    The Josefina Velázquez de Leon Digitization Project is a partnership between The University of Texas at San Antonio Libraries Special Collections and Fundación Herdez, A.C. Biblioteca de la Gastronomía Mexicana in Mexico City. The joint digitization project has resulted in 181 of Josefina's titles being digitized. This publication was digitized by UTSA Special Collections and can be viewed at the John Peace Library Reading Room. A book of recipes on dishes from the state of Aguascalientes.
