Implementation of Collaborative Governance on Village Fund Management in the Development of Umbul Tirah Tourism Village
This research aims to determine the Collaborative Governance process for managing the Umbul Tirah Development and the factors that influence the success of the Collaborative Governance model which focuses on face-to-face dialogue, building trust, commitment to the process, mutual understanding, and collaboration results. The method used is qualitative with the support of data analysis techniques including data collection, data reduction, and data presentation, as well as conclusion. The results of the research show that the dialogue that existed in the construction of Umbul Tirah, both officially and unofficially, built a sense of mutual trust in each other so that the construction of Umbul Tirah resulted in benefits for the community. This is also based on a commitment to share understanding and knowledge about managing village funds for the development of Umbul Tirah
INOVASI APLIKASI ASESMEN NASIONAL MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI PROGRESSIVE WEB APP
The national assessment is a program for assessing the quality of each school, madrasah and equality program at the primary and secondary levels. The national assessment application utilizes network connectivity to send national assessment results data from the application to the server. However, the lack of equal distribution of network facilities and infrastructure is an obstacle in the use of national assessment applications. Therefore, to build a national assessment application system that can be accessed without having to depend on network connectivity, the system will be built using the Progressive Web App (PWA) concept. Meanwhile, by using the web app manifest, the website can bring up a pop-up add to homescreen which is useful for installing the system on the user's homescreen so that applications can be accessed quickly via the homescreen icon. By using indexedDB, even though in an offline state the user can still send data and the data will be saved to indexedDB and when the network returns online the data will be automatically synchronized with the server. From the results of testing the quality of PWA using Lighthouse, there is a decrease in the performance of the progressive web app application each time the number of users is added, this indicates that the number of users can affect the performance of a computer-based national assessment application using a progressive web app
Analysis of The Influence of CNC Milling Macro Programs and Sub-programs Mazak on The Effectiveness Manufacturing Cover of Pressure Cylinder Using CAM
CNC machines allow computer programming to control the movement and actions of the machine, enabling more precise and repeatable production. However, in operating a CNC machine, good and efficient programming is essential. To optimize the use of CNC machines, it is necessary to optimize the number of NC program blocks that include the concept of macros and sub-programs. An effective CNC program, along with the proper use of macros and sub-programs, can speed up the production process, reduce human error, and increase accuracy. The research method used is comparative research by comparing using macro programs and manual programming, in this case comparing the number of solid trajectories and the number of program lines in the design using the simulation method using the Autodesk Fusion 360 application. So that the optimal number of movements will be obtained through the row value in the NC program. Macros and sub- programs allow users to easily change or modify CNC programs without having to rewrite the entire program. This increases flexibility in producing various types of products. It is concluded that optimization using macro and sub-programs provides a significant reduction in the number of program blocks in the case of the machining process for manufacturing the cover of pressure cylinder. This reduction in program blocks can help improve efficiency and sustainability in the development of modified machining processes
Development of DCS SCADA Module for Factory I/O Pick and Place XYZ Case Based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC and HMI Excel Link
The DCS SCADA course plays a significant role in the latest curriculum introduced at Politeknik ATI Makassar in 2022. However, the utilization of real plant instrumentation in industrial environments often proves costly. To overcome this cost barrier, this research develops a DCS SCADA module employing an industrial simulation application, namely the virtual plant Factory I/O, with a case study involving Pick and Place XYZ. This scenario entails the placement of boxes onto pallets using a three-axis robotic manipulator. The module utilizes the PLC Siemens S7-1200 as the control device and HMI Excel Link as the supervisory device. To detect the boxes and parts, two retroreflective sensors are employed, with three conveyors facilitating transportation and a robotic pick and place arm moving in three XYZ axes. Through integrated procedural testing, the system's performance evaluation demonstrates a 100% success rate (OK status)
Evaluasi Pemanfaatan High Pressure Heater Pada Beban Rendah Unit 1 PLTU Punagaya
PLTU Punagaya yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Jeneponto, Kecamatan Bangkala, Desa Punagaya merupakan salah satu unit dari PT. PLN (Persero) yang menggunakan Boiler dengan Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB). Terdapat system High Pressure Heater (HPH) yang berfungsi sebagai pemanas lanjut dimana air kondensat masuk melewati 4 LP Heater (Low Pressure Heater) lalu menuju ke Deaerator kemudian dipompakan oleh BFP (Boiler Feedwater Pump) kemudian air pengisi dipanaskan kembali di 2 buah HP Heater (High Pressure Heater) sebelum masuk ke economizer yang terpasang horizontal dan menuju Steam Drum. Beban maksimal untuk Sektor Punagaya unit 1 adalah 100 MW, jika salah satu HPH gagal berfungsi selama pengoperasian, pada saat yang bersamaan salah satu dari HPH harus dioffkan. Penggunaan 1 HPH digunakan pada saat beban 50% dari maksimal beban dan penggunaan 2 HPH dioperasikan pada saat beban diatas 60 MW. Bila terjadi kerusakan pada system HPH di beban 50% dari total maksimal beban maka dapat menyebabkan penurunan efisiensi dari siklus secara keseluruhan. Efisiensi boiler rata-rata saat penggunaan HPH 76.9 % sedangkan tanpa penggunaan HP efisiensinya 74.2%
Examining University Students' Business English Writing Performance: Frequent Errors and Pitfalls
