad Municipality Department, with a focus on the spatial distribution of waste treatment facilities. Employing ArcMap 10.8, a geospatial analysis was conducted to evaluate the distribution and accessibility of these facilities within the city. Data on waste treatment site locations were gathered through interviews and Google Earth, and subsequently analyzed using network analysis in ArcMap. The findings reveal a significant deficiency in Baghdad's construction waste management system, predominantly relying on recycling and disposal, while neglecting other crucial strategies like reduction, treatment, and recovery. This insufficiency is further exacerbated by the limited number and uneven distribution of treatment plants, leading to indiscriminate waste accumulation and economic losses. The study suggests the urgent need for comprehensive government regulations on waste management, including waste sorting, transportation, and penalties for non-compliance. Additionally, it recommends expanding and evenly distributing waste treatment facilities across Baghdad to optimize waste management efficiency. This study not only highlights the critical gaps in Baghdad's waste management system but also offers a methodological framework for other cities facing similar challenges, emphasizing the role of geospatial analysis in enhancing urban waste management strategies.

The Social Divide: Impact of Gated Communities on Urban Interaction
This study delves into the social ramifications of gated communities, particularly their influence on urban social interaction and city segregation. Utilizing space composition methodology, the research hypothesizes that gated communities diminish social interaction and contribute to urban segregation. Through a comparative analytical approach, two residential projects in Holy Karbala Governorate were examined in their existing gated state and in a hypothetical non-gated scenario. The findings substantiate the hypothesis, revealing that gated communities indeed lower clarity and integration values, which are pivotal for understanding and interacting within urban spaces. While these communities exhibit high internal social interaction, they lack city-level social engagement, thereby not supporting the social logic theory. Furthermore, the isolation of these residential projects from the broader urban fabric is linked to diminished quality of life and inefficient urban space usage. The study highlights the negative implications of gated communities on urban social dynamics, underscoring the need for reconsidering urban planning and residential project designs to foster more inclusive and socially vibrant urban environments.

Effectiveness of Intervention Program on Primary School Pupils’ about Hand-washing Practices
This quasi-experimental study aimed to develop an intervention program to enhance hand hygiene practices among school children in Najaf Governorate. Data were collected via a questionnaire assessing demographic characteristics and hand washing behaviors. Descriptive and inferential statistics were employed for data analysis. Results revealed suboptimal hand hygiene practices, with only 58.2% of children washing their hands after using the bathroom and 63.4% after playing. Gender and age disparities were evident, with females and older children exhibiting better hand washing habits. Family dynamics also played a significant role, with children learning hand washing predominantly from their mothers, particularly when fathers were present and employed as earners. Recommendations include integrating hygiene education into school curricula and conducting targeted educational sessions to promote effective hand washing practices. These findings underscore the importance of addressing socio-demographic factors in designing interventions to improve hand hygiene among school children, thereby mitigating the spread of infectious diseases.

Assessing Cardiovascular Knowledge Gaps in Iraq Nursing Students: Menilai Kesenjangan Pengetahuan Kardiovaskular pada Mahasiswa Keperawatan Irak
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the principal cause of death globally, yet there is a noticeable gap in literature regarding the knowledge of nursing students about this critical health issue. This study aimed to assess the understanding of CVD among students at a nursing college and to explore the association between their knowledge levels and socio-demographic characteristics. Employing a descriptive cross-sectional design, the research involved a random sample of 100 nursing students, using a standardized questionnaire validated by experts and tested for reliability (alpha correlation coefficient of 0.70). Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26, revealing that 59% of participants had a moderate level of knowledge about CVD. Based on these findings, we recommend the incorporation of more frequent educational sessions on cardiovascular health in nursing curricula to enhance student knowledge. Future research should expand on these findings to foster a deeper understanding of educational impacts on healthcare outcomes.

Wireless Incubators and Photodynamic Therapy Enhance Premature Infant Care: Inkubator Nirkabel dan Terapi Fotodinamik Meningkatkan Perawatan Bayi Prematur
This study addresses the critical health challenges faced by premature infants by developing an innovative, wirelessly controlled incubator using Arduino technology. By maintaining optimal environmental conditions (37°C and 50% humidity), similar to a mother's womb, and utilizing photodynamic therapy with a 400nm wavelength light to treat jaundice, our system reduces the risks associated with traditional wired setups and operational costs. The results demonstrate effective regulation of temperature and humidity, as well as a reduction in bilirubin levels, suggesting that this technology has significant potential to enhance neonatal care for premature infants.
