La Música, Herramienta para el Fortalecimiento de Valores en la Educación Básica
Get PDFThe intention of the study consisted of designing alternatives of education learning using the urban music as tool for the strengthening value in the students of 3er degree of the School Bolivariana “Rural Housing” been Trujillo. The study based on a descriptive investigation a design of not experimental field. The units of analysis she was constituted by six (06) teachers who give classes in the third degree. In the obtained results it achieved to demonstrate that the teachers of 3er degree use different strategies in the classroom of class, which is favorable in the learning of the children; nevertheless, the music is not taken in account as a tool of education in the educational process. It is for it that, an offer was realized on the part of the investigator designing activities tending to improve the education - learning value, as well as to motivate the students to realizing his own musical creations departing from the daily experiences.El propósito del estudio consistió en diseñar alternativas de enseñanza-aprendizaje utilizando la música urbana como herramienta para el fortalecimiento de valores en los estudiantes del 3er grado de la Escuela Bolivariana “Vivienda Rural” estado Trujillo. El estudio se basó en una investigación descriptiva un diseño de campo no experimental. Las unidades de análisis la constituyeron seis (06) docentes que imparten clases en tercer grado. En los resultados obtenidos se logró evidenciar que los docentes del 3er grado hacen uso de distintas estrategias en el aula de clase, lo cual es favorable en el aprendizaje de los niños; sin embargo, la música no es tomada en cuenta como una herramienta de enseñanza en el proceso educativo. Es por ello que, se realizó una propuesta por parte del investigador diseñando actividades tendientes a mejorar la enseñanza-aprendizaje de valores, así como motivar a los estudiantes a realizar sus propias creaciones musicales partiendo de las vivencias diarias

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to develop a reforestation program as an environmental alternative in the recovery of recreational and leisure spaces in the Morrocoy Abajo Community, Sector I, San Silvestre Parish, Barinas Municipality, Barinas State. In what refers. To the methodological aspect, the study focuses on the qualitative paradigm, having as support the ethnographic method, it is considered as a technique to use the interview, as for the key informants, three (03) were considered, which were chosen according to the criterion of the researcher, according to the actors that are considered binding: neighboring knowledgeable of the environmental matter belonging to the community under study. As a conclusion, mention can be made of the fact that the research is currently in the process of being developed, being able to establish that organized communities handle specific strategies for the integration of these, where timely guidance as a social process leads to participation active and effective of those involved; from there, this approach indicates that the process of community participation must be relevant to the needs of the individual-society where it is carried out.La presente investigación tiene como propósito desarrollar un programa de reforestación como alternativa ambiental en la recuperación de espacios de recreación y esparcimiento en la Comunidad Morrocoy Abajo sector I, Parroquia San Silvestre, Municipio Barinas, Estado Barinas. En lo que refiere. Al aspecto metodológico, el estudio se enfoca en el paradigma cualitativo, teniendo como apoyo el método etnográfico, se considera como técnica a utilizar la entrevista, en cuanto a los informantes claves se consideraron tres (03), los cuales, fueron elegidos a criterio de la investigadora, según los actores que se consideran vinculantes: vecinos conocedores de la materia ambiental pertenecientes a la comunidad en estudio. Como conclusión, se puede hacer mención al hecho de que la investigación se encuentra actualmente en proceso de desarrollo, pudiendo establecer que, las comunidades organizadas, manejan estrategias específicas para la integración de estas, donde la orientación oportuna como un proceso social conlleva a la participación activa y efectiva de los involucrados; de allí, este planteamiento, señala que el proceso de participación comunitaria debe ser pertinente a las necesidades del individuo-sociedad donde se lleve a cabo
Fortalecimiento de la Educación Ambiental a Través de la Siembra de Plantas Ornamentales
Get PDFThe purpose of this research work is to develop ornamentation and afforestation activities to strengthen Environmental Education in the Sector 3 de Mayo. In Ciudad Bolivia, Pedraza Municipality, Barinas State. This work framed the qualitative paradigm supported by an action research. The key informants were represented in three May 3 sector inhabitants who with the characteristic of being active members of the Local Council of the locality: (1) one belonging to the education committee, (1) one that is part of the urban land committee and rural and (1) one member of the health committee. It was determined that the inhabitants of the community do not encourage activities of beautification and environmental awareness. The technique used to collect information was the interview, applying a contention script of (5) five open-ended questions related to the subject matter. Within the informants' testimonies the following findings were found, interviewees said that they lack training in relation to the subject of ornamentation and maintenance of green areas. Situation that requires the development of an action plan of ornamentation and afforestation to strengthen environmental education in the community.El propósito del presente trabajo de investigación es fortalecer la educación ambiental a través de la siembra de plantas ornamentales en el Sector 3 de Mayo. En Ciudad Bolivia, Municipio