PENGARUH KETERLIBATAN KERJA, INSENTIF DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR CAMAT DUAMPANUA DI KABUPATEN PINRANG
To know and analyze the effect of job involvement, incentives and motivation on the performance of employees at Head Office Duampanuain Pinrang. This research is expected to provide inputs and additional information in making decisions related to the development of institutions, especially in improving the performance of employees. Data used in this study are primary data that the questionnaire answers of respondents with data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 30. The sample in this research is 30 respondents, employees at the Head Office Duampanuain Pinrang. According to the results of analysis showed that all independent variables in the model (simultaneous) effect on employee performance, job involvement variables, incentives and motivation together (simultaneously) has a significant influence on the performance of employees at Head Office Duampanuain Pinrang district
Penerapan Dan Pendampingan Sistem Nutrisi Otomatis Berbasis Iot Untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Pembenihan Hortikultura Di Screen House Yayasan Wadah Jalinan Dermawan, Gunungpati, Semarang
Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap penggunaan, operasional, dan perawatan sistem nutrisi otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dalam rangka mendukung produktivitas pembenihan hortikultura di screen house Yayasan Wadah Jalinan Dermawan, Gunungpati, Semarang. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui penerapan sistem teknologi, pendampingan intensif, serta evaluasi berbasis instrumen kuesioner yang mencakup 10 pertanyaan pokok terkait aspek teknis maupun praktis penggunaan sistem. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan menghitung frekuensi, persentase, nilai rata-rata, serta standar deviasi untuk memotret tingkat pemahaman responden. Hasil survei menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan, di mana rata-rata pemahaman masyarakat yang semula berada pada kisaran 30% meningkat hingga mencapai 72% setelah kegiatan pendampingan. Peningkatan ini mencakup aspek keterampilan mengoperasikan perangkat, memahami prinsip kerja sensor dan aktuator, serta kemampuan melakukan perawatan preventif sistem IoT. Secara inferensial, uji perbandingan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan nyata sebelum dan sesudah intervensi, yang menegaskan efektivitas kegiatan pengabdian. Selain itu, visualisasi data dalam bentuk grafik batang dan lingkaran memperjelas persepsi responden terhadap kemudahan penggunaan dan kebermanfaatan sistem. Dengan demikian, penerapan teknologi nutrisi otomatis berbasis IoT terbukti mampu mendorong kemandirian mitra dalam pengelolaan screen house sekaligus meningkatkan kapasitas pengetahuan masyarakat lokal. Program ini tidak hanya relevan untuk peningkatan kualitas pembenihan hortikultura, tetapi juga menjadi model penerapan teknologi tepat guna dalam sektor pertanian modern berbasis digital
Dampak Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Membentuk Keuangan Keperilakuan Serta Kapabilitas Keuangan
MSME actors in traditional markets in Makassar City are faced with a lack or limitation of financial knowledge and attitudes towards finance are not optimal so that they have an impact on behavioral finance and financial capability. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine the role of financial knowledge and attitudes towards finance with behavioral finance and financial capability. The MSME population of the two traditional markets, namely the Pannampu market and the Terong market, totaled 530. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the consideration that at least two years of operation and has a turnover that tends to be low and employees from households which are divided into 56 people in the Pannampu market and 44 people in the Terong market so that the total sample is 100 respondents. Data analysis using SmartPLS. The results showed that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on behavioral finance. Furthermore, financial attitudes towards behavioral finance have a positive and significant effect. Finally, behavioral finance has a positive and significant effect on financial capability. This study extends the validity of the results of previous studies, as well as providing practical implications that the better the financial knowledge and financial attitudes, the better the behavioral finance and the better the financial capability by traditional market MSME players.
