GUI Development for Economic Dispatch Analysis on Sulselrabar Power Plant
The take or pay contract between PT. PLN (Persero) with Independent Power Producer (IPP), a power plant belongs to PT. PLN (Persero) is no longer operated optimally, for example, the Barru steam power plant. The steam power plant is a power plant that bears the primary load. The actual conditions in the Barru steam power plant field are charged a maximum of only 3-4 hours or only when the peak load is according to the dispatcher's request. This research examines comparing the economy dispatch method to maximize conditions in the Barru steam power plant, which dispatchers no longer order maximally. So that the Barru power plant operator can determine the distribution of the power allocation ordered by the dispatcher to the two power plant units of the Barru steam power plant, the method being compared is the lambda iteration method. The basis for calculating the two ways is to calculate in advance the characteristics of the fuel consumption of the power plant when operating in one day. The primary data is data on the results of electricity production issued by the generator and fuel consumption taken from the coal feeder flow. Based on the research results, it is known that the lambda iteration method can save production costs of Rp. 9.05 per KWH
PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SMARTPHONE IPHONE PADA MAHASISWA POLITEKNIK NEGERI UJUNG PANDANG
This study aims to determine (1) To determine the quality of Smartphone Iphone products on students at the State Polytechnic of Ujung Pandang. (2) To determine the brand image of Smartphone Iphone on students of the State Polytechnic of Ujung Pandang. (3) To find out the decision to purchase Smartphone Iphone on students of the State Polytechnic of Ujung Pandang. (4) To find out the quality of the product has a partial effect on the decision to purchase Smartphone Iphone. (5) To find out the quality of the product has a partial effect on the decision to purchase Smartphone Iphone. (6) To find out the product quality and brand image have a simultaneous effect on the purchasing decision of Smartphone Iphone. The research population is Smartphone Iphone users at the Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic students. The results of this study are: (1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression value of 0.286 and the results of the t test where the t count value of 6.158 is greater than the t table value of 1.98447 and the significant level is less than 0 .05 which is 0.00. (2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression value of 0.085 and a significance level of 0.000. (3) Product Quality and Brand Image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05 (p<0.05), and the adjusted R2 of Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions is 3.050 . Real-time Ball Detection and Tracking using Raspberry PI
This paper presents a real-time system for ball detection and tracking system which is reliable in any conditions. Images from the webcam are processed by openCV library running on a Raspberry Pi to move the camera pan and tilt servo and two DC motors to drive the robot body using the Arduino Nano microcontroller.  The webcam is integrated in a robot prototype to represent the wheel football robot type. The results show that a ball tracking webcam system is obtained with the capability to detect a ball with a diameter of 17cm within a maximum distance of 200 cm, a stable ball reading when the light intensity is at 32 lux and above. Furthermore, the experimental results demonstrated the system’s robustness in detecting and tracking ball in different distance and ligthing conditions
Pengaruh Variasi Gerakan Elektroda Pada Pengelasan Smaw Terhadap Uji Kekuatan Bending Baja ST 42
This study aims to determine the effect of straight groove, zigzag groove, and U pattern groove movement on the hardness and mechanical properties of the material in ST42 steel welding. The welding method used is shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) with a current strength of 100 Amperes. The test results show that the movement of the straight groove electrode gives the highest stress value in the bending test with an average of 1,168 MPa. The zig-zag groove electrode movement gave an average stress value of 1.127 Mpa, while the U pattern groove electrode movement gave an average stress value of 1.905 MPa. Microstructural testing showed that all electrode movements produced pearlite and ferrite phases, but straight groove electrode movements had more pearlite phases than the other movements. In addition, the zig-zag groove electrode flow and U pattern. This study provides a better understanding of the effect of electrode movement on the quality of welded joints, as well as providing important information in the development of industrial welding techniques
Rancang Bangun Mesin Pencacah Limbah Plastik Yang Diintegrasikan Dengan Sistem Rotation Control
Kota Tarakan merupakan kota dengan pertumbuhan penduduk yang cukup tinggi di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. oleh karena itu, kegiatan pembangunan juga meningkat dan kualitas lingkungan akan menurun akibat pencemaran limbah seperti limbah plastik rumah tangga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang bangun mesin pencacah limbah plastik yang diintegrasikan dengan sistem rotation control untuk tiga jenis sampah plastik yakni Polypropylene, Polyethylene Terephthalate, dan High-Density Polyethylene. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mesin pencacah plastik yang telah dibangun terdiri dari frame mesin yang dibuat dari bahan besi siku dengan dimensi 40 x 40 x 3 mm, pisau pencacah bermata 2 dan cover yang terbuat dari bahan ST37, hopper dari bahan plat besi tebal 1,2 mm, motor listrik 1 HP, sistem transmisi puli dengan perbandingan 1:4 dan gearbox dengan perbandingan 1;15, dan sistem rotation control. Kapasitas mesin yang dihasilkan untuk ketiga jenis sampah plastik sebesar 7,2; 7,14; dan 6,6 kg/jam, masing-masing
