No full textABSTRACT The purpose of this study are to: 1) analyze the influence of motivation, competence and discipline of work on performance Employee Hospital Haji Makassar, 2) analyze the influence of motivation, competence, discipline, and work together - equal to the performance Employee Hospital Haji Makassar, 3) determine which factor is the most dominant influence on employee performance Haji Makassar Hospital. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The study population was all employees of hospitals Haji Makassar totaling 66 people. The samples taken are 66 people with saturated sampling method. Data collected through questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS as the tool of analysis. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously variables of motivation, competence, and work discipline positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at Hospital Haji Makassar, although still significant influence but competence variable whose influence most dominant performance of employees that need special attention in order support the promotion of employee performance at Hospital Haji Makassar. Gender dan Kepuasan Keuangan Investor Pasar Modal di Sulawesi Selatan
Get PDF Every individual will try to get happiness in life that is supported one of them with financial satisfaction. One of the ways in achieving financial satisfaction is through investment behavior and investment container available is capital market. This study discusses the financial satisfaction of capital market investors and their relation to gender. The study found that the majority of investors, both male and female, have relatively good financial satisfaction. In other words, capital market investments are valued to provide the ability to meet the needs and increase the assets. Through discriminant analysis and different tests, the results show that the financial satisfaction of male and female investors differs significantly.

No full textABSTRACT Analysis of the factors that affect the interest of consumers to buy a car Toyota Avanza. This study aimed to determine the effect of the marketing mix that includes product, price, distribution, and promotion of the interests of consumers buy the Toyota Avanza. The sample used in this study are Toyota Avanza car user community of 100 people by questionnaire. This research is ex-post that are correlational, population and sample in this research is data questionnaire/ questionnaire containing questions related to consumer interest in buying a Toyota Avanza, given the numbers weighted by assessment strongly agree, agree, undecided, less agree and disagree with 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and simple linear regression with the aid of a computer program SPSS 17.0 The research method using Multiple Regression Analysis, berdasarkankan data analysis and hypothesis testing with real level α = 0.05 this study shows that the F test results with a value of 33.034 with significant value is 0.000 indicates that the variable that consisted of Product, Price, Distribution and Promotion simultaneous positive influence on consumer interest to buy a car Toyota avanza at. Alauddin Branch Hadji Kalla in Makassar. The results of the t test for variables significant products 2.494 0.014 tcount, variable price significantly tcount 2.686 0.009, variable distribution of significant tcount 0,045 2,032 Promotion and variable tcount significant 5.656 0.000 partially shows a positive influence on consumer interest to buy a car Toyota Avanza. Results determinant coefficient (R2) was 0.763 meaning that Product, Pricing, Distribution and Promotion as independent variables are able to explain Interests Consumers are buying cars Toyota Avanza. Dependent Variables by 58.2% and has a strong and positive relationship, while the remaining 41.8% is the influence of other factors not included in the research model. Get PDFABSTRACTA good organization is an organization that seeks to improve the capabilities of its human resources, as it is a key factor in improving employee performance. Employee performance is the result or performance of employees who assessed in terms of quality and quantity based on work standards determined by the organization. Leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. The effect of work motivation on performance shows the same result that the relationship between motivation and employee performance shows a positive and significant relationship. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance, and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance. This research uses primary and secondary data. The population of this study were all employees in the three colleges of Maros Regency. Data collection was done by observation and interview. In the determination of respondents done by a method intentionally where all members of the population sampled in the study. Data processing is done by using tabulation and percentage. The analysis used is the analysis of quantitative data and single regression. The results showed that: (1) leadership style had real and positive effect on employee performance, whereas relationship (correlation) leadership style with employee performance categorized low relation. (2) Work motivation has real and positive effect on employee performance, while the correlation of work motivation with employee performance is categorized low relation