Pedraza, Estado Barinas. Este trabajo se enmarcó el paradigma cualitativo apoyado en una investigación acción. Los informantes claves estuvieron representados en tres habitantes del sector 3 de mayo que con la característica de ser miembros activos del Consejo Comunal de la localidad: (1) uno perteneciente al comité de educación, (1) uno que hace parte al comité de tierra urbana y rural y (1) uno integrante del comité de salud. Se determinó que los habitantes de la comunidad no propician actividades de embellecimiento y sensibilización ambiental. La técnica de recolección de información utilizada fue la entrevista, aplicando un guion contentivo de (5) cinco interrogantes de característica abierta relacionadas con la temática abordada. Dentro de los testimonios de los informantes se encontraron los siguientes hallazgos, los entrevistados manifestaron que tienen escasez de formación en relación con el tema de ornato y mantenimiento de áreas verdes. Situación que requiere del desarrollo de un plan de acción de ornato y arborización para fortalecer la educación ambiental en la colectividad

The purpose of this is to address the issue of the importance of the Culture of Peace, as a mechanism to promote in individuals respect for life, harmony among people, security, relevance to society and for in this way, the redemption of values such as solidarity, respect, love, work, coexistence, among other interactions. Likewise, a culture that defeats elements that have to do with violence, peer abuse, discrimination and the preference of religions. On the contrary, we want the consolidation of brotherhood, justice, freedom and democracy in the resolution of problems or conflicts in the school, the family and the community.Diversos investigadores, tales como: Fisas, Truvilla, UNESCO, entre otros, coinciden en señalar la importancia de la Cultura de Paz, que es un proyecto humano de mucha envergadura y es una vía para conseguir una armonía entre las localidades de cada nación. El presente ensayo se enfoca en la Cultura de Paz desde una Perspectiva Transdisciplinar. Dicho ensayo, es de carácter orientador e informativo con sustento documental. El propósito del mismo consiste en efectuar un abordaje al tema sobre la importancia que tiene la Cultura de Paz, como mecanismo para fomentar en los individuos el respeto por la vida, la armonía entre las personas, la seguridad, la pertinencia con la sociedad y por ende el recate de valores tales como solidaridad, respeto, amor, trabajo, convivencia, entre otras interacciones. Comunicación para el Liderazgo en las Instituciones Educativas en el Contexto de la Complejidad
Get PDFThe objective of this research was to analyze phenomenologically the way the manager-leader describes the essential features and the way he interacts with his followers through communication, traits and actions of the leader responsible for a human organization through his experience. It is framed in the qualitative scientific paradigm, research is phenomenologically approached to communication, a tool of responsible leadership experienced by the managers-leaders of organizations in the context of complexity. This approach was based on in-depth interviews with 26 informants of both sexes, from different professions belonging to the public and private sectors. The results are discussed and analyzed in the light of theories of leadership and communication and interpreted taking as a framework, different perspectives about these experiences. It was concluded that the personal characteristics of an effective communicator, is related to his followers sharing communication, keeps the staff together through communication; He knows how to listen to people, he uses double communication via. The conditions of the organization that facilitate responsible leadership were directed to the existence of transparent, transparent communication, broad and open communication. The proposals for new leaders were oriented to dialogue capacity and the use of ICTs.El objetivo de la presente investigación fue analizar fenomenológicamente la forma de como el gerente-líder describe los rasgos esenciales y la forma como interactúa con sus seguidores mediante la comunicación, rasgos y actuaciones del líder responsable de una organización humana a través de su vivencia. Se enmarca en el paradigma científico cualitativo, la investigación se aproxima fenomenológicamente a la comunicación, herramienta del liderazgo responsable vivenciado por los gerentes-líderes de las organizaciones en el contexto de la complejidad. Esta aproximación partió de entrevistas en profundidad realizadas a 26 informantes de ambos sexos, de profesiones diferentes pertenecientes a los sectores público y privado. Los resultados son discutidos y analizados a la luz de teorías de liderazgo y comunicación e interpretados tomando como marco, diferentes perspectivas acerca de dichas vivencias. Se concluyó en que las características personales rasgos de comunicador efectivo, se relaciona con sus seguidores compartiendo la comunicación, mantiene unido al personal a través de la comunicación; sabe escuchar a la gente, utiliza la comunicación doble vía. Las condiciones de la organización que facilitan el liderazgo responsable estuvieron dirigidas a la existencia de una comunicación diáfana, transparente, comunicación amplia y abierta. Las propuestas a líderes noveles se orientaron a capacidad de diálogo y el uso de las TIC´s
Participación Ciudadana para una Educación Ambiental Sustentable