The Influence of Peer Tutoring Method to the English Learning Outcomes
Peer tutoring has become an increasingly popular as a method in recent years. This study aimed to determine the influence of the peer tutoring method on the student learning outcomes in English class VII grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Mandai. This type of research is experimental research. The data collection technique was done by using test and documentation techniques. Data collection tool in the form of multiple-choice questions that have previously been tested is analyzed with validity and reliability data analysis techniques in the form of quantitative. The results showed that the average value of control class post-test was 6.422 while the average value of experimental class 14.831. Penerapan Stealth Monitoring Keamanan Jaringan Dengan Teknologi Open Source
Berbagai jenis serangan dapat terjadi pada jaringan internet, salah satu jenis ancaman dapat terjadi pada server yaitu serangan yang ditargetkan pada suatu port dalam kondisi terbuka. Terdapat metode yang dapat mengatasi masalah port dalam kondisi terbuka yaitu dengan menggunakan metode port knocking, dengan menggunakan port knocking maka port-port akan terlihat tertutup. Penelitian ini memberikan tingkat keamanan menggunakan model port knocking maka akan meningkatkan kerumitan penyerang dalam mengakses sebuah port yang terdapat pada server. Jika terdapat attacker melakukan serangan port scanning dengan adanya model port knocking pada server menjadi tidak efektif karena tidak dapat mengidentifikasi port yang terbuka
Rancang Bangun Sistem Pemantauan Volume dan Kendali Tetes Infus Berbasis Modul NRF
Ketepatan pemberian cairan infus sangatlah penting untuk menjaga kondisi pasien agar tetap dalam kondisi baik. Proses pemantauan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang sangat penting untuk mengamati suatu aktifitas, untuk meningkatkan dan memudahkan dalam melakukan pemantauan kinerja. Maka diperlukan sebuah sistem untuk memonitor dan mengontrol cairan infus untuk meningkatkan pengawasan petugas medis terhadap pemberian cairan infus terhadap pasien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D), yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan mulai yaitu dari potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba alat, revisi produk, ambil data, analisis data, hasil dan pembahasan, simpulan serta selesai. Dalam penelitian dihasilkan sistem pemantauan volume dan kendali tetes infus berbasis modul NRF yang meliputi botol infus, Modul LGT8F328P, Wireless nRF24L01, Modul I2C, Sensor Load Cell, LCD 16x2, photodiode, Servo LED serta Buzzer. Berdasarkan data yang dihasilkan, pada pengamatan pada sensor load cell dan sensor photodioda akan memberikan pemberitahuan pada ruang tenaga medis jika cairan infus sudah berkurang hingga 90%. Selain pada berat infus, tingkat kecepatan tetes infus juga digunakan sebagai data pemberitahuan, seperti saat tingkat kecepatan >6,00 atau <1,00, maka buzzer akan berbunyi yang mengisyaratkan bahwa cairan infus mengalami gangguan
ANALISIS KEANDALAN DAN SUSUT DAYA SISTEM DISTRIBUSI 20 KV ULP DAYA AKIBAT PENGALIHAN BEBAN PENYULANG BADDOKA KE PENYULANG UJUNG PANDANG
Electricity is vital, depending on generator, transmission, and distribution systems. Transformer damage at substations (GI) disrupts supply, necessitating load transfer from Baddoka to Ujung Pandang. This study assesses feeder performance pre and post-transfer, evaluating reliability (SAIDI and SAIFI) and feeder losses for the receiving feeders. In this research, feeder reliability is evaluated using SAIDI and SAIFI indices. The method involves calculating pre-transfer indices based on feeder outage history and post-transfer indices using the RIA method. Furthermore, calculations for feeder loss are carried out. before and after the transfer using conventional methods for medium-voltage network channels and distribution substations. The aim is to measure energy supply reliability and efficiency in electricity distribution. In the pre-transfer analysis, Ujung Pandang feeder had a SAIDI of 3.6956 hours/customer/year and a SAIFI of 8.7952 times/customer/year, while Baddoka feeder had a SAIDI of 3.0073 hours/customer/year and a SAIFI of 8.5487 times/customer/year. Ujung Pandang had a 1.85% power loss, and Baddoka had a 1.78% loss. After transferring the full load from Baddoka to Ujung Pandang (using RIA), SAIDI increased to 31.1399 hours/customer/year, SAIFI decreased to 6.6933 times/customer/year, and power loss slightly rose to 1.98%. Before the transfer, Baddoka met the 1986 SPLN No. 68-2 standard with a SAIDI of 21.09 hours/customer/year and SAIFI of 3.2 times/customer/year. Ujung Pandang's SAIDI complied, but power loss met the 1987 SPLN No. 72 standard. Post-transfer, Ujung Pandang needed maneuvers to Marannu and Sudiang under GI Daya Baru and Baddoka under GI Kima to meet reliability and power loss standards, resulting in SAIDI 12.1281 hours/customer/year, SAIFI 3.0756 times/customer/year, and power loss 2.02
Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Minat Menjadi Akuntan Perusahaan pada Mahasiswa Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi menjadi akuntan perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa D4 Akuntansi Manajerial Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 113 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi menjadi akuntan perusahaan
