The Influence Of Competence And Job Satisfaction On The Performance Of Midwives In The City Of Tasikmalaya
Purpose this research is aimed at building a hypothetical model regarding the influence of competency level, job satisfaction level, strength of employer branding and employee engagement on the performance level of midwives in Tasikmalaya City. The results of the research can be applied by the Health Service to achieve increased performance of midwife health workers in order to fulfill one of the people's basic rights, namely the right to obtain maximum health services. Theoretical Framework: In this research, organizational behavior is used as a grand theory. Robbins (2022) revealed that organizational behavior is the study of what people do in an organization and how their behavior affects organizational performance. Organizational behavior specifically pays attention to situations related to work, so that organizational behavior emphasizes behavior related to problems such as work, absenteeism, job turnover, productivity, human performance, and management. The research method used is an explanatory survey approach to explain the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing in the field. Research that uses descriptive surveys and explanatory survey methods is carried out by collecting information from samples directly at the scene of the incident (empirical) through questionnaires with the aim of finding out the opinions of the samples regarding the research problem. And this research uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique (PLS-SEM), to model many variables in research. Originality/Value: The Health Service to achieve increased performance of midwife health workers in order to fulfill one of the people's basic rights, namely the right to obtain maximum health services. that the performance that has been carried out by the midwives is in accordance with the number of activity cycles that must be completed and in accordance with the SOP at the relevant agency. Meanwhile, the lowest index is in the work quality indicator dimension in item 2 regarding the level of work results based on employee skills in completing work and employee skills in carrying out tasks assigned to them with a percentage score of 69.59. This shows a lack of skills, knowledge and the workload given makes the work results given by midwives less than optima
Prediction Modeling of Capacity Factor of Rembang Coal-Fired Steam Power Plant Based on Machine Learning to Improve the Accuracy of Primary Energy Planning
The Rembang Coal-Fired Power Plant (PLTU Rembang), with a capacity of 2 x 315 MW, is a key power plant in Central Java, where fuel expenses represent the largest cost component. Accurate fuel procurement planning, which relies on projecting electricity sales, is essential to reduce these costs. This study develops and compares four machine learning-based Capacity Factor (CF) prediction models: random forest regression, support vector regression, multiple polynomial regression, and multiple linear regression. The independent variables are selected from internal and external sources using F-tests and t-tests. Among the four models, the multiple linear regression model demonstrated the smallest Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 7.83%. Using this model, the annual CF for PLTU Rembang in 2024-2026 is predicted to be between 82% and 84%, while the CF for February-June 2024 is expected to range from 87% to 91%. With a monthly CF prediction accuracy classified as very good (MAPE of 2.35%), these predictions are valuable for optimizing monthly fuel purchase allocations, considering initial fuel stock and target inventory age (17-30 Days of Plant Operation)
The Transformation Of E-HRM In Developing The Quality Of Human Resources Based On Information Technology Toward Employee Performance Through Employee Satisfaction
This research aims to evaluate the impact of e-compensation, e-learning, and e-performance appraisal on organisational performance, with team member satisfaction as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at PT. XYZ. Methodology used: A total of 77 respondents participated in this research. Data processing was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) variance-based approach. The results of the reliability and construct validity tests indicate that all variables have a high reliability level, with Cronbach's Alpha values as follows: Compensation Management (0.96), E-Learning (0.95), Employee Satisfaction (0.94), Employee Performance (0.96), and Performance Appraisal (0.91), all of which exceed the threshold of 0.90. The team member satisfaction variable consists of 13 indicators (Z.01 to Z.13) and was measured using a survey involving 77 respondents. To meet the criteria for convergent validity, each item must have a loading factor value of at least 0.60. An R-square value of 0.81 indicates that 81% of the variability in the dependent variable. Based on the analysis results, all indicators in this study meet the criteria for good validity and reliability. The indicators for the Employee Satisfaction variable show loading factor values above the threshold of 0.60
Digitalization and Spiritual Transformation: A Phenemenological Study of Young Catholic Priest in Diocese of Palangka Raya