Get PDFThe objective of the study was to: determine the activities of citizen participation that promotes the teaching of the L.B. “Sabana Libre” for the strengthening of an environmental education sustainable. It is theoretically based on environmental education, sustainable development and citizen participation. Methodologically approached from the descriptive research, carried out in the context of study. We used the interview technique, through a questionnaire as an instrument for the collection of information, being validated by experts. The instrument was applied to fifty (50) teachers working in the L.B. “Sabana Libre”. Tables with their respective statistical and descriptive interpretation were developed for the analysis. As results were obtained 17% of teachers said to always engage in participatory environmental activities and 29% said to promote environmental values. It is concluded that little conducive to citizen participation as an activity the teacher in the promotion of sustainable environmental education and, consequently, sparing the development of environmental awareness is promoted. So it is suggested the implementation of actions that lead to strengthening the participation to the valuation of the environment.El objetivo del estudio consistió en: Determinar las actividades de participación ciudadana que promueve el docente del L.B. “Sabana Libre” para el fortalecimiento de una educación ambiental sustentable. Teóricamente se fundamenta en la educación ambiental, el desarrollo sustentable y la participación ciudadana. Metodológicamente abordado desde la investigación descriptiva, realizado en el contexto de estudio. Se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista, a través de un cuestionario como instrumento para la recolección de la información, siendo validado por expertos. El instrumento se aplicó a cincuenta (50) docentes que laboran en el L.B. “Sabana Libre”. Para el análisis se elaboró tablas con su respectiva interpretación estadística y descriptiva. Como resultados se obtuvo que 17% de docentes afirmó siempre realizar actividades pro-ambientales participativas y un 29% aseveró promover valores ambientales. Se concluye que poco se propicia la participación ciudadana como actividad del docente en la promoción de la educación ambiental sostenible y, en consecuencia, escasamente se promueve el desarrollo de una conciencia ambiental. Por lo que se sugiere la puesta en práctica de acciones que lleven a fortalecer la participación ciudadana hacia la valoración del ambiente

The purpose of the essay was to interpret sexuality in students with SEN for the development of their potential. In this sense, a special educational need represents everything that is essential for the acquisition of the objectives or aims of education. Therefore, in short, this research is aimed at students achieving maximum personal and social growth during their schooling; in accordance with pedagogical support, educational services or institutes, which are trained as responsible beings, protected from abuse and express their sexual impulses in the same way as others are accepted socially, in addition to receiving sexual education from professionals or relatives.Las personas que presentan alguna condición especial o dificultad para realizar a cabalidad sus funciones básicas, de aprendizaje, sociales, entre otras; requieren que se le respete su condición y que la triada escolar les proporcione todo tipo de información, más aún, información que le ayudara a ejercer una sexualidad sin conflictos internos. Conceptualmente las Necesidades Educativas Especiales están referida a una condición que presentan las personas y viene afectando algún aspecto en su vida, bien sea pedagógico, físico, o estructuralmente orgánico. El propósito del ensayo fue interpretar la sexualidad en los estudiantes con NEE para el desarrollo de sus potencialidades. En tal sentido, una necesidad educativa especial, representa todo aquello que es primordial para la adquisición de los objetivos o fines de la educación. Así pues, en resumidas cuentas, se busca con esta investigación que los estudiantes alcancen durante su escolaridad, el máximo crecimiento personal y social; en concordancia con el apoyo pedagógico, servicios o institutos educativos, que sean formados como seres responsables, protegidos ante el abuso y que expresen sus impulsos sexuales de la misma forma como se acepta socialmente la de otros, además que reciban educación sexual de profesionales o familiares
La Cartografía Social como Herramienta Educativa
Get PDFThe present essay will theoretically address the social cartography applicable in the educational field as a methodological tool in the actors of the teaching - learning processes in schools, with the aim of bringing the school closer to its community level, in addition to relating the contributions offered by social cartography to the educational field and its definition proposed by (Diez, Escudero, Carballeda, Barberena, Hallak, Rocha, Massera, Vázquez, Barceló, Coñuecar, Gómez, Gómez, Feü, Martínez and Moreno, 2012), as well as the theoretical postulates presented by (Herrera , 2008), proposing the advantages and disadvantages of its application, likewise the application of Social Cartography in the educational task, finally the importance of its realization in the educational sector that allows educational actors to link with their community, in the search of feasible solutions to common problems, and the construction of collective knowledge.El presente ensayo abordará teóricamente la cartografía social aplicable en el ámbito educativa como herramienta metodológica en los actores de los procesos enseñanza – aprendizajes en las escuela, con el objetivo de acercar la escuela a su ámbito comunitario, además relacionar los aportes que ofrece la cartografía social al ámbito educativo y su definición planteada por (Diez, Escudero, Carballeda, Barberena, Hallak, Rocha, Massera, Vázquez, Barceló, Coñuecar, Gómez, Gómez, Feü, Martínez y Moreno, 2012), además los postulados teóricos presentados por (Herrera, 2008), planteando las ventajas y desventajas de su aplicación, así mismo la aplicación de la Cartografía Social en el quehacer educativo, finalmente la importancia de su realización en el sector educativo que permita a los actores educativos vincularse con su comunidad, en la búsqueda de soluciones factibles de los problemas comunes, y la construcción del conocimiento colectivo
