PERFORMANCE AND FACILITIES EVALUATION AT SURABAYA KOTA TRAIN STATION
Surabaya Kota Station continues to have several facility and service-related issues, thus some improvements must be taken to assess the level of service and station amenities by the Minimum Service Standards mandated by PM 48 of 2015. The purpose of this study, which employs the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) approach, is to assess and contrast the level of service provided at Surabaya City Station with users' expectations for that level of service. Surabaya Kota Station's facilities have not met the minimum service requirements outlined in PM.48 of 2015, including platforms that are longer than 20 cm, a lack of space for nursing mothers, and a lack of accessible restrooms for the disabled. Customers are also dissatisfied with Surabaya Kota Station's facilities and services, which include the station building's untidy and dirty condition as well as the messy motorbike parking space. However, the station's service is fairly decent. The main contribution of this study is to identify significant gaps between user expectations and the reality of existing facilities, where facilities such as platforms, nursing mother rooms, and disability accessibility toilets require immediate attention. The results show that the cleanliness and management of parking spaces also greatly affect user satisfaction levels, and improvements in these areas are urgently needed to meet the service standards mandated by government regulations.

IMPLEMENTATION OF POROUS-WALLED INFILTRATION WELL DESIGN TO REDUCE SURFACE RUNOFF AT CAMPUS I STATE UNIVERSITY OF MALANG USING EPA SWMM 5.2 SOFTWARE
The rapid expansion of urban activities at Universitas Negeri Malang has reduced rainwater infiltration and increased surface runoff, raising flood risks. At Campus I, the limited drainage capacity necessitates a green infrastructure-based solution. This study designs an optimal porous-walled infiltration well system and determines its quantity and distribution using EPA SWMM 5.2. Unlike previous studies, this research integrates site-specific permeability data from laboratory testing into the modeling process for greater accuracy. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied, with runoff discharge estimated using the Rational Method and permeability tested via the Falling Head Permeability Test. EPA SWMM 5.2 modeling, incorporating the Low Impact Development (LID) feature, was used to analyze flooding and assess system effectiveness. The findings provide recommendations for an optimized infiltration well design, offering a precise and adaptable rainwater management solution.

Green beauty care choices: Mediating effects of self-generated word of mouth on Gen Z buying behavior
With growing concern about environmental issues, purchasing behavior has significantly changed, especially among women. They now seek extensive information about environmentally friendly beauty care brands, often relying on word of mouth to guide their decisions. Existing studies on word of mouth largely focus on the receiver perspective. However, there is a notable gap in studies examining the impact of word of mouth on the senders themselves. Motivated by addressing this significant gap in the literature, we dedicate this exploratory study to investigating sender outcomes, such as purchase decisions. To gather relevant data, we used purposive and snowball sampling methods, specifically targeting Indonesian Gen Z women who are aware of environmental issues and use beauty care products. Results from PROCESS Macro Model 4, based on responses from 253 respondents, show that the high perception of environmentally friendly beauty care product quality significantly affects both word of mouth and repurchase intention, both directly and indirectly. While an environmentally friendly brand image directly impacts repurchase intention, it does not influence WOM. This suggests that Gen Z is more likely to tell and share their experiences about the benefits and effectiveness of high-quality, natural ingredient beauty care products rather than the brand’s environmental commitments and activities