This research explores the phenomenological experiences of young Catholic priests in the Diocese of Palangkaraya in constructing their spirituality amid digital transformation and the cultural expectations of the Dayak community. Using a mixed-methods sequential explanatory design with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) involving 10 priests aged 30-40 years with 1-10 years of ordination, the research revealsfourmainthemes:thedualityofdigitalexperienceinspirituality, negotiationoftensionbetweentraditionandmodernity, reconstructionof priestlyidentity, andspiritualadaptationstrategies.Quantitativeanalysis shows significant correlations between digital competence (r=0.68, p<0.01) and cultural intelligence (r=0.72, p<0.01) with digital pastoral adaptation. Qualitative findings reveal that young priests experience "cultural-digital dissonance" between demands for physical presence in Dayakritualsanddigitalefficiency, aswellas"erosionofsilence"dueto continuous connectivity. In response, they develop a "trihybrid spirituality"thatintegratesCatholictradition,Dayakwisdom, anddigital technologythroughstrategiesofscheduleddigitallimitations, theological reinterpretation, and ritual hybridization. This research contributes to understandingspiritualtransformationinthedigitalerawithinindigenous contexts and offers practical implications for reformulating priestly formation and developing inculturation models that integrate digital dimensions without neglecting local wisdom
THE INFLUENCE OF BUDGET SYSTEM ACCOUNTABILITY AND ACCOUNTANCY PROFESIONAL TO EVALUATION OF BUDGET GOVERNANCE
In the rapidly changing uncertain and dynamic environment characterized by limited resources, the global economic crisis imposed a new attitude to budgetary control and made it one of the leading functions of management. The management function "control" invariably includes evaluation as an element of feedback. In this regard, a number of authors consider the procedure for evaluating the implementation of budgets by the centers of responsibilities in the budget control process. The purpose of this publication is to identify some basic problems in enterprise valuation related to budgetary control, which are known in the Indonesian scientific literature. The article reviews the Indonesian scientific literature indexed in the Google Scholar scientific database until the end of July 2023. The study was conducted in three stages, including developing the search protocol, conducting the search, and reporting the results. Methodologically, a systematic approach was applied, based on eleven scientific publications in Bulgarian, which correspond to the research problem under study. As a result of the review, problems were identified in the assessment of the enterprise's budgetary control process. Some authors bring to the fore as a problem the ineffective internal control in business organizations, presupposed by the lack of a good level of availability of information. To solve it, a modern toolkit is applied, which enables the evaluation and successful management of internal risk. In the conditions of the global economic crisis, the authors most often recommend the concepts and approaches of "assessing achievements in budgetary control", BSC(Balanced Scorecards) and controlling as particularly attractive and successful. These concepts and approaches imply qualitatively new requirements for the necessary information. Another major estimation problem in the budgetary control process is accounting for the interrelationships between variances. Also, most authors do not discuss the managerial issues related to the methodology for evaluating responsibility centers. In the conclusion, recommendations for future research on the topic are given. In the opinion of the author, the results of this scientific development can be useful for making informed decisions in the field of internal control. Despite the theoretical nature of the study, it can be used by both researchers and management practic

Artificial Intelligence in Aviation Vocational Training: Mapping Legal Frameworks and Institutional Readiness in Indonesia
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in higher and vocational education, yet its rapid adoption often outpaces existing legal and institutional frameworks. This study investigates how Indonesia’s regulatory landscape supports the integration of AI in teaching and learning at Politeknik Penerbangan Makassar (Poltekbang Makassar), and identifies the legal, ethical, and governance challenges shaping responsible innovation. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research combines document analysis of key national policies (such as the National Education System Law 2003, Presidential Regulation No. 95/2018, and the National AI Strategy 2020–2045) with semi-structured interviews involving five lecturers and two academic policymakers. Data were analyzed thematically. The results reveal that while Indonesia’s legal foundations implicitly support AI adoption through broader digital transformation policies, significant regulatory gaps persist, particularly concerning algorithmic transparency, accountability, and data privacy. Institutional policies at Poltekbang Makassar demonstrate readiness for technological innovation but lack comprehensive AI governance mechanisms. The study proposes a multi-level regulatory model encompassing national policy formulation, sectoral alignment within vocational standards, and internal institutional governance frameworks to ensure accountability, fairness, and compliance. These findings contribute to the development of an Institutional AI Governance Framework based on principles of accountability, transparency, and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law, offering a practical roadmap for policymakers and educational leaders in Indonesia’s vocational sector. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI Governance, Vocational Education, Poltekbang Makassar, Algorithmic Accountabilit
