No full textIn this chapter, I will first give an overview of the promise of digital home health. I will then discuss the regulation of digital home health before and during COVID-19 in the context of the US Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA). This will be followed by a discussion of three digital home health challenges during the pandemic: 1) safety, 2) liability, and 3) informed consent. Delivering Effective Student Feedback
No full textThis session will begin by highlighting the importance of feedback to the student learning process, especially when learning a skill like legal research. Next, the session will focus on the components of delivering effective feedback, including type of feedback, tone of feedback, and general guidelines for feedback. Finally, the session will conclude with a discussion of student response and engagement with professor feedback. After completing the presentation, participants will engage in a feedback workshopping session. During the workshop, participants will edit and write feedback based on the session’s guidance for effective feedback and reflect on proposed improvements
