Ecocidio en México: Conceptualización a través de un Análisis de la Jurisdicción Nacional e Internacional
Get PDFAt present, environmental issues have gained relevance in the face of the changes that have been generated in the environment, as a result of multiple anthropogenic activities. The various reports and statistics of entities dedicated to the care and protection of the environment have been crucial in recognizing the existence of legal gaps in this area. In Mexico, due to the diversity of its ecosystems and its territorial extension, the effort required by all the official and legal instances involved is recognized, however, in environmental issues a concept arises that is not legislated, nor clearly defined, this term is Ecocide. The purpose of this research is to perform a synthetic-analysis, to know the importance and breadth of the Ecocide concept, as well as to present the legal loopholes that the legal system has in Mexico, compared to other international environments. The above allows us to develop a meaning on Ecocide, to have a tentative conceptualization according to current problems and understand its relevance in the legal system.En la actualidad las temáticas ambientales han cobrado relevancia ante el planteamiento de los cambios que se han generado en el ambiente, producto de las múltiples actividades antropogénicas. Los diversos reportes y estadísticas de las entidades dedicadas al cuidado y protección del ambiente han sido cruciales para reconocer la existencia de vacíos legales en este ámbito. En México, por la diversidad de sus ecosistemas y su extensión territorial, se reconoce el esfuerzo requerido por parte de todas las instancias oficiales y legales involucradas, sin embargo, en lo ambiental surge un concepto que no se tiene legislado, ni tampoco definido claramente, este término es el Ecocidio. El propósito de esta investigación es realizar un análisis-sintético, para conocer la importancia y amplitud del concepto Ecocidio, así como presentar las lagunas legales que tiene el sistema jurídico en México, en comparación con otros ambientes internacionales. Lo anterior nos permite desarrollar un significado sobre Ecocidio, para tener una conceptualización tentativa de acuerdo a las problemáticas actuales y entender su relevancia en el sistema legal
Motivación hacia la Práctica de la Actividad Físico-Deportiva y Recreativas de los Estudiantes Secundarios
Get PDFThe objective of this research work is to detect the motivational orientation of the secondary students of the educational units of the city of Azogues to the practice of physical and recreational activity, in the same way the degree of notion that the students have about the sports offer from their educational institution, this research work was carried out on a sample of 308 (197 men and 111 women) students from the La Salle educational units, Luis Rogerio González and the University Unit of Azogues, all of them belonging to the city of Azogues, province of Cañar, with ages between 16 and 18 years, the sampling that was carried out was random, for the evaluation of the variables a quantitative social study was carried out, for which two questionnaires with the following dimensions were validated and designed: one on physical-sports and recreational practice habits and another to show if the respondents knew sports services provided by your educational institution. The results reflect that 71.9% of the investigated students express that they do not have information on the recreational and sports activities that take place in their educational institution, while 16% indicate that they carry out physical activity for recreation, and 44% of students externalize that carry out physical activity for health these are the main reasons that stimulate the secondary students of the city of Azogues to carry out physical activity.El objetivo de este trabajo investigativo es el detectar la orientación motivacional de los estudiantes secundarios de las unidades educativas de la ciudad de Azogues a la práctica de la actividad física y recreativa, de igual manera el grado de noción que tienen el alumnado sobre la oferta deportiva de su institución educativa, este trabajo investigativo se realizó sobre una muestra de 308 (197 hombres y 111 Mujeres) estudiantes de las unidades educativas La Salle, Luis Rogerio González y Unidad Universitaria de Azogues, todas ellas pertenecientes a la ciudad de Azogues, provincia del Cañar, con edades comprendidas entre 16 y 18 años el muestreo que se realizo fue de carácter aleatorio, para la valoración de las variables se efectuó un estudio social de carácter cuantitativo para lo cual se validó y diseño dos cuestionarios con las siguiente dimensiones: uno sobre hábitos de práctica físico-deportiva y recreativa y otro para evidenciar si los encuestados conocían los servicios deportivos que presta su institución educativa. Los resultados reflejan que El 71.9% del estudiantado investigado expresan que no tienen información, sobre las actividades recreativas y deportivas que se desarrolla en su institución educativa, mientras que el 16% indica que realiza actividad física por recreación, y un 44% de estudiantes exteriorizan que realizan actividad física por salud estas son las razones principales que estimulan a los estudiantes secundario de la ciudad de Azogues a realizar actividad física
Toma de Decisiones Efectivas desde el Contexto de las Organizaciones Inteligentes en las Escuelas Primarias
