    Differentiated Learning Using ESS-MATH-Based PBL Model on Problem-Solving Ability Reviewed from Learning Style

    The development of the era of globalization is accelerating, which must be supported by the ability of expert students. This study aims to find out how content-differentiated learning through the ESS-MATH-based Problem-Based Learning model affects the ability of class X students of SMK N 1 Klaten to solve problems from a learning style. This study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative research methods. The instruments used were David Kolb's learning style questionnaire, the ESS-MATH application and problem-solving ability questions. The results obtained are that the application of content-differentiated learning using the ESS-MATH-based PBL model is able to improve students' skills in problem-solving according to their learning style. The ESS-MATH application is a new alternative in the implementation of content-differentiated learning because it can meet the learning needs of students and ease of use

    Students' Mathematical Problem-Solving Ability Based on Pedagogic Analysis of Mathematics Learning

    Students' mathematical problem-solving skills are an important ability to have. One of the factors that can affect mathematical problem-solving ability is the teacher's pedagogic in learning mathematics. This study aims to analyze the pedagogical aspects of mathematics learning. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of 35 grade VIII students in one of the schools in the city of Bandung. Data collection was carried out through observation of the mathematics learning process, test items of mathematical problem-solving skills, and the implementation of interviews with teachers and students. Data analysis was carried out by calculating the percentage of answers to the item test for mathematical problem-solving ability and analyzing the pedagogic learning of mathematics. The results showed that the average mathematical problem-solving ability as a whole reached 64.5%, indicating a medium category. The lowest indicator of mathematical problem-solving ability is the recheck indicator. Based on the analysis of pedagogic aspects in mathematics learning on mathematical problem-solving abilities related to teachers' ability to use learning methods and technology. This means that learning methods and technology are important in improving students' mathematical problem-solving skills

    AKNOP Jaringan Irigasi Air Tanah (JIAT)

    Wilayah Lampung Selatan merupakan wilayah yang sebagian besar terdiri atas daerah persawahan. Pada wilayah tersebut terdapat daerah persawahan yang menggunakan Jaringan Irigasi Air Tanah (JIAT). Penialaian kembali perlu dilakukan untuk jaringan tersebut mengingat efisiensi komponen JIAT yang lambat laun semakin menurun. Studi ini membahas mengenai analisis kinerja  JIAT pada 14 titik lokasi di Lampung Selatan. Evaluasi yang dilakukan meliputi kinerja penilaian indeks prasarana fisik dan prasarana penunjang, produktifitas tanam, dokumentasi dan penilaian P3AT. Penilaian Kondisi JIAT dibagi menjadi 4 kategori penilaian yaitu kategori I, II, III, dan IV. Berdasarkan hasil studi yang dilakukan didapatkan kinerja JIAT maksimum terdapat pada titik SBE 95 dengan hasil penilaian kinerja JIAT yaitu 72.4%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan JIAT pada lokasi tersebut berada pada kondisi baik. Kemudian pada 14 titik tersebut terdapat 9 JIAT yang berada pada kategori I dimana ciri dari kategori tersebut yaitu JIAT berada pada kondisi buruk dan perlu perhatian, 4 titik JIAT berada pada kategori II dengan ciri kinerja kurang dan perlu perhatian, dan kategori II sebanyak 1 titik dengan ciri kinerja baik.         

    Interaction of Mathematics Learning in Inclusive School

    Interaction becomes a very important thing in mathematics learning activities because it can help students gain good conceptual understanding, including in inclusive schools that involve regular students and students with special needs in the same scope. This study aims to describe the interaction in mathematics learning in grade VII at one of the inclusive middle schools in Bandar Lampung, Lampung Province. The subjects in this study were 23 regular students, 2 slow learners, and 1 autistic student. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method on teacher-student interaction in mathematics learning. The research instruments used were observation sheets, Flanders Interaction Analysis Category System (FIACS) matrix, and unstructured interviews. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the dominance of teacher talk proportion was in the aspect of encouraging with an average of 34.31% and the aspect of closed response in student talk to the teacher amounted to 70.65% which appeared during the core learning activities in understanding mathematical concepts and problems, while discussions conducted by students with special needs dominated the aspect of discussion during learning activities involving peer tutors, which was 21.88%. This means that mathematics learning in this study forms student activities in following procedural instructions from the teacher, students and teachers communicating mathematics, and jointly constructing mathematical truths. The interaction that occurs in mathematics learning forms a multi-directional pattern involving reciprocal interactions between teachers, regular students, and students with special needs

