Knowledge sharing behaviour, leadership style, human capital and job performance of academicians’: Moderating role of entrepreneurial orientation
In recent years, higher education in developing countries such as Jordan has undergone rapid changes. In order to meet those changes, academicians’ high performance is required to initiate this transformation process and academicians have a very important role to play. This study examined the relationship between knowledge-sharing behaviour, transformation leadership, transactional leadership, and human capital towards academicians’ job performance. It also investigated the moderating effect of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on the relationship. This study integrated different theories such as the resource-based view theory and the complementary assets theory with the purpose to map and position the possible relationships between the variables in the conceptual framework. Besides, the research used the quantitative approach to study the relationship between the variables, and the unit of analysis was the individual academic staff. By using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique, 1,000 questionnaires were distributed by approaching the academicians from nine public universities in Jordan. Out of the 1,000 questionnaires distributed, 418 questionnaires were returned, representing a response rate of 41.8%. However, only 395 of the questionnaires were used for further analysis. Hypotheses regarding the direct effects and the moderating effects were tested using the Smart PLS 2.0. Results of the direct effects showed that knowledge-sharing behaviour, leadership (transactional and transformational), and human capital had positive relationships with the job performance of academicians. EO was found to moderate the relationship between knowledge-sharing behaviour, transactional leadership and human capital. However, EO did not moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and job performance of academicians. Based on the results obtained, theoretical and practical implications, limitations and suggestions for future research are discussed and highlighted

A survey was carried out among Generation Y employees of the banking sectors in Indonesia with a total of 386 sets of questionnaires returned and utilized for data analysis, with a response rate of 64%. PLSSEM was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. Statistical results revealed that work values and emotional intelligence are indirectly and not significantly related to career commitment. The work environment was found to be directly and significantly related to career commitment. Proactive personality mediates the relationship between work values, emotional intelligence, work environment, and career commitment. Self-efficacy was found to moderate the relationship between proactive personality and career commitment. The findings could assist the management of the banks in Indonesia to implement programs and strategies that could assist Generation Y employees to be more committed to their careers. Future research should consider other factors that influence career commitment, such as employee communication, working conditions, and employee supervisor relationship to build a more holistic study

The effect of macroeconomic factors on female labor force participation in Developing-8 (D8) countries: A demand-side analysis
The past few decades have witnessed decreasing trends in female labor force participation (FLFP) around the developing countries, particularly in D-8 countries (Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Turkey) despite substantial expansion of female education, sharp fertility decline, and favorable economic conditions. Thus, the main objective of this study is to examine the effect of demand-side macroeconomic factors on FLFP in D-8 countries. Factors included are economic growth (GDP), trade openness (TOP), foreign direct investment (FDI), urbanization, and tourism, involving the interactive effect of cultural diversity, religious diversity, political environment, level of education and infrastructure. This study incorporated the Structural Change theory and Feminization U hypothesis, using two panel data streams from 1980-2018, 1995-2018, and annual time-series data from 1980-2018. The Pooled Mean Group (PMG) and Autoregressive Distributed Lags (ARDL) findings revealed the statistically significant and positive effect of GDP and tourism on FLFP, while TOP, FDI, and urbanization registered mixed evidences. Although primary enrolment, ICT, and transport infrastructure enhanced the positive impact of economic growth on FLFP; ethnolinguistic, religious diversity, political environment, secondary and tertiary enrolment, and electricity impeded those positive effects. Indeed, the feminization U test revealed that most D-8 countries experienced nonlinear associations between GDP per capita and FLFP, with only Egypt, Nigeria, and Turkey registered the traditional U-shape of the Feminization U hypothesis. As a conclusion, the macroeconomic structure is vital to enhance the opportunities for FLFP. Hence, inclusive macroeconomic policies including trade orientation, proper diffusion of technologies, skill development training programs, access to infrastructure and political reforms are highly recommended to enhance labor policy that fully reaps the FLFP potentials in D-8 countries
Macroeconomics determinants of stock market index in Malaysia
The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between macroeconomic variables and the stock market index in Malaysia. The macroeconomics variables consist of Interest Rate (IR), Inflation Rate (INF), Real Effective Exchange Rate (REER) and Crude Oil Price (CRU). There are 120 observation data collected on monthly basis obtained from Bank Negara Malaysia and World Bank from year 2011 to 2020 for each variable. In addition, for the review of methodology of framework the relationship between the variables is investigated by using Unit Root Test, Johansen–Juselius Cointegration test, VECM estimation, Granger Causality test, Impulse Response Function and Variance Decomposition. The findings show that there is cointegration between stock market and macroeconomic variables. The results indicates that inflation rate, real effective exchange rate, crude oil price seem to significantly affect the FBMKLCI, but interest rate is insignificant. These variables should be emphasized whenever thegovernment implements any policy instrument with regards to the stock market

The impact of transportation and walkability on Residential Property Value
This study analyzes the affect transportation and walkability toward Residential PropertyValue in neighborhoods of Shah Alam, Selangor in order to observe the impact of transportation and walkability as one of prominent smart growth principles in creating economic value. For the Residential Property Value assessment, a hedonic regression model was created to estimate median Residential Property Value in Shah Alam, Selangor based on Secondary data that colled in the Brickz.com. The result of the model shows that transportation and walkability components have weaker influence on estimated Residential Property Value compared to other Structure Characteristic of the residential like no of floor, no of bedroom and the land area. Only three variable from the Structure Characteristic were statistically significant in this study: Structure Characteristic no of floor, Structure Characteristic No of Bedroom and Structure Characteristic Land Area. Consequently, all transportation and walkability are insignificant towards residential house prices. This shows that there are still ways to increase house prices through attractive house structure planning. With this, the formation of an attractive house structure in development planning is an important aspect in increasing the demand for house prices while raising house prices efficiently. The adoption of appropriate use of public transport uses the principle of good growth to achieve added value and improve the overall quality of life in the neighborhood
