Separation of Water Soluble Vitamins by HPLC with Core-shell Type Columns Utilizing Hydrophobic Interaction and/or Hydrophilic Interaction
Get PDFThis paper describes HPLC separation of water soluble vitamins such as ascorbic acid （vitamin C, VC） etc. employing the core-shell type column utilizing hydrophobic interaction and/or hydrophilic interaction. As for 12 water soluble vitamins, riboflavin （vitamin B2, VB2）,riboflavin sodium phosphate （vitamin B2 phosphate）, cyanocobalamin （vitamin B12）,hydroxocobalamin and mecobalamin were successfully separated by the reversed-phase （RP）HPLC with an ODS column employing 15 ? 20 % acetonitrile（ ACN） or methanol（ MeOH） as an organic modifier. Other water soluble vitamins eluted at almost t0 （column hold up time）by the RP-HPLC with an ODS column using no addition of ACN or MeOH to the mobile phase.These seven water soluble vitamins （VC, isoascorbic acid, ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, nicotinic acid, nicotinamide, vitamin B1 and vitamin B6） were successfully separated by hydrophilic interaction chromatography（ HILIC） with an amide type column employing around 70% ACN mobile phase. The elution order in the HILIC mode was reversed compared with that in the RP-HPLC mode. Further each sample was identified more selectively by the UV spectra obtained by the photo diode array detector. Assay of pharmaceutical preparations and soft drink containing VC was successful by the HILIC mode HPLC employing an internal substance method within a short analysis time.departmental bulletin pape

When he learned of plans to extend the railway into his region, he strongly opposed them and wrote in protest to preserve nature and the way of life of his neighbors. This opposition is said to be the starting point of the National Trust Movement. The trend of current society has put higher priority on the human sciences or economics over nature. Internet Addiction Tendencies among Students of Elementary and Junior High Schools : Usage of the Internet and Parent-Child Relationships
Get PDFThe research is aimed at examining the usage of the internet among elementary and junior high school students and investigating the influence of the internet addiction on parent-child relationships. The research conducted the Internet Addiction Test developed by Young on 1,015 pairs of children from the fourth grade in elementary schools to the third grade in junior high schools with their parents to evaluate levels of the internet addiction. Simultaneously, original questions were developed and asked to evaluate the students’ involvement of the internet at home. The result of the research reveals that nearly forty percent of the students show the internet addiction tendencies when focused on the individual test scores. Analyzing the average scores of the students of each grade, tendencies of the internet addiction were identified only for those in the third grade of junior high schools. Nearly half of the students with higher levels of the internet addiction tendency are using the internet even during the meals at home, which implies decreased amount of communications in the family. Therefore, the research results suggest that the lesser amount of the communication in the family because of the internet usage is giving severe influence on the parent-child relationships.departmental bulletin pape
A Report on Fundamental Competencies for Working People:Focusing on the Ability to Work in a Team
Get PDF社会人基礎力の概念が提唱されてから10年が経過した。その概念は1990年代以降の環境変化を背景に提唱されたが、当時以上に混迷を深める現在において、若者の社会人基礎力育成の必要性は一層高まっている。
本稿は社会人基礎力育成を目的としたPBL授業の実践報告である。本事例では特に「チームで働く力」の育成を意識し、育成上の環境としてまず、グループワークを基本としたプロジェクト推進に努めた。さらに社会人基礎力育成に定評のある他大学ゼミとの協働を行い、当該ゼミの先進的な育成手法を本プロジェクトにも導入し、実践した。成果として、参加学生の「チームで働く力」の向上が見られ、さらに学生同士の連帯感や相互信頼の醸成が観察された。一方で、①評価基準、自己評価・他者評価、評価実施の時期・回数等、社会人基礎力の評価方法の整備、②「前に踏み出す力」「考え抜く力」の向上をもたらす具体的な手法の検討、の2点が課題となった。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF平成29年学習指導要領改訂の大きな目玉は、総合的な学習の時間である。学習指導要領本文（４頁）に対して、解説編はその43倍の139頁と大部である。
今回、教員養成課程での指導の在り方を検討する目的で、「総合的な学習の時間解説編」を対象にして、語句分析を行った。言葉の分析を通して判明したことは、?合計2,440の語句?125のカタカナ語?113通りの「的」?難解・難読語句の使用?「重要である」「大切である」の多用などが明らかとなった。
教員養成課程での指導では、担当者に教育学以外に幅広い専門性が必要なこと、解説を丁寧にきちんと指導するための改善点や具体的方法等について要点と課題を提示した。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本研究は中国帰国者とその家族が直面する医療・介護をめぐる経験をあきらかにし、行政や関係機関における今後の支援のあり方について考察することを目的とした。広島市A公営住宅及びその近辺に居住している中国帰国者9人を研究対象者として、介護保険サービスや医療へのアクセス、地域の健康や介護関連事業への参加、地域との関わりに関する経験と思いについてインタビューを行った結果、【言葉の壁】【現行医療・介護保険制度の使いにくさ】【孤独と孤立】【日本社会への失望】の４つのカテゴリーを抽出した。医療・介護支援における今後の課題として、支援・交流センターと行政・関係機関との連携による中国帰国者の潜在的ニーズの把握、従来の支援者対被支援者という関係性だけではなく、当事者から地域社会への主体的で多様な情報発信への側面的支援の必要性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF2017年１月トランプ政権誕生後、「代替的事実」や「偽ニュース」の言葉で、政権側から公然と事実と異なることが事実として提示される、または、都合の悪い事実は信用ならないものとして貶められる、という驚愕するような言動が民主国家の代表とされてきた米国の政権でも通用することを世界は見せつけられることになる。多種多様なメディアの出現によって、虚構世界と現実世界の物語の境界が曖昧になっている今、他者のメディア表象に拘ることへの尊重が一層必要とされている。社会で優位にあるグループであれば「気にかけない」として済ませられるかもしれない出来事について、一つひとつに「拘る」ことで権利を主張する必要がある少数派が社会には存在する。「我が国・自国への愛国心」、「我々・自国中心」、「テロリストの彼ら」、「犯罪者の彼ら」と、「我々だけ」を尊重し、他者「彼ら」への敵対心や恐怖のみを煽り立てる乱暴なレトリックが民主国家の政治の権力側から公然と示され得る時、社会で少数派の拘りの行為が抑圧される可能性は高くなっているのである。ポピュラーカルチャーに見える「ホワイトウォッシュ」から大国の政権による「壁を作る」政策まで、全て関係し合い、相互に影響しないではいられないグローバル化した世界を私達は生きている。ジジェクの言う「人間の顔をもったグローバル資本主義」の実現のために、一人ひとりが拘り、今自分に出来ることを丁寧に問い、真摯な他者とのコミュニケーションを通して実現しようとする、そうした人々を育てることが異文化教育には要求されているのである。departmental bulletin pape
