Research problem “Raunas Bruģakmens” LTD does not use all types of marketing communication availabilities to the company effectively. Detailed planning of marketing communications can help a company to make marketing activities more targeted and with a higher potential return, which can bring positive results to new customers. Purpose of the research: to study the work, activities and marketing communications offers of "Raunas Bruģakmens" LTD. Marketing communication and its management are being tested. The marketing communication processes of "Raunas Bruģakmens" LTD are described and evaluated. After analysing the existing marketing communications plans, the author compiled several applications and made proposals for the Raunas Bruģakmens marketing communications plan for 2021. The theoretical literature was used, as well as periodicals. "Raunas Bruģakmens" LTD has no published materials and research articles on marketing planning processes

The aim of the research is to examine the constitutional development of Latvia from the proclamation of the Republic of Latvia in 1918 to the occupation of Latvia in 1940. In order to achieve it, the author analyzed the origins of the constitutional rights of the Republic of Latvia, described the history of composing the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia, including the essence and functioning of the Constitution until 1940. The main conclusion of the research is that during this historical period, the Constitution of the State of Latvia functioned continuously, independently of the fact that an authoritarian regime was established in 1934

The issue of communicative competence, on the level of which the quality of this adaptation and functioning depends to a large extent, is becoming more relevant. The development of communicative competence begins already in preschool. It is necessary to create an appropriate and supportive environment in which the development of verbal and non-verbal aspects of communication, including vocabulary, would be promoted in various ways according to the child\u27s educational needs.The aim of the paper is to analyze the possibilities of using drama for the development of communicative competence in preschool. The results obtained show the usefulness of drama as a method for the development of communicative competence, as well as differences depending on the gender of a child: boys need more pedagogical support for the development of communicative competence than girls
THE INFLUENCE OF AGILITY INDICATORS ON FORMATION OF VOCATIONAL READINESS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
Get PDFThe experience of warfare in Ukraine proves the importance of increasing the degree of psychophysical readiness in law enforcement officers. The aim - to determine the significance of the main components of physical readiness of law enforcement officers for productive work performing. Material and methods: Servicemen (n=368) of the National Guard of Ukraine were interviewed. Spearman\u27s rank correlation analysis of indicators` interrelation was carried out. The opinions of experts and beginners reliably differed on a number of indicators. Coordination of movements was significantly correlated with relatively the largest number of indicators of physical readiness, as well as psychological performance of servicemen. It has been established that agility is related to concentration, endurance, span and switching of attention. Conclusions: For the successful professional growth of the students of educational institutions of the National Guard of Ukraine, it is necessary to develop their agility, and especially coordination of movements. It is associated with improving the speed and strength of the officers of the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as attention and logical thinking.
