Pengaruh E-readiness dan Kecenderungan Berpikir Kritis Terhadap Miskonsepsi Pembelajaran Biologi Peserta Didik SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Lombok Timur
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-readiness dan kecenderungan berpikir kritis terhadap miskonsepsi peserta didik pada mata pelajaran biologi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini 216 peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri di kabupaten Lombok timur. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket e-readiness, angket kecenderungan berpikir kritis, dan tes miskonsepsi yang dipadukan dengan metode CRI. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan abntuan program SPSS 16. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda secara parsial menemukan bahwa e-readiness (sig.0,008<0,05) dan kecenderungan berpikir kritis (sig. 0,000<0,05) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap miskonsepsi pembelajaran biologi dengan koefisien korelasi negatif. Analisis regresi berganda secara simultan menemukan bahwa e-readiness dan kecenderungan berpikir kritis (sig. 0,000<0,05) memthispunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap miskonsepsi dengan koefisien regresi negatif. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa e-readiness dan kecenderungan berpikir kritis secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap miskonsepsi pembelajaran biologi dengan koefisien regresi negati
Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Powtoon Pada Pembelajaran Materi Teorema Pythagoras Terhadap Motivasi Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa
Media pembelajaran memiliki peranan yang penting dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan menarik yang berdampak terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan mendorong motivasi belajar siswa Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media Powtoon pada pembelajaran materi teorema pythagoras terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan bentuk quasi experiment (eksperimen semu) dengan posttest only control desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kediri yang berjumlah 195 siswa. Adapun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 56 siswa yaitu dari kelas VIII F sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII G sebagai kelas kontrol yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah melakukan uji validitas instrumen, uji prasyarat berupa uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, uji independent sample test dan uji effect size.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol; 2) Hasil uji effect size berada pada kategori tinggi; 3) Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan media Powtoon berada pada kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media Powtoon pada pembelajaran materi teorema pythagoras terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa
Pengembangan Media Interaktif Berbasis Google Site Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Siswa pada Materi Teorema Pythagoras
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk berupa media interaktif berbasis Google sites yang layak, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas VIII SMP. Media interaktif berbasis Google sites dikembangkan melalui empat tahap sesuai dengan prosedur model 4D yaitu define, design, develop dan disseminate. Penelitian ini dibatasi hanya sampai pada tahap devlopment. Kevalidan atau kelayakan media interaktif dapat diketahui melalui lembar validasi ahli media dan ahli materi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji aiken v untuk mengukur validitas produk, uji keparktisan dan uji N-Gain untuk mengukur efektivitas media. Validator ahli media memberikan skor rata-rata 0,90 dengan kategori sangat valid dan ahli materi memberikan skor 0,94 dengan kategori sangat valid atau sangat layak. Efektivitas media interaktif diukur dengan instrumen tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba kepada 27 siswa kelas VIII SMPN 11 Mataram. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test diperoleh nilai 16,78 dan hasil post-test sebesar 37,48 dengan nilai rata-rata standart n-gain sebesar 0,73 dengan interpretasi tinggi atau efektif. Hasil angket respon siswa memperoleh presentase sebesar 74,1% dengan kategori baik dan angket respon guru memperoleh presentase sebesar 93,3% dengan kategori sangat baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media interaktif berbasis situs Google dinyatakan layak, efektif dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas
The Effectiveness of Picture in Improving Students’ Vocabulary Mastery Skills at the Fifth Grade Students
This study investigated the effectiveness of picture media in improving English vocabulary mastery among fifth grade students at SDN 1 SUKAREMA. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample of this study consisted of 60 students divided into experimental and control groups (n=30 each). The experimental group received instruction through picture media, while the control group used puzzle-based learning. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test assessments using 25 multiple-choice questions. The data analysis technique used prerequisite tests (normality test and homogeneity test) and hypothesis testing (t-test, independent sample t-test). The results showed significantly higher performance in the experimental group (M=86.40) compared to the control group (M=64.40). Independent Sample T-test analysis revealed a significant difference between the groups (p<0.05), with a mean difference of 22,000 and a variance ratio of 0.81. These findings indicate that the use of pictures is effective in improving students' vocabulary mastery skills in fifth grade students at SDN 1 SUKAREMA
