    No full text
An organization’s incapacity to keep workers may contribute to high level of turnover intention, which will be detrimental to the business. Good employees who are not given the opportunity to progress in the company cause employees to resign from their jobs. This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of transformational leadership, career development and job satisfaction on turnover intention with work environment as an intervening variable at Sinar Bahagia, East Lombok. Regression analysis and quantitative methods are used in this research. The data was collected using questionnaires distributed to all employees Sinar Bahagia. The sampling method used is census sampling technique with a total population of 55 employees. The data analysis with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership, career development and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention, while work environment not have a significant effect on turnover intention at Sinar Bahagia. The work environment is proven to be able mediate the influence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on turnover intention. While, work environment is unable to mediate the influence of career development on turnover intentionat Sinar Bahagia. The findings of this study can be reference uses as reference for future researchers who will study similar problem

The research aims to determine the influence of organizational memory, knowledge recovery, knowledge visualization and knowledge transfer on improving the careers of lecturers at private universities in the West Java and Banten regions. This research uses a type of quantitative research with a survey approach with the method used is purposive sampling, with a sample of 211 lecturers. The data analysis technique for this research uses PLS software version 3.0 (Partial Least Square) with the research results showing that (1) organizational memory has a significant negative effect on improving lecturers' careers with a t statistic value of 2,000 > t table 1.652 and a P-value of 0.046 t table 1.652 and a P-value of 0.000 t table 1.652 and a P-value of 0.000 t table 1.652 and a P-Value of 0.026 <0.005, and with a relationship value of 12.6%

Influence of Audit Technology Implementation on Efficiency and Accuracy of Audits in Public Companies: A Case Study of Manufacturing Companies in Indonesia

This research discusses the influence of the application of audit technology on audit efficiency and accuracy in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This research uses a type of quantitative research with a survey approach with the method used is saturated sampling/census, with a sample of 26 manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This research data analysis technique uses PLS software version 3.0 (Partial Least Square). The results of the research showed that the application of audit technology had a positive and significant effect on efficiency with a statistical t value of 31.066 > 2.055 and a P-value of 0.000, this means that techniques for implementing audit technology such as audit information systems , big data analytics. , and AI (artificial intelligence) technology can significantly improve the efficiency of the audit process. This technology allows auditors to conduct deeper analysis of transaction data and complex patterns, identifying anomalies or potential risks more quickly and precisely. The application of audit technology has a positive and significant effect on audit accuracy with a statistical t value of 76.415 > 2.055 and a P-value of 0.000, this means that accurately, audit technology can also minimize human error in the audit process, because it can carry out automatic testing and broader analysis of available data. This increases the accuracy of the financial reports produced, which is one of the main objectives of the audit process in supporting transparency and public trust in public companies

Marketing Information Systems in the Context of Building WOM Marketing Through Service Quality, Institutional Image and Customer Satisfaction in Higher Education

This study aims to construct word of mouth (WOM) marketing through service quality, institutional image, and customer satisfaction as variables influencing higher education institutions. The utility of the research is to help universities create word of mouth to support the sustainability and competitiveness of higher education. The population of this study are still active students at Semarang University. The number of samples is 100 and the selection of the sample ofis a conscious selection based on the criterion of respondents who are studying at least in the 4th semester. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and trajectory analysis. The results of the study indicate that the quality of the service and the image of the facility have a partially positive effect on customer satisfaction. The journey analysis, on the other hand, shows that customer satisfaction can neither reflect the relationship between service quality and PTO nor the relationship between image and PT

Analysis of Graduate Success Patterns Based on Association Rule Mining to Increase the Achievement of the Performance Index of Higher Education Graduates

The main performance index (KPI) of graduates is an important factor for universities. However, there is still very little research that discusses the achievement of IKU graduates. If this is managed well, universities can take more effective action to improve the quality of education and prepare graduates to be successful in their careers. This research will utilize data mining to photograph the achievements of implementing one of the main performance indices in higher education

Exploiting Silhouette Principle Component For Dimension Reduction In Breast Ultrasound Images Classification

    No full text
This paper proposes the use of the Dimensional Reduction method with the Silhouette Principle Component (SPC) Approach to improve the classification of breast ultrasound images. The PCA method is used to reduce the dimensions of medical images to improve classification, with MobileNet-v2 and DenseNet-121 as the optimal classification algorithm choices. The results show that the SPC method succeeded in producing efficient feature representation with data sizes that are almost the same as the original data, while PCA produces greater dimensionality reduction. The SPC model also shows the best performance in terms of accuracy and loss. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of more sophisticated and efficient medical image analysis techniques to support the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer

One of the corporate actions carried out by companies is mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This research aims to examine the impact of merger and acquisition (M&A) announcements on stock returns of banking companies listed on LQ 45 for the 2011-2021 period. This research uses the event study method, with 3 banking companies from 8 merger and acquisition (M&A) events, with an event window of 91 days, namely 45 days pre-announcement, 1 day of announcement and 45 days post-announcement. The results of this research show that the market responded positively to 8 merger and acquisition (M&A) announcement events. The benefit of this research is for policy makers to stimulate stock prices with the help of various announcements from their corporate action strategies. Investors will be helped in understanding stock market mechanisms in making wise investment decisions before reacting to corporate actions. Meanwhile, policy makers are interested in influencing stock prices and investors are interested in the composition of risk-return parameters in their portfolios. This research will act as an important investment tool for both

This study aims to develop chemical bond Augmented Reality (AR) learning media based on Android applications and determine their feasibility. AR media is used in Chemistry class X SMA. Topics developed in this medium are covalent bonding materials and molecular shapes. This Research and Development research was conducted using the multimedia development life cycle (MDLC) model with the stages of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. At the testing stage, a feasibility test is carried out through two stages of the validation test, namely the alpha test and beta test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) AR learning media products in chemistry class X were successfully developed with covalent bonds and molecular shapes; (2) the results of testing AR learning media in chemistry Class X obtained very decent results with a percentage of 89.58% in media testing, 91.25% in material testing, and 80.20% in testing prospective users; and (3) this AR learning media received a positive response both from students as potential users and from the subject teacher concerned regarding the easy-to-understand material due to clear visualization and examples as well as an attractive appearance
