Analisis Perhitungan Rasio Dari Rpm Turbin Ke Putaran Roll Gilingan PT. Rajawali II Unit Jatitujuh Majalengka
AbstractIndonesia merupakan negara agraris yang memiliki sektor pertanian dan perkebunan yang cukup luas. Mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia terutama yang tempat tinggalnya di pedesaan atau pegunungan bekerja pada bidang pertanian maupun perkebunan. Perkembangan industri pada sektor perkebunan banyak mengalami peningkatan. Selain mengalami peningkatan, kontribusi sub sektor perkebunan pun sangat baik karena kontribusi sub sektor perkebunan dalam PDB yaitu sekitar 3,27 persen pada tahun 2019 atau merupakan urutan pertama dalam sektor pertanian, peternakan, perburuan, dan jasa pertanian. Proses pemerahan tebu menggunakan mesin roll memiliki tujuan untuk mengambil nira yang ada didalam tebu sebanyak mungkin. Pada proses pemerahan tebu dengan menggunakan mesin roll ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan nira semaksimal mungkin dan mengusahakan agar kandungan nira yang tertinggal dalam ampas seminimal mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai mesin roll gilingan yang digunakan untuk pemerahan tebu, dan juga dapat mengetahui prthitungan rasio dari rpm turbin hingga mencapai putaran roll gilingan. Dan didapat kan hasil dari perhitugan penurunan rasio dari turbin (I) sampai gilingan (I) adalah sebesar 1304 : 1, Turbin (II) mengalami penurunan rasio rpm sebesar 1302 : 1, Turbin (III) mengalami penurunan rasio rpm sebesar 1291 : 1, dan yang terakhir turbin (IV) mengalami penurunan rasio rpm sebesar 1317 : 1.AbstractIndonesia is an agricultural country that has a fairly extensive agricultural and plantation sector. The process of milking sugar cane using a roll machine has the aim of taking as much juice as possible in the sugar cane. In the sugarcane milking process using a roll machine, it is expected to produce as much juice as possible and try to keep the juice content left in the pulp to a minimum. This study aims to be able to find out more about the roll mill machine used for milking sugar cane, and also to know the calculation of the ratio from the turbine rpm to the rotation of the mill roll. And the results obtained from the calculation of the decrease in the ratio from turbine (I) to mill (I) is 1304 : 1, Turbine (II) has decreased the rpm ratio by 1302 : 1, Turbine (III) has decreased the rpm ratio is 1291 : 1, and the last turbine (IV) experienced a decrease in the rpm ratio of 1317:1
Edukasi Mengenai PHBS, Gizi Pada Ibu Hamil Serta Gizi Pada Lansia Dalam Meningkatkan Kesadaran Kesehatan Pada Masyarakat Desa Belabori, Kabupaten Gowa
Clean and Healthy Lifestyle Education aims to provide a better understanding and provide education related to the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle althy Lifestyle, nutrition for pregnant women and nutrition for the elderly to the community, especially the community in Belabori Village, Gowa Regency. Nutrition education for pregnant women aims to reduce health risks to the fetus and mother. Nutrition education for the elderly aims to increase the number of screenings and form a health intervention strategy through counseling, mentoring and mentoring, increasing the capacity of elderly cadres. The method used in this community service is in the form of theory-based education and practice of a cleanand healthy lifestyle (PHBS) as an effort to prevent and overcome health problems in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The targets of this community service implementation are the residents of Belabori Village, Gowa Regency. The results of this community service activity are that Belabori Village residents gain knowledge through the stheory and practice-based educational stage on how to apply PHBS (Clean and Healthy Lifestyle), Knowing Nutrition in pregnant women and nutrition in the elderly and applying how to wash hands properly and correctly. Activities carried out during community service are providing education about PHBS, nutrition for pregnant women and conducting leopold examinations for pregnant women and providing education about nutrition for the elderly and conducting tension in the Belabori Village community. From the results of this education, Belabori Village residents can practice a clean and healthy lifestyle such as how to wash hands properly and correctly, delivery assistance is assisted by health workers, babies are given exclusive breastfeeding, weigh babies every month, availability of clean water, eradicate larvae, use latrines. healthy people, not littering and implementing healthy living patterns and behaviors in the community by consuming healthy nutritious food, as well as routinely conducting health checks at the nearest Health Service Center. Pelatihan dan Pengenalan Open Journal System (OJS) untuk Publikasi Ilmiah