    SISTEM PEMETAAN DAN KLASTERISASI TPS DI KOTA MALANG DENGAN ALGORITMA K-MEANS++

    Sampah merupakan salah satu permasalahan penting yang terus meningkat seiring bertambahnya penduduk. Kota Malang sebagai wilayah yang padat penduduk dan menjadi pusat pendidikan menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan sampah. DLH Kota Malang hanya memiliki 45 truk pengangkut sampah yang melayani 64 TPS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem pemetaan dan klasterisasi TPS menggunakan algoritma K-Means++ dengan tiga parameter yaitu, volume sampah, jarak ke TPA, dan rata-rata jarak untuk melihat kedekatan antar TPS. K-Means++ menjadi solusi dari kelemahan K-Means yang memiliki ketergantungan pada pemilihan centroid secara acak. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan sesuai skenario dan fungsi aplikasi beroperasi dengan baik. Pengujian menggunakan Silhouette score menghasilkan nilai 0,31 yang menunjukkan bahwa clustering cukup baik meskipun masih ada potensi untuk meningkatkan pemisahan antar cluster. Saran pengembangan meliputi fine-tining berupa inisialisasi centroid dan preprocessing data. Selain itu, pengembangan aplikasi berbasis android juga disarankan untuk memudahkan akses bagi petuga DLH Kota Malang

    Family Empowerment and Welfare Group (PKK) is an organization that focuses on improving the social and economic welfare of families in Indonesia through various empowerment programs. Given the widespread use of smartphones, especially among PKK members, this study aims to explore the potential of a mobile-based administration system to address the existing challenges. This study focuses on the design and development of a smartphone application prototype to support PKK administrative tasks. To achieve this, the fountain method can be applied as a development approach, emphasizing continuous development and iterative testing. The resulting prototype is designed to simplify the administration process of PKK activities, making them more efficient and accessible. This study concludes that adopting a mobile-based solution can significantly improve the management of PKK activities, allowing for better data recording, reporting, and overall organizational coordination. Further development and testing stages are needed to refine the application and ensure its compatibility with the broader needs of the organization, although in the testing and implementation itself the results of the existing feature testing are 100% valid according to the expected results and the application can be used easily by early/beginner users because with the PKK administration information system application, PKK cadres can access the application from anywhere and anytime, this can be seen in the results of filling out the questionnaire at the trial and socialization stage that has been done previously with the results of 22.3% of users feeling quite satisfied, 67.1% satisfied and 10.6% very satisfied in the socialization and use of the application. The research findings emphasize the importance of technology adaptation in community-based organizations such as PKK, highlighting the potential benefits of a more modern administrative approach through mobile technology. This prototype serves as a basis for further development to increase the efficiency and capacity of the PKK organization

    Conversational Implicature Containing Sexist Humor in Deddy Corbuzier's Podhub with Vidi Aldiano, Ummi Quary and Wika Salim: Pragmatic Study

    In pragmatics, implicature is a branch of science that studies the meaning contained in an utterance. Implicatures provide an opportunity for speakers and interlocutors to have the widest possible relevance regarding what has been said. This research aims to focus on conversational implicatures, thereby describing (1) types of conversational implicatures containing sexist humor in Podhub Deddy Corbuzier, Vidi Aldiano with Ummi Quary and Wika Salim, (2) the implications that arise between conversational implicatures containing sexist humor in Podhub Deddy Corbuzier, Vidi Aldiano with Ummi Quary and Wika Salim. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using listening and note-taking techniques, after that it is analyzed using Paul Grice's theory of conversational implicature with Dell Hymes's conversational classification, after that it looks at the context of sexist humor using the theory of Shifman & Dafna (2010). Sexist humor often occurs because of inequality between men and women and is normalized. The results of this research obtained 21 conversational implicatures containing sexist humor, consisting of; 8 data imply insinuating, 4 data imply confirming, 3 data imply teasing, 2 data imply disappointment, 2 data imply displeasure, 1 data imply expecting and 1 data imply telling