Analisis Kesulitan Siswa dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Berbasis HOTS pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS Kelas IV
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal HOTS pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS kelas IV di SDN 13 Ampenan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes tulis yang terdistribusi ke dalam 5 soal essay HOTS IPAS dan wawancara semistruktural. Teknik analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana dengan langkah analisis terdiri dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis data dilakukan terhadap 15 peserta didik Kelas IV berdasarkan kategori nilai tinggi, nilai sedang dan nilai rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 20% peserta didik berhasil mencapai nilai tinggi, kemudian sebanyak 20% peserta didik berada pada kategori nilai sedang dan sebagian besar peserta didik (60%) berada pada kategori nilai rendah. Kesulitan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal HOTS IPAS dianalisis berdasarkan indikator Taksonomi Bloom, yakni menganalisis, mengevaluasi dan mengkreasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk indikator menganalisis, peserta didik mengalami kesulitan memahami soal dan kesulitan menganalisis soal. Untuk indikator mengevaluasi peserta didik kesulitan merepresentasikan informasi berdasarkan data. Sedangkan untuk indikator mengkreasi peserta didik mengalami kesulitan membuat skema fotosintesis. Selain indikator tersebut, peserta didik juga mengalami kesulitan konsentrasi. Hal ini menunjukkan peserta didik memerlukan dukungan dan pendekatan yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung pemahaman, keterampilan analisis, evaluasi dan kreativitas dalam menjawab soal-soal HOTS IPA
Design and Construction of a Real-Time Air Quality Monitoring System Using IoT-Based ESP32 to Strengthen Environmental Policies
Air quality monitoring is one of the important steps in maintaining public health and the environment. With the development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, air quality monitoring can be done in real-time and more efficiently. This study aims to environmental policy and design of an IoT-based air quality monitoring system using the ESP32 microcontroller. This system is designed to measure air quality parameters such as CO, NO2, temperature, and humidity using factory-calibrated sensors (DFRobot) connected to the ESP32 microcontroller. Data obtained from the sensors are processed by the ESP32 and sent to a cloud server via Wi-Fi, allowing real-time monitoring via the ThingSpeak platform which can be monitored via mobile devices or the web. The results of the air quality monitoring system design show that devices using electrochemical CO and NO sensors₂and the SHT30 sensor connected to the ESP32 is capable of reading and measuring CO, NOconcentrations., temperature, and humidity with good accuracy with a sample time of ± 20 seconds. In addition, this system can be connected online with the ThingSpeak platform, allowing visualization of measurement data in graphical form in real-time. Kendala Pemahaman dan Kompetensi Guru dalam Mengimplementasikan Pendidikan Inklusi pada Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di Kota Pariaman
This study aims to analyze the constraints of teachers' understanding and competence in implementing inclusive education in Natural and Social Science Learning at SDN 13 Kampung Baru, Pariaman City. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, classroom observations and document analysis. The research subjects consisted of five class teachers, one IPAS subject teacher, and one special assistant teacher (GPK). The results showed that 80% of teachers experienced problems in understanding the concept of inclusive education, especially related to the adaptation of IPAS materials for students with special needs. In addition, 70% of teachers admitted to having difficulties in implementing inclusive teaching methods, such as the use of appropriate learning media and experiential learning strategies. The inhibiting factors included a lack of training in inclusive education (90%), a lack of collaboration with GPK (60%) and limited supporting facilities at school (75%). This study recommends organizing intensive training to improve teachers' competencies, procuring inclusive learning media and increasing collaboration between classroom teachers and GPKs. The results of this study are expected to be a reference in developing more inclusive and effective Natural and Social Science Learning strategies in primary schools.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kendala pemahaman dan kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan inklusi pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di SDN 13 Kampung Baru Kota Pariaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas dan analisis dokumen. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari lima orang guru kelas, satu orang guru mata pelajaran IPAS, dan satu orang guru pendamping khusus (GPK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 80% guru mengalami kendala dalam memahami konsep pendidikan inklusi, terutama terkait adaptasi materi IPAS untuk siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Selain itu, 70% guru mengaku mengalami kesulitan dalam menerapkan metode pengajaran inklusi, seperti penggunaan media pembelajaran yang tepat dan strategi pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. Faktor penghambatnya antara lain kurangnya pelatihan tentang pendidikan inklusi (90%), kurangnya kolaborasi dengan GPK (60%), dan terbatasnya fasilitas pendukung di sekolah (75%). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk mengadakan pelatihan intensif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru, pengadaan media pembelajaran inklusi dan meningkatkan kolaborasi antara guru kelas dan GPK. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial yang lebih inklusif dan efektif di sekolah dasar