Open Journal System (OJS) is a web-based online journal management developed by PKP. OJS facilitates the management of online journal publishing ranging from the receipt of manuscripts from authors, distribution of manuscripts, examination of manuscripts, editing manuscripts to publishing journals. Articles that have been created will be sent through the Open Journal System (OJS). Open Jurnal System is open source software used to manage online scientific journals. Open Jurnal System (OJS) is a journal management application whose publication system is web-based developed by PKP. Based on this background, the practitioner wants to do the service in order to equip students in terms of writing articles to be published in accredited national journals and send through the open journal system. This training is carried out for the introduction of journals to students as a means of publication of their work if graduation requirements are imposed at the Faculty of Engineering, Khairun University. One of the main problems is related to the unavailability of facilities for students to publish their work or research on campus. The training for the introduction of the Open Journal System was carried out using the PROtek website of the Scientific Journal of Electrical Engineering owned by the Electrical Engineering Study Program of the Faculty of Engineering, Khairun University. Based on the results of the service, it can be concluded that final-level students can already write research articles in accordance with the standard of articles in accredited national journals, final-level students can already subsubmite articles in OJS 2-based journals. Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Sebuah Perusahaan Automotif di Tangerang Selatan
Intense competition in various automotive businesses requires proper HR management that support employee performance. One of the automotive companies is located in the South Tangerang area. The main objective of this research was to determine the effect of the work environment and work stress on employee performance at an automotive company in South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative research in causal associative approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with 65 respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive, quantitative data analysis and also using the SPSS Version 26 application. The results obtained from data processing stated that all of the instrument tests were declared valid because the value of r hitung rtable, and also declared reliable because the CronbachAlpha value Standard Cronbach Alpha. In the classical assumption test, it states that the dependent variable and the independent variable are declared normally distributed because the significance value is 0.050, there is no multicollinearity obtained from the tolerance value of the variable 1 while the VIF value 10,this regression model has no autocorrelation which is indicated by a value of 1.948, and there is no heteroscedasticity disorder because the dots do not form a pattern. Quantitative analysis states that linear regression analysis X1 has a significant effect on Y, X2 has a significant effect on Y, while X1 and X2 simultaneously have a significant effect on Y. While X1 and X2 have a significanteffect on Y by 42.3%. Hypothesis test obtained value of F hitung F tabel or (42.345 2.750). This means that there is a simultaneous significant effect of work environment and work stress on employee performance at the automotive company in South Tangerang
Hubungan Jenjang Pendidikan dan Pengalaman Kerja dengan Produktivitas
This study aims to determine whether the level of education and work experience affect employee performance at PT Indah Logistik Cargo Cabang Makassar. The analytical method used is the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), data analysis techniques (multiple regression equations and descriptive analysis), hypothesis testing (coefficient of determination (R²), simultaneous F test and partial t test), and classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test). The results showed that the level of education had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work experience had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously the level of education and work experience had a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aims to analyze the Management Strategy of MiratiDewaningsihTuasikal in the Implementation of the Functions of the Regional People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPD-RI) in Ambon City. The data collection technique used was an in-depth interview with the help of an interview guide. Document tracing is carried out directly while observing, reading, understanding concepts, to obtain secondary data on work reports, statutory regulations, decrees, and brochures related to the problem at hand. The data from this study were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study show that, MiratiDewaningsihTuasikal's Management Strategy in the Implementation of the RI DPD Functions in Ambon City which includes aspects of: a) planning (planing), b) organizing (organizing), c) implementation (actuating), and d) monitoring (controlling) ) went well where it was able to meet public expectations
ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA BENDAHARA DI KOTA MAKASSAR
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of education and training and role clarity partially and simultaneously on the performance of treasurers in Tamalate District and Makassar District in Makassar City Government. The population in this study amounted to 28 treasurers at the Makassar City government consisting of 13 people in Tamalate District and 15 people in Makassar District, so this study used a sampling design method with a population study approach or a census study with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that: 1) The results of multipleregression analysis showed that the variables of education and training had a positive and significant effect of 0.510 on the performance of treasurers in Tamalate District and Makassar District in Makassar City Government. 2) The results of multiple regression analysis indicate that the role clarity variable has a positive and significant effect of 0.422 on the performance of treasurers in Tamalate District and Makassar District in MakassarCity Government. 3) The results of multiple regression analysis show that training and role clarity have a simultaneous positive and significant effect of 81.3% on the performance of treasurers in Tamalate District and Makassar District in Makassar City Government