PENENTUAN HARGA SAHAM BERDASARKAN ANALISIS PROFITABILITAS DAN LEVERAGE
This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability and Leverage on stock prices in the IDX High Dividend 20 index using a quantitative approach. The research considers research questions regarding the influence of profitability (ROE), the influence of Leverage (DER), and the simultaneous influence of both variables on stock prices in the IDX High Dividend 20 index. The research method used is quantitative, collecting data from various literature sources, financial reports, and related industry analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted by analyzing the results of t-tests and F-tests to evaluate the significance of the influence of these variables on stock prices. The results show that both profitability (ROE) and Leverage (DER) individually do not significantly affect stock prices in the IDX High Dividend 20 index. Similarly, when both variables were analyzed simultaneously, there was no significant influence on stock prices. These results indicate that other faktors outside of these two variables may have a more dominant role in determining stock prices in this index. This research provides important contributions to understanding the relationship between profitability, Leverage, and stock prices in the IDX High Dividend 20 index. The implications of this research can be considered by investors, financial analysts, and decision-makers in evaluating the performance and investment value of stocks in this index
Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Anggota Satuan Reserse Kriminal Polres Boven Digoel
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Boven Digoel Police. Data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique in this study applies a data collection method through a questionnaire. The sample obtained and used was 24 respondents from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Boven Digoel Police. The results of the study indicate that workload does not significantly affect the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Boven Digoel Police, work stress does not significantly affect the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Boven Digoel Police, and job satisfaction significantly affects the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Boven Digoel Police. Meanwhile, the results of the study simultaneously indicate that workload, work stress and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Boven Digoel Police
Pelatihan Sistem Informasi Berbasis Website Untuk Meningkatkan Transparansi Keuangan di TK Kartini
ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan di TK Kartini, terletak pada sistem administrasi yang masih bersifat manual, khususnya dalam proses pembayaran dan pelaporan SPP. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya tingkat transparansi keuangan, baik dari sisi pengurus yayasan maupun pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, telah dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penerapan sistem informasi berbasis website. Pelatihan ini ditujukan kepada guru, pengurus yayasan, dan komite sekolah sebagai peserta utama. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu: (1) pengisian kuesioner awal yang mengukur persepsi transparansi keuangan dengan hasil sebesar 65%, (2) pemberian materi dan pelatihan teknis penggunaan website keuangan dari sisi pengguna dan administrator, (3) simulasi penggunaan sistem, serta (4) evaluasi akhir melalui kuesioner dengan hasil peningkatan persepsi transparansi menjadi 95%. Sistem informasi keuangan yang digunakan dikembangkan dengan pendekatan user-friendly dan responsif, serta dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur utama seperti pengelolaan data tagihan, riwayat transaksi, dan notifikasi pengingat pembayaran. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis website berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi administrasi keuangan di lembaga pendidikan usia dini. Disimpulkan bahwa integrasi teknologi informasi dalam manajemen keuangan sekolah merupakan langkah strategis dalam mewujudkan tata kelola yang akuntabel dan partisipatif. Kata kunci: sistem informasi, transparansi keuangan, website, pelatihan, TK Kartini ABSTRACTThe financial management issue at TK Kartini,, lies in its manual administrative system, particularly in the processes of tuition fee (SPP) payments and reporting. This results in a low level of financial transparency, both from the foundation's management and other stakeholders. To address this challenge, training and assistance activities were conducted to implement a web-based information system. The training was aimed at teachers, foundation administrators, and the school committee as the primary participants. The implementation method consisted of four stages: (1) an initial questionnaire to measure perceptions of financial transparency, which yielded a result of 65%; (2) delivery of materials and technical training on the use of the financial website from both user and administrator perspectives; (3) system usage simulation; and (4) a final evaluation through a questionnaire, which showed an increase in perceived transparency to 95%. The financial information system used was developed with a user-friendly and responsive approach and equipped with key features such as bill data management, transaction history, and payment reminder notifications. The training results indicate that the use of a web-based information system significantly contributes to improving transparency and efficiency in financial administration at early childhood education institutions. It is concluded that the integration of information technology into school financial management is a strategic step toward achieving accountable and participatory governance. Pemasangan Papan Wicara Tentang Lama Waktu Urai Sampah dan Poster Menjaga Kebersihan Lingkungan di Desa Tonasa Kecamatan Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar
