    Factor Analysis Of Increasing Elderly Tourist Satisfaction At Bogor Botanical Garden

    This study aims to be able to find out the influence of the image of tourist destination locations, prices, and facilities in the tourist area in the Bogor Botanical Garden on the satisfaction of elderly tourists. This study uses quantitative analysis through several resistant tests, namely the validity test stage, reliability test stage, and classical assumption test stage (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis stage. The hypothesis test is to perform a t-test, an F-test, and a coefficient of determination. Data was collected by making questionnaires to be distributed to 100 respondents through random sampling and analysis using SPSS. The results of this study show that there are some of the destination image variables will greatly affect the satisfaction of elderly tourists in the Bogor Botanical Garden tourist area, where the price will affect the satisfaction of elderly tourists, and the existence of facilities in the Bogor Botanical Garden tourist area will affect the satisfaction of elderly tourists. So it can be concluded that the image of a tourist destination area, prices, and facilities will be able to affect the satisfaction of elderly tourists in the Bogor Botanical Garden tourist area

    Improving Student Competence through Informatics-Based Vocational Education

    In the contemporary landscape of education, integrating informatics into vocational education has emerged as a crucial strategy for enhancing student competence and preparing them for the demands of the modern workforce. This paper explores the role of informatics-based vocational education in developing the technical and cognitive skills required in today’s technology-driven industries. By embedding informatics into vocational curricula, students gain hands-on experience with advanced technologies, fostering a deeper understanding of computational thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis. The study outlines the theoretical framework for informatics-based education, emphasising its significance in vocational training. It highlights the importance of aligning educational programs with industry standards and technological advancements to ensure graduates have relevant and up-to-date skills. Through an extensive literature review, the paper identifies key components of effective informatics-based vocational education, including curriculum design, pedagogical approaches, and assessment methodologies. Several case studies illustrate the practical benefits of informatics in vocational education. For instance, a technical school incorporating coding and data analytics into its curriculum reported a significant increase in student engagement and achievement. Similarly, a vocational college that adopted simulation-based learning for industrial automation saw enhanced proficiency among students in operating complex machinery. The paper also addresses the challenges associated with implementing informatics-based vocational education. These include the need for continuous professional development for educators, investment in up-to-date technological infrastructure, and creating partnerships with industry to provide real-world learning opportunities. To overcome these challenges, the paper suggests a multifaceted approach that involves policy support, stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing research into best practices. In conclusion, informatics-based vocational education holds substantial potential for improving student competence by equipping them with essential skills for the digital age. By fostering a learning environment that integrates technology and industry relevance, vocational education can produce a workforce that is proficient in technical skills and adaptable to the evolving demands of the job market. This paper underscores the necessity of embracing informatics in vocational training to ensure that students are prepared for the complexities of the future workplace

    This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance, intellectual capital and financial policy on firm performance conducted on 14 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The data obtained was processed using warp pls software 7.0. The results of the study indicate that corporate governance has no significant positive effect on financial policy and firm performance. Meanwhile, intellectual capital has a negative and significant effect on financial policy and a significant positive effect on firm performance. Next, financial policy has a significant positive effect on firm performance

The results of the research show that the educational methods used by company leaders are in developing human resources in facing transformation The company's digital implementation is still being pursued and the company owner advises management to take action to create a programmed and sustainable education program to increase knowledge and skills in accordance with digital- based work needs , while training methods in the process of developing human resources in facing digital transformation have not yet been programmed

    The Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation as Intervening Variables

    Low job satisfaction, work motivation and bad organizational culture will lead to decreased employee performance. This study aims to determine the determinants of decreased employee performance at BUMN PT. PLN Persero, Sulselrabar Region. The population of respondents in this study were employees of PT. PLN Persero for the Sulselrabar Region works in the fields of planning, trade and services, transmission and transportation distribution, generator sector, finance sector, HR sector and general affairs. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the help of the WarpPLS program. PLS is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model based on components or variants. The results showed that organizational culture variables had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on work motivation, and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance. At the same time organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has no significant effect on work motivation, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. The implications of this research can be used to improve employee performance at PT. PLN Persero Sulselrabar Region through organizational culture, job satisfaction, and work motivation

    Effective Learning Model in Fostering Converts in Padang City: Analysis of Studies and Recommendations in the Artificial Intelligence Era

    In the era of Artificial Intelligence, this study seeks to analyze and recommend an effective learning model for fostering converts in Padang City. Using a qualitative literature review method, the research examines various learning models relevant to the socio-cultural context of the Minangkabau community. The findings highlight the need for a holistic and multidimensional approach in supporting the learning process of converts. Models such as andragogy, constructivism, cooperative learning, contextual learning, problem-based learning, experiential learning, and transformative learning have been identified as particularly effective. In addition to the selection of learning models, key factors that determine success include the quality of educators, the relevance of learning materials, and the presence of a supportive learning environment. The integration of Minangkabau local wisdom is also deemed essential in helping converts comprehend Islamic teachings in a culturally sensitive manner. Furthermore, the research emphasizes the importance of psychosocial support, including emotional and social assistance, throughout the development process. Given these findings, the study proposes the development of a comprehensive, phased curriculum, the provision of intensive training for converts, the creation of contextual learning materials, the incorporation of advanced AI technologies in the learning process, the formation of support networks, and the establishment of cross-sector collaborations to enhance the learning experience

    Digital Transformation of Balian Tradition Among The Dayak Siang Community: A Phenomenological Analysis with an Artificial Intelligence Approach

    The Balian tradition represents a significant local wisdom within the Dayak Siang community in Puruk Cahu, Central Kalimantan. This tradition embodies deep-rooted spiritual and social values that have been integral to the local community's life. However, the existence of the Balian tradition is currently threatened by the increasingly rapid flow of modernity. This research aims to explore the potential utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology as a strategy for preserving the Balian tradition through digital transformation. Using qualitative methods and a phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. Informants in this study included Damang (Traditional Leaders), community leaders, church figures, academics, and young people concerned with preserving local culture. The results show that the Balian tradition contains rich philosophical values reflecting inter-subjective relationships, compassion, and strong mutual cooperation within the Dayak Siang community. This practice is also believed to connect humans, nature, and the spirit world. AI technology has the potential to document, analyze, educate, and disseminate information about local cultural heritage efficiently and affordably, thereby contributing to maintaining the existence of the Balian tradition amid modernization

    This study aims to construct word of mouth (WOM) marketing through service quality, institutional image, and customer satisfaction as variables influencing higher education institutions. The utility of the research is to help universities create word of mouth to support the sustainability and competitiveness of higher education. The population of this study are still active students at Semarang University. The number of samples is 100 and the selection of the sample ofis a conscious selection based on the criterion of respondents who are studying at least in the 4th semester. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and trajectory analysis.The results of the study indicate that the quality of the service and the image of the facility have a partially positive effect on customer satisfaction. The journey analysis, on the other hand, shows that customer satisfaction can neither reflect the relationship between service quality and PTO nor the relationship between image and PT