PENGARUH PENERAPAN PATIENT CENTERED CARE TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN MELALUI MUTU PELAYANAN KESEHATAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH (RSUD) LABUANG BAJI TAHUN 2023
Penerapan patient centered care di RSUD Labuang Baji akan memberikan sejumlah dampak positif yang akan dirasakan baik oleh staf maupun pasien. Meskipun dampak pada pasien adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien tentang kesehatan, meningkatkan perilaku perawatan diri pasien, mendapatkan layanan yang sopan dan menyenangkan dari tenaga medis, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, sehingga mutu pelayanan kesehatan meningkat. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan patient centered care terhadap kepuasan pasien melalui mutu pelayanan kesehatan sebagai variabel intervening di RSUD Labuang Baji tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metodologi penelitian yang dikenal dengan penelitian cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Labuang Baji sebanyak 242 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik purpose sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder rumah sakit. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh langsung antara variabel patient centered care terhadap mutu pelayanan adalah sebesar 0,560, sedangkan Pengaruh langsung antara variabel mutu pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien adalah sebesar 0,345, sehingga Pengaruh tidak langsung antara variabel patient centered care terhadap kepuasan pasien melalui mutu pelayanan adalah sebesar 0,193. Rekomendasi: Disarankan kepada pihak Disarankan pihak RSUD Labuang Baji agar tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelaksanaan Patient Centered Care, kepuasan pasien dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan
PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DALAM UPAYA MEMBANGUN KELUARGA SEHAT DAN SEJAHTERA
Keluarga sejahtera merupakan dambaan setiap orang karena dengan memiliki keluarga yang sejahtera setiap orang akan menikmati kehidupannya secara wajar, kebutuhan materiil dan spritual dapat terpenuhi sehingga seluruh anggota keluarga memperoleh kesempatan yang luas untuk mengembangkan diri melalui kemampuan, bakat dan potensinya masing-masing. Untuk mendapatkan rumah tangga yang sejahtera salah satunya adalah dengan penataan ekonomi rumah tangga yang baik mulai dari perencanaan sampai pada pengelolaan keuangan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain bu-ibu belum memiliki pemahaman tentang pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga. Adapun luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga akan lebih memahami tata cara pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga sehingga membawa dampak terhadap keluarga yang sehat dan sejahtera. Keluarga sehat dan sejahtera menjadi dambaan setiap keluarga namun demikian hal ini tidaklah mudah untuk mencapainya. Salah satu kendala yang biasanya penjadi penghambat untuk mewujudkan hal tesebut adalah masalah ekonomi atau keuangan keluarga. Untuk itu maka pengelolaan keuangan dalam sebuah keluarga harus menjadi sebuah perhatian yang lebih serius
IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PENGEN DALIAN INTERN PEMERINTAH (SPIP) DALAM MEWUJUDKAN GOOD GOVERNANCE PADA BADAN PENDAPATAN DAERAH KABUPATEN GOWA
This study aims to determine the implementation of PP No. 60 of 2008 concerning theGovernment Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Regional Revenue Agency of Gowa Regency by looking at the elements of SPIP, namely the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication in realizing Good Governance. This type of research is a qualitative research and Bapenda profile and interviews as data collection methods. This study also explains an Agency Theory theory. The implications of Agency Theory theory for this research, can explain the existence of the Regional Government as an institution that can be trusted to act in accordance with the public interest by carrying out its duties and functions appropriately, making financial accountability mandated to it, so that the objectives economy, public services and community welfare can be achieved optimally. The results of this study indicate that the Gowa Regency Regional Revenue Agency has implemented the five elements of the Government's Internal Control System properly and is committed to providing accountability to the community both through the reliability of financial reporting, safeguarding state assets, and compliance with laws and regulations, so as to achieveeffectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of activities carried out for the realization of good state governance, there is an increase in performance which has an impact on increasing PAD (Regional Original Income) in 2020 Rp. 1,833,160,557,136.00/ Year 2021 Rp. 1,841,411,192,535.00