Evaluation Of A Feature-Concatenated Model For Multiclass Diagnosis Of Pulmonary Diseases on An Imbalanced Dataset
Lung diseases such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, and COVID-19 pose serious global health challenges, particularly in X-ray image classification where class distribution is often imbalanced. To address this issue, this study proposes a hybrid model based on concatenated CNN architectures and applies class weighting using focal loss multiclass. The dataset consists of 7,135 X-ray images divided into four main classes: pneumonia, tuberculosis, COVID-19, and normal. Focal loss with a gamma parameter of 2.0 is employed to enhance the model’s focus on minority classes. Evaluation results show that combined models such as DenseNet121 + VGG16 and VGG16 + ResNet50 achieve F1-scores of up to 0.87, outperforming single models. Grad-CAM visualizations also indicate that the combined models can recognize pathological areas more comprehensively and accurately. This approach proves effective in improving the accuracy and sensitivity of AI-based diagnostic systems
Festival Stakeholder Strategic Mapping: Power-Interest Matrix Analysis for Cap Go Meh Singkawang Inclusive Governance
This study aims to analyze the power-interest configuration of stakeholders in the governance of the Cap Go Meh Singkawang Festival to assess the level of inclusivity and formulate appropriate engagement strategies. The research employs a qualitative case study method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis involving seven key stakeholder groups. Findings reveal a tripartite dominance of the Festival Committee, Cultural Community, and Sponsors as Key Players with high power and interest. At the same time, MSME actors and affected residents are marginalized as Subjects with high dependency but low influence. This configuration reflects an elitist and less inclusive governance model. Based on these findings, the study recommends reconstructing the collaborative architecture through a more representative festival board, reforming data-based economic participation systems, and developing a long-term collaborative ecosystem that empowers marginalized groups. This research suggests a systematic redistribution of power to achieve more equitable and sustainable festival governance
The Influence Of Corporate Social Entrepreneurship (CSE) Program And Mentoring On Community Competence Through Community Development As An Intervening Variable In The Baduga Community In The Sports Sector
This study investigates The Influence of corporate Social Entrepreneurship (CSE) Program And Mentoring on Community Competence Through Community Develeopment as an Intervening variable in The Baduga Community In The Sports Sector Indonesia. The concept of Corporate Social Entrepreneurship (CSE) has a role in encouraging the improvement of the economic welfare of the community, such as through the provision of competition programs and training in improving skills. In addition, it can encourage sustainable social innovation, increase community involvement and empowerment, accelerate social and infrastructure development and improve the reputation and sustainability of the company. The place of implementation of the research was carried out in the Baduga Sumedang Community environment, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province, which received the benefits of the Corporate Social Entrepreneurship (CSE) program of PT RPN. This research is classified into the type of explanatory research, namely research that intends to test and explain the relationship between independent variables (exogenous variables) and dependent variables (endogenous variables) (Sugiono, 2016). This study uses a hypothesis testing research design (Hypotheses Testing). This design was chosen because it will empirically test the influence between research variables. The sampling technique with the purposive sampling method was used to collect samples from the community. This method was chosen because it requires the determination of certain criteria for the sample to be targeted when distributing the research questionnaire (Taherdoost, 2016). The Isaac and Michael formula is used to determine the number of samples in purposive sampling with a tolerance of 10% error. This formula is used to calculate the number of samples needed. Based on the calculation of the Isaac and Michael formula mentioned above, the sample used for this study was 270 people who answered the questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis is used by researchers who intend to predict how the condition (rise and fall) of the dependent variable (criterion), where two or more independent variables as predictor factors are manipulated (increased or decreased in value). Multiple regression analysis is used by researchers who intend to predict the condition (up and down) of the dependent variable (criterium), where two or more independent variables are manipulated predictor factors (increasing and decreasing their values)