This community service activity aims to increase public awareness and concern for waste management and environmental cleanliness. The intervention was carried out through the installation of information boards containing information about the decomposition time of various types of waste and the installation of posters about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. This activity was carried out in six hamlets, Tonasa I, Tonasa II, Bontoa, Lebbae, Pa'rasangan Beru I, and Pa'rasangan Beru II. The community responded positively to these physical interventions. The information boards were considered to provide new knowledge, especially regarding the fact that plastic waste takes hundreds of years to decompose. The posters were also considered attractive and easy to understand, even serving as a learning tool for children. Overall, this activity received high appreciation from the community as it was deemed beneficial and increased awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness
Kinerja Keuangan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Financial ratio analysis is an effective method to determine the financial performance of a company, which includes both internal and external aspects. In addition, financial analysis functions to evaluate the financial condition of a company which aims to make a decision on a financial problem that occurs. This study uses a quantitative method by focusing on the company's financial performance, the types and sources of data used are secondary data in the form of balance sheets, profit and loss statements and data needed from 2020 to 2022, the data was taken from 25 (twenty five) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Food and Beverage industry sector. The company sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling technique. The analysis used is a quantitative analysis consisting of profitability ratios, liquidity ratios and solvency ratios, based on the research, the research results obtained from 25 (twenty five) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Food and Beverage industry sector have quite good performance, this is evidenced by quite good use of profitability ratios, liquidity ratios and solvency ratios because they increase every year. The financial performance results of 25 (twenty five) companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the Food and Beverage industry sector received very good criteria.
Hubungan Persepsi Keluarga Pasien terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Keperawatan di Ruang Rawat Inap Anak Rumah Sakit Pertamina Tarakan, Kalimantan Utara
Pelayanan keperawatan merupakan bagian integral dari mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Persepsi keluarga pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi keluarga pasien terhadap mutu pelayanan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap anak Rumah Sakit Pertamina Tarakan, Kalimantan Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 129 keluarga pasien, dan sampel sebanyak 64 responden diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner SERVQUAL yang mencakup lima dimensi mutu pelayanan: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangible. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden menilai mutu pelayanan keperawatan tidak baik (53,1%) dan kepuasan pasien tidak puas (59,4%). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara persepsi keluarga pasien dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan nilai p = 0,000 α = 0,05 dan koefisien korelasi r = 0,566 (kategori kuat). Disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik persepsi keluarga pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan, semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit. Rumah sakit perlu meningkatkan dimensi assurance dan responsiveness dalam pelayanan keperawatan agar mutu pelayanan lebih optimal
Evaluasi Kinerja Transformator Distribusi Menggunakan Metode Analisis Load Flow di PLN UP3 Parepare
Transformator distribusi berperan penting dalam menyalurkan energi listrik dari jaringan distribusi ke konsumen dengan kualitas tegangan dan efisiensi yang memadai. Ketidakseimbangan beban, kondisi peralatan, dan pengelolaan yang kurang optimal sering mengakibatkan rugi-rugi daya dan penurunan kinerja sistem distribusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja transformator distribusi di PLN UP3 Pare-pare menggunakan metode analisis aliran daya (load flow analysis) sebagai dasar optimalisasi. Data diambil dari pengukuran lapangan pada gardu distribusi GD 057 yang mengalami penurunan tegangan (drop voltage). Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan profil tegangan dan beban sebelum dan sesudah tindakan perbaikan. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa sebelum perbaikan, tegangan pada panel gardu melebihi batas atas SOP PLN (239 V pada fasa R, 236 V pada fasa S, dan 238 V pada fasa T), sedangkan setelah perbaikan, nilai tegangan berada dalam rentang standar operasional (230 V, 229 V, dan 231 V). Perbaikan ini berhasil menstabilkan tegangan di ujung jaringan pada kisaran 220–221 V dan mengurangi selisih tegangan antara panel dan ujung jaringan. Kesimpulannya, penerapan analisis aliran daya dapat membantu mengidentifikasi titik permasalahan, merencanakan strategi redistribusi beban, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan sistem distribusi listrik di PLN UP3 Pare-pare