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan, sikap dan status keputihan antara sebelum perlakuan (pre-test) dan setelah perlakuan (post-test) pada kelompok intervensi yang diberikan pendidikan kesehatan melalui media sosial dan juga kelompok kontrol melalui metode ceramah. Peneltian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Napabalano pada siswi kelas X dan kelas XI. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah pendidikan kesehatan dengan media sosial, sedangkan variable terikatnya adalah pengetahuan, sikap dan status keputihan. Data diperoleh dengan memberikan angket pretest dan angket posttest kepada kedua kelompok kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan, sikap dan status keputihan sebelum diberi pelakuan dan setelah diberi perlakuan pada kelompok yang diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan media sosial yaitu p= 0,001, p= 0,000 dan p= 0,000, setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode ceramah yaitu p= 0,021, p= 0,000, dan p= 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pendidikan kesehatan siswi dengan media sosial dibandingkn dengan menggunakan metode ceramah

The provision of electricity is not only meant as a tool for tackling poverty, but also dimaksdukan for equitable development and advance the villages as a force for the national economy. Therefore to meet the need for electric lighting for remote areas need to be created a tool that can reach remote places that are cheap and environmentally friendly, that micro hydro power plant. This research aims to know the feasibility of Micro Hydro power plant Rampusa sub district of Lembang Regency pinrang. This research is the research of ex-post-facto that is descriptive. The sample in this research is to look at the technical aspects of PLTMH. As for side input consists of water discharge (Q) effective falls high (H), the State of the generator, turbine, form the type of pipeline and the turbine House (power house). As for the Power output is generated (P), Village PLTMH rampusadan load Protection installed.The result of the research of the optimization of the feasibility of Micro Hydro power plant Rampusa sub district of Lembang Regency Pinrang, with discharge water 0.17 m3/sec, 23 m high waterfall with a power generator with a capacity of kW 26.04 20 kVA, kVA 32.55 should use by using different types of crossflow turbine the turbine type France should use, type of PVC pipe 12 "which is above the soil surface that is supposed to be planted in the ground, a burdens attached 23980 VA and cable distribution is used. No full textAnalysis of Comparison Locus of Control’s Managers Based on Gender in Improving Employee Performance at Government-Owned Banks in Makassar City.The purposes of this research are to analyze the difference of locus of control managers based on gender in improving employee performance at government-owned banks in Makassar city and also to know more in which dimension the difference of locus of control based on gender in improving employee performance.The method of analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive approach with Paired Samples Test. Data processing is done with the help of SPSS version 21.The results of this research indicate that there is difference of locus of control between male and female managers at government-owned banks in Makassar. But the difference is not so great because both male and female managers have answers with a mean or a similar average. However, the difference is considered significant when viewed from the value of the overall significance of all research instruments, with a value of 0.032 (smaller than 0.05). The results also show that there is no difference in the locus of control dimension between male and female managers in government-owned banks in Makassar because both male and female managers share the internal locus of control, the control centre who believes that everything happens to them because of their control.
PERILAKU CARING PERAWAT DENGAN KEPUASAN PASIEN DI RUANG RAWAT INAP PRIVATE CARE CANTRE RSUP DR WAHIDIN SUDIROHUSODO MAKASSAR
No full textTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan perilaku caring perawat dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Private Care Centre RSUP Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar. Metode Penelitian: Survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple random sampling sebanyak 40 orang. Hasil: Sebagian besar pasien menganggap perilaku caring perawat baik (82,5%), lebih dari setengah pasien g puas terhadap pelayanan keperawatan (75,0%), ada hubungan perilaku caring perawat dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Private Care Centre RSUP Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo Makassar (p=0,006). Implikasi penelitian: ada hubungan perilaku caring perawat dengan kepuasan pasien. Olehnya itu diharapkan kepada perawat agar memberikan pelayanan secara optimal dengan memberikan pelayanan secara profesional dengan membudayakan perilaku caring dalam pelayanan seharihari.