Development and Validation of a Self-directed Learning Scale for Pre-Service Science and Technology Teacher
The ability of prospective science and technology teachers to engage in Self-Directed Learning (S-DL) is essential for their professional growth in an evolving educational landscape. However, existing instruments to assess S-DL readiness often lack comprehensive validation. This study aims to develop and validate an instrument to measure S-DL readiness among prospective science and technology teachers. The research followed a structured process, including instrument design, expert validation, pilot testing, and psychometric evaluation. A sample of 100 students participated in the validation process, ensuring the instrument's reliability and validity. Content validation was conducted with expert judgment, while statistical analyses, including factor analysis, were used to assess construct validity. The final instrument consists of 42 items, demonstrating strong validity and reliability. These findings confirm that the developed S-DL instrument is an effective tool for measuring students' readiness for self-directed learning. The results provide valuable insights for improving teacher education programs by integrating self-directed learning strategies and supporting further research in this field
Development of Augmented Reality-Assisted Practical Guide Media for Thermochemistry Practicum and Its Effectiveness in Improving Students' Learning Outcomes
The governments’s goal to produce graduates able to compete in all technology era must be realized by using media with technological assistance in the learning process. Chemistry learning focuses on providing direct experience which can be in the form of practical work activities. The limitations of laboratory facilities, tools, and practical work materials hinder the implementation of practical work activities, but this can be minimized, one of which is with Augmented Reality assistance. This research aimed at producing Augmented Reality assisted practicum guide media in Thermochemistry practice that was valid and practical based on the result of validity test by material, media and language experts and practical test by chemistry teacher and students. Research and Development method was used in this research with ADDIE research design, and the steps were (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. Material experts validation result have a percentage 80% with valid category, media experts have a percentage 79,6% with valid category and linguist have a percentage 100% with very valid category. The percentage of practicality test by Chemistry subject teachers was 82% with very practical category, and the percentage of student response practicality test was 86% with very practical category. Based on the test result of validity and practicality it could be concluded that Augmented Reality assisted practicum guide media in thermochemistry practice was very appropriate and practical to be used as a learning on thermochemistry. This practicum guide has also been tested for its effectiveness on students' learning outcomes using a Single group pretest-posttest design. The results of the non-parametric test with the Mann-Whitney test obtained a calculated Uhitung of -132. This value is smaller than its Utabel of 123, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a difference in students' learning outcomes in learning chemistry between classes that apply Augmented Reality-assisted practicum guide media or not in thermochemistry practicums
Physicochemical Properties of Yoghurt Analog from Peanut and Soy Milk
The global demand for plant-based dairy alternatives is driven by health, environmental, and food allergy or intolerance concerns. This movement has promoted plant-based yoghurts, which are nutrient-rich and non-dairy. This study examines the physicochemical and sensory characteristics of yogurts made from peanut milk and soy milk, both with and without the presence of filler, a prebiotic polysaccharide. Peanut milk yogurt exhibited a greater fat content of 11.2% wb, protein levels at 6.2% wb, and increased viscosity when compared to soy yogurt. However, soy yogurt exhibited elevated microbial loads (1.5 × 10¹¹ CFU/mL) and protein content when supplemented with inulin, suggesting improved fermentation activity. Both yogurts displayed pH levels appropriate for consumption (4.1–4.6), with peanut milk yogurt demonstrating a marginally higher acidity compared to soy yogurt. The addition of filler had a notable effect on the sensory profile, enhancing texture, taste, and overall acceptability for both peanut milk yogurt and soy yogurt. It is noteworthy that filler-enriched peanut milk yogurt exhibited diminished microbial loads and decreased viscosity, probably as a result of unutilized carbohydrate content and the presence of inhibitory metabolites from fermentation. Proximate analysis indicated that peanut milk yogurt has the potential to function as an effective plant-based yogurt alternative, exhibiting quality comparable to soy yogurt. Organoleptic testing revealed a clear consumer preference for formulations supplemented with inulin, resulting in ratings ranging from "like slightly" to "like extremely." This thorough examination offers significant perspectives on the possibilities of legume-based yogurts in addressing the increasing consumer interest in healthy, plant-derived dairy substitute