Get PDFThis essay aims to mix the contributions that effective decision-making gives us from the context of intelligent organizations in primary schools, as well as what is established by the author Senge (2004), in his book entitled The Fifth Discipline, art and the practice in the organization open to learning, where it leads us to learn to see reality with new eyes, allows us to detect certain laws that lead us to understand and manage it with the current changes in society. That is why smart organizations are considered a process, not a condition that establishes strategies and is oriented through planning, not improvisation, where effective decision making can be promoted and extended for the benefit of the institutional collective. In other words, it can be said that intelligent organizations from an elementary school perspective originate broad elements of information for the entire institutional group, voluntarily and among other things, allows to reach effective decision making using the implementation of strategies organizational measures appropriate to the educational sector for the benefit and achievement of organizational objectives.Este ensayo tiene como propósito mezclar los aportes que nos brinda las tomas de decisiones efectivas desde el contexto de las organizaciones inteligentes en las escuelas primarias, así como lo establecido por el autor Senge (2004), en su libro titulado La Quinta Disciplina, el arte y la práctica en la organización abierta al aprendizaje, donde nos induce que aprender a ver la realidad con nuevos ojos, permite detectar ciertas leyes que nos lleva a entenderla y manejarla con los cambios actuales de la sociedad. Es por ello, que las organizaciones inteligentes se considera un proceso no una condición que establece estrategias y se orienta a través de la planeación, y no de la improvisación, donde se puede promover y ampliar la toma de decisiones efectivas en beneficio del colectivo institucional. En otras palabras, se puede decir, que las organizaciones inteligentes desde una perspectiva de la escuela primaria originan amplios elementos de información para todo el colectivo institucional, de manera voluntaria y entre otras cosas, permite alcanzar la toma de decisiones efectivas utilizando la implementación de estrategias organizativas adecuadas al sector educativo en beneficio y logro de los objetivos organizacionales

Desafío del Siglo XXI en la educación: dando saltos del TIC-TAC al TEP
Get PDFIt is evident that the educational process has undergone a significant change due to the incursion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT); Cooperative Learning Technology (TAC), which is why this research work is focused on use, its advantages and disadvantages. The importance of the implementation of ICT from an early age to achieve a TAC and Technologies of Empowerment and Participation (TEP) in the future, as a challenge in education, with collaborative and cooperative work, among others, and obtain significant learning with inventive, creative-reflective students what is needed for this society. In addition, the role of the teacher and the student changes when using ICT and social networks correctly as tools managed by all, thus modifying traditional education to an interactive education through WhatsApp involving parents or legal representatives of the educational triangle within of this process. On the other hand, the existing gaps that limit the use of ICT in an institution are analyzed, being internal and external. The teacher of the 21st century is a key piece to change education in times of emergency as we are living it and to develop critical thinking from an early age.Es evidente que el proceso educativo ha sufrido un cambio significativo debido a la incursión de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC); Tecnología del Aprendizaje Cooperativo (TAC), razón por la cual este trabajo investigativo está enfocado al uso, sus ventajas y desventajas. La importancia que tienen la implementación de las TIC desde edades tempranas para lograr a futuro un TAC y Tecnologías del Empoderamiento y la Participación (TEP), como un reto en la educación, con trabajo colaborativo, cooperativo, entre otras, y obtener un aprendizaje significativo con estudiantes inventores, creativos-reflexivos lo que hace falta para esta sociedad. Además, el rol del maestro y del estudiante cambia al usar correctamente las Tic y redes sociales como herramientas manejadas por todos, modificando de esta manera la educación tradicional a una educación interactiva a través de WhatsApp involucrando a los padres o representes legales al triángulo educativo dentro de este proceso. Por otro lado, se analiza las brechas existentes que limitan al uso de las TIC en una institución, siendo internas y externas. El docente del siglo XXI es pieza clave para cambiar la educación en tiempos de emergencia como lo estamos viviendo y desarrollar el pensamiento crítico desde edades tempranas
Estado del arte para la construcción de una Didáctica de la Historia Reciente
Get PDFThe present intellectual production constitutes a journey through the State of Art on doctoral theses whose focus has been Didactics, Recent History as a historiographic discipline, and the analysis of Political Caricatures for purposes other than journalistic opinion or artistic interest. The purpose of the research is to explore, by way of background, the contributions of these works for the development of a Teaching of Recent History, as a dialectical-interpretive construct of Zapata's political cartoons, a title under which a doctoral work is inscribed own authorship, currently under development. The method used corresponds to the documentary investigation techniques. The corollary of this essay reflects the main contributions collected in the documents under scrutiny, where they highlight the need to encourage the creativity of teachers and students in their didactic work, the importance of the curriculum as a basis for educational practices, learning problems of History, the value of memory in the approach to Recent History, and finally, the growing interest in the study of political cartoons for historiographical purposes.La presente producción intelectual constituye un recorrido por el Estado del Arte sobre tesis doctorales cuyo foco de atención ha sido la Didáctica, la Historia Reciente como disciplina historiográfica, y el análisis de las Caricaturas Políticas con fines distintos a la opinión periodística o el interés artístico. El propósito de la investigación es explorar, a modo de antecedentes, los aportes de estos trabajos para el desarrollo de una Didáctica de la Historia Reciente, como constructo dialéctico-interpretativo de las caricaturas políticas de Zapata, título bajo el cual se inscribe un trabajo doctoral de propia autoría, actualmente en desarrollo. El método utilizado corresponde a las técnicas de investigación documental. El corolario de este ensayo refleja las principales contribuciones recogidas en los documentos bajo escrutinio, en donde destacan la necesidad de incentivar la creatividad del docente y los alumnos en su labor didáctica, la importancia del currículo como base de las prácticas educativas, los problemas de aprendizaje de la Historia, el valor de la memoria en el abordaje de la Historia Reciente, y por último, el creciente interés del estudio de las caricaturas políticas con fines historiográficos