This study aims to identify the common writing errors made by college students in business English writing and investigate the contributing factors. The study employed a mixed-method approach to comprehensively analyze writing errors in the business English context. The research population comprised college students enrolled in Writing for Business Communication courses at Universitas Sulawesi Barat, with a sample of 100 students majoring in English education. The findings highlighted content errors, organization challenges, vocabulary issues, language use discrepancies, and mechanics errors in their writing. The most common errors encompassed grammatical errors in language use (48%), errors in conveying business messages in content (45%), and document structural errors in organization (38%). Moreover, the study identified several significant factors contributing to these writing errors, including a lack of practice, a limited understanding of business concepts, resource limitations, inadequate feedback, and time constraints. This study underscores the importance of addressing these specific writing challenges in business English education, offering insights for educators to develop targeted strategies and materials. It also contributes to the broader field by highlighting the unique errors within business English writing and emphasizing the need for specialized instruction. Ultimately, this research informs both pedagogical approaches and students' preparation for future careers in the globalized business environment
ANALISIS PERKIRAAN BEBAN LISTRIK JANGKA MENENGAH RUMAH TANGGA ULP MATTIROTASI PAREPARE AREA SOREANG DENGAN METODE EXTREME LEARNING MACHINE (ELM)
Electricity load estimation is one way to reduce the risk of unstable electricity supply by predicting the electricity load for the next day by utilizing a number of data that depend on the model prepared. In writing this thesis, electricity load forecasting aims to obtain accurate electricity load predictions using artificial neural networks using the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method. Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) is a new learning method in artificial neural networks with a single layer feedforward neural networks model. In predicting electrical loads, the data will be trained and the most optimal weights will be found. Next, by carrying out the training process on trained data, it will be known how well the pattern is recognized by the network so that the error value obtained reaches the minimum value. With the validation test, a value will be obtained from the estimated electricity load for the following month using the optimal weights from the training process. Based on the implementation carried out on electricity load data for the city of Parepare in the Soreang area, which uses data from July 2017 to July 2023, it is known that from the two inputs tested, the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) provides electricity load estimation results with Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) values in 1 input parameter is 0.389% training and 0.807% testing and 2 input parameters are 0.403% training and 0.833% testing. The value of the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) is based on the standard range of Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) values, indicating that the value range below 10% has very good performance
Analisis Penerapan Aplikasi Si Apik untuk Membantu Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Berdasarkan SAK EMKM
This study aims to apply the Android-based accounting application Si Apik in assisting MSMEs in compiling financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM. The application of an android-based accounting application is very important because it can present reliable information effectively and efficiently so as to facilitate operational activities to decision making. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The types of data that will be used in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. This study uses data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out by implementing the Si Apik android application at the company for 1 month followed by analyzing the output produced by the Si Apik application. Based on the research results, the Si Apik application can be used easily and practically. With the Si Apik application, it makes it easier for MSMEs to make financial reports because this application automatically creates financial reports based on SAK EMK
Metode Menurunkan Tingkat Kebisingan pada Ruas Jl. Urip Sumoharjo di Kota Makassar (Depan Nipah Mall)
Kebisingan merupakan polusi suara yang didefinisikan sebagai bunyi yang tidak diinginkan dari usaha atau kegiatan dalam tingkat dan waktu tertentu yang dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan dan kenyamanan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendapatkan tingkat kebisingan pada ruas Jl. Urip Sumoharjo di Kota Makassar (Depan Nipah Mall), mendapatkan model tingkat kebisingan dan juga bagaimana metode menurunkan tingkat kebisingan. Metode dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan data primer dan data sekunder. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan analisis Leq dan analisis data SPSS (Statistical Package For Sosial Science) versi 26. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan selama dua hari dan berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan angka penunjuk, tingkat kebisingan pada hari senin sebesar 85,00 dBA dan pada hari minggu sebesar 84,38 dBA. Model tingkat kebisingan pada Jl. Urip Sumoharjo yang telah didapatkan yaitu Y = 65,162 + 0,003 X1 + 0,009 X2, maka variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kebisingan adalah X1 (Volume Motor) dan X2 (Volume Mobil). Sehingga Solusi untuk menurunkan tingkat kebisingan berupa penanaman pucuk merah yang dapat menurunkan tingkat kebisingan sebesar 2,7 dBA. Advancements in Bamboo-Based Cushioning Material Manufacturing
The study focuses on producing cushioning packaging material from bamboo fibers. The effects of varying the surface treatment duration and the proportions of foaming agents, adhesives, plasticizers, cross-linking agents, and other components were analyzed in terms of foam density, foaming rate, elasticity, and bubble size. The optimal reagents and the ideal ratios for the different components were identified. The parameters for the foaming process were determined based on a high-efficiency, eco-friendly foaming mechanism. Impact testing was conducted to obtain curves for maximum acceleration versus static stress, dynamic stress versus strain, and dynamic buffering factor versus stress. The study examined the dynamic buffering performance as a function of drop height and compared it to other cushioning materials. The findings indicate that at a height of 450 mm, the bamboo pulp product exhibited a lower peak acceleration value than EPE and EPS in the stress range of 2.8-5.4 kPa, indicating superior cushioning performance under these conditions
