UGA Law advances to nationals in NTC
Congratulations to third-year student Holly C. Jordan and second-year student M. Drake Jones for winning Region VI of the National Trial Competition. A second Georgia team comprised of third-year student Doraly G. Blanton and second-year students Caitlin M. Banks and M. Luke McGahren finished as regional semifinalists. Notably, McGahren was named best advocate of the competition. Jordan and Jones will represent UGA at the national tier of the competition to be held during April. The teams were coached by Jeremy Dailey (J.D.\u2714) and Haley Kairab (J.D.\u2722).
Administered by the Texas Young Lawyers Association, the NTC attracts teams from more than 140 law schools and involves more than 1,000 law students each year.

UGA Law finishes in top 16 at Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition
Congratulations to second-year students Ceilidh F. Buckley, Joseph M. Joe Colley, Katherine A. Lewis and Brennan A. Rose who finished in the top 16 teams at a regional tournament of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Third-year student Hao Chen Bobby Dong served as of counsel. Third-year students Andrew N. Arrington and Madeleine B. Maddie Hoss served as coaches along with 2023 alumnus J. Caleb Grant