    Pengembangan Aplikasi Repositori Data Terpadu untuk Pengelolaan Data Akreditasi dan IKU Menggunakan Metode Prototype

    Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi repositori data terpadu guna mendukung pengelolaan data akreditasi dan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) di Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA), Universitas Sam Ratulangi (Unsrat). Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan pemantauan data yang relevan dengan proses akreditasi dan pencapaian IKU, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan akurasi pelaporan. Metode prototype digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini untuk memungkinkan iterasi yang cepat berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna. Prototipe awal dikembangkan melalui tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain antarmuka, implementasi fitur utama, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu menyediakan platform yang user-friendly dengan fitur unggulan seperti manajemen dokumen terpusat, visualisasi data IKU, dan pengingat otomatis untuk pembaruan data. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan data di FMIPA Unsrat dan mendukung pencapaian standar mutu pendidikan yang lebih baik

    PERANCANGAN PLATFORM CROWDSOURCING UNTUK KETERAMPILAN ADAT DAN KEBUDAYAAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL RAD

    Keterampilan adat dan kebudayaan merupakan faktor penting sebagai aset sebuah daerah yang dapat dijaga dan wariskan secara turun temurun. Namun masih minimnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam memberikan pembelajaran secara terbuka tentang keterampilan adat dan kebudayaan sehingga adat dan kebudayaan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang sebuah platform crowdsourcing berbasis website yang dapat mengajarkan dan mewariskan adat dan kebudayaan kepada masyarakat. Perancangan platform crowdsourcing berbasis website menggunakan metode RAD. Metode RAD adalah pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang memprioritaskan siklus pengembangan yang cepat dan iteratif. Metode ini terdapat 3 tahap yaitu perencanaan kebutuhan, desain dan implementasi. Hasil penelitian ini  adalah peneliti mendapatkan hasil implementasi sesuai dengan perencanaan kebutuhan yang sudah ditetapkan yaitu kebutuhan fungsional dan kebutuhan nonfungsional. 5 kebutuhan fungsional adalah halaman Home, About, Course, Pages, Contact dan halaman pencarian. Kebutuhan nonfungsional juga dapat terealisasi yaitu keamanan, kinerja dan ketersediaan. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa perancangan Platform Crowdsourcing berbasis website dapat berjalan dengan baik pada tiga tahap dari metode RAD

    Assessing the Environmental and Economic Benefits of Solar Energy Integration in Nigerian Construction.

    This study investigates the environmental and economic benefits of integrating solar energy into the Nigerian construction sector, alongside the challenges and barriers hindering its adoption. Utilizing a mixed methods approach, the research combines quantitative data from surveys and qualitative insights from interviews and case studies. The findings demonstrate substantial reductions in greenhouse gas emissions and pollutants such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides, highlighting the positive impact of solar energy on air and water quality. Economically, the analysis reveals high Net Present Values (NPV) and Internal Rates of Return (IRR), indicating that solar energy investments are financially viable with significant long-term savings. However, the study identifies key challenges, including financial constraints, technological limitations, regulatory hurdles, and social and cultural barriers. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) provides a nuanced understanding of the multi-level factors influencing solar energy adoption, emphasizing the importance of individual awareness and organizational policy support. The study contributes to the existing literature on sustainable construction by providing empirical evidence and practical insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders. Recommendations include the development of supportive regulatory frameworks, financial incentives, public awareness campaigns, and community engagement strategies to overcome the identified barriers. Despite its limitations, this study underscores the critical role of solar energy in promoting environmental sustainability and economic development in Nigeria, calling for coordinated efforts to accelerate the transition to renewable energy solutions