Mujeres víctimas de violencia de género en Ecuador: redes de apoyo y estrategias de afrontamiento
Get PDFIn Ecuador, in the last survey from National Institute of Statistics and Census, INEC (2019) say that 64.5% of women has been some violence episode in them lives, as physical, sexual, physiologic, patrimonial and gynecologic. This work has a quantitative approach, though survey and analyzed support networks and handle strategies from 75 women of different ages who have been victims of violence and who have filed the complaint with the Public Defender, whose autonomous body of the Judicial Function guarantees access to justice for people in vulnerable situations. This survey was carried out in the research project carried out by SEK International University, in which participants were presented with a matrix of 12 problems and 12 people to whom they could turn if they needed help. As a result, it was observed that the largest support network is focused on the immediate environment (mother, sister, best friend, psychologist, father), these networks can become resources for coping with the violence experienced.La Encuesta Nacional sobre Relaciones Familiares y Violencia de Género contra las Mujeres realizada por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Censos (INEC, 2019): evidencia que un 64,9% de las mujeres han sufrido algún episodio de violencia a lo largo de su vida. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las redes de apoyo y las estrategias de afrontamiento de mujeres que han sufrido violencia de género y que han acudido a la Defensoría Pública, para ello se realizaron encuestas a 75 mujeres de distintas edades. La investigación se llevó a cabo en el marco del proyecto de investigación que lleva adelante la Universidad Internacional SEK (UISEK), en la cual se planteó a las participantes una matriz de 12 problemas y 12 personas a las que podrían recurrir en caso de necesitar ayuda. Como resultado se observó que la mayor red de apoyo se centra en el ámbito cercano (madre, hermana, mejor amiga, psicóloga, padre), estas redes pueden constituirse en recursos para el afrontamiento a la violencia experimentada
Fundamentos Metodológicos de la Investigación: El Génesis del Nuevo Conocimiento
Get PDFThe human species known as Homo sapiens has a capacity that differentiates it from other species, referred to the development of reason through intelligence and the breadth of knowledge. Well, Homo sapiens is the only species that can reason, analyze, describe, interpret, question, synthesize and reflect on the other species. It should be noted that this theory could only be known through the study of science using research in its various methods for verification. The ability to discover manifested by man has allowed him to develop his capacity for inquiry and therefore discovery, that result we will call "research", which is nothing more than an analytical, reflective, systematic process that allows to discover reliable, reliable knowledge and valid over everything that surrounds man. This theoretical article has as main objective to reveal the importance of the methodological foundations of scientific research in the acquisition of new knowledge. The methodology implemented is the qualitative approach with a documentary investigation under the hermeneutical method. It was concluded that the correct management of the terminologies in the methodology allows the researcher to address the research approach that needs to be applied, taking into account the context, situation, resources, objectives and study problems. Therefore, the proper use of the methodological foundations of scientific research is decisive in the success of an investigation.La especie humana conocida como Homo sapiens tiene una capacidad que lo diferencia de otras especies, referida al desarrollo de la razón a través de la inteligencia y la amplitud del conocimiento. Pues, el Homo sapiens es la única especie que puede razonar, analizar, describir, interpretar, cuestionar, sintetizar y reflexionar sobre las otras especies. Cabe destacar que esta teoría solo pudo ser conocida a través del estudio de las ciencias haciendo uso de la investigación en sus diversos métodos para su comprobación. La capacidad de descubrir manifestada por el hombre le ha permitido desarrollar su capacidad de indagación y por ende de descubrimiento, a ese resultado le llamaremos “investigación”, que no es más que un proceso analítico, reflexivo, sistemático que permite descubrir conocimientos confiables, fidedignos y validos sobre todo lo que rodea al hombre. Este artículo teórico tiene como objetivo principal develar la importancia de los fundamentos metodológicos de la investigación científica en la adquisición de nuevos conocimientos. La metodología implementada es el enfoque cualitativo con una investigación documental bajo el método hermenéutico. Se pudo concluir que el manejo correcto de las terminologías en la metodología permite al investigador abordar el enfoque investigativo que requiere aplicar, tomando en cuenta el contexto, situación, recursos, objetivos y problemas de estudio. Por ende, el uso adecuado de los fundamentos metodológicos de la investigación científica es determinante en el éxito de una investigación
