    ANALISIS POLA PENYAKIT DENGAN METODE ASSOCIATION RULE (STUDI KASUS : RSUD LABUANG BAJI)

    RSUD Labuang Baji has a lot of medical record data, but this medical record data has not been used optimally and has not been processed to produce useful information for Laburan Baji Hospital. In this study the data used were outpatient medical record data in 2019, by analyzing three attributes, namely disease diagnosis (ICD), gender, and age group. The method for conducting data analysis is the association rule method using the Apriori algorithm and Tools R. The results of this study are disease patterns using a minimum support value of 0.01 and a minimum confidence value of 0.6, and the disease pattern formed is an associative rule with a combination of 2k-itemset and 3k item set of 25 associative rules where the rules for this disease pattern have a lift ratio value of > 1, so this disease pattern can be used as a recommendation to improve hospital services

    Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has had a serious impact, forcing the Indonesian government to establish various policies to deal with the spread of COVID-19. One of these policies is the Implementation of Restricting Community Activities (PPKM). During its implementation, this policy raised pros and cons in the community, especially on Twitter social media. The existence of this public opinion, can be used as an effective source of information to assist the government in taking and evaluating policies. The purpose of this study was to determine public sentiment towards PPKM policies based on the classification of tweets or public opinion on Twitter. This process is carried out by applying the OBWOA method for selecting appropriate and optimal SVM parameters and feature selection to select the best features thereby reducing computation time and producing good classification performance. The results of the optimization of the SVM parameters obtained C = 4.99522643 and gamma = 1.4236435 with an average accuracy of 75.20%, precision of 79.73%, recall of 71.65%, and f measure of 70.88%. The feature selection results obtained an average accuracy of 82.40%, precision of 84.23%, recall of 79.63%, and f-measure of 78.96%. In addition, the sentiment classification of 1,389,481 public tweet data in the period January to December 2021 obtained 53% of tweets with Negative sentiment, 25% of Tweets with Neutral sentiment, and 22% of tweets with Positive sentiment

    The budget deficit is an economic challenge in various regions in the last few decades. This is due to the expansion of government activities so that the main part of the total demand is allocated to spending, but on the income side the government is lacking to cover its large expenditures. This research focuses on the phenomenon of deficits that occur in Majene Regency for the 2022 fiscal year using a phenomenological approach with the concepts of noesis and noema to express intentionality and uses five (5) main stages of data analysis according to Moustakas. The goal to be achieved is to examine more deeply related to financial management in the realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) which is the cause of the deficit. The results of the study indicate that the main cause of the deficit is the failure to achieve the local revenue target and the program of activities has been running for a while, then efforts have been made to overcome and prevent the deficit, namely issuing circulars regarding the implementation of activity programs, conducting budget rationalization and evaluation of activity programs but also there are obstacles in its implementation such as changes in central government policies, the 2023 APBD contains political elements and there is no PERDA Accountability

    Kebutuhan energi dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan industri. Hanya saja, saat ini energi yang digunakan sebanyak 80% masih menggunakan energi konvensional yang tidak dapat diperbaharui dan tidak ramah lingkungan. Jika tidak ditangani, kemungkinan akan terjadi krisis energi. Inovasi energi alternatif dari sumber terbarukan sangatlah diperlukan, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi salah satunya adalah Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS). Energi dari sinar matahari dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai energi pembangkit listrik. Hal ini dilakukan ketika matahari menyinari panel surya, cahaya ini kemudian akan diserap. Bagian di panel surya yang menyerap energi matahari ini adalah photovoltaic atau PV. Efek ini kemudian akan menciptakan muatan listrik. Di kawasan kota berpotensi besar dikembangkannya Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya dengan sistem hybrid yang diaplikasikan di atap bangunan. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa metode wawancara dan observasi serta pengukuran yang selanjutnya diperhitungkan dengan rumus, menggunakan software simulasi untuk mendesain sistem PLTS menggunakan PVsyst, memperoleh Detail Engineering Design (DED) dan software Homer Pro yang akan digunakan untuk mengetahui estimasi biaya produksi energi listrik yang dihasilkan

    Sentiment Analysis Classification on PLN Mobile Application Reviews using Random Forest Method and TF-IDF Feature Extraction

    PT PLN (Persero) has developed the PLN Mobile application to provide electricity services. The large number of users has resulted in various reviews regarding the strengths, weaknesses, and issues of the application. To evaluate the application's quality, sentiment analysis is conducted on user reviews. Review data is obtained through the Google-Play-Scraper API and cleaned through text preprocessing. This study utilizes the TF-IDF feature extraction method and Random Forest for classification. TF-IDF involves weighting each word in a text. This method transforms words into numerical representations, indicating both their frequency and relevance within the document's context. Random Forest is a supervised machine learning algorithm that utilizes ensemble learning which categorizes reviews into positive and negative, This study produced the best model using stemming data and TF-IDF unigram, along with a combination of hyperparameters. The n-estimator was set to 100, max_feature to log2, max_depth to unlimited (none), and entropy criterion, resulting in the highest F1-Score of up to 93.14%

    Pemindai 3D digunakan untuk memindai objek dunia nyata berdasarkan bentuk, ukuran, dan karakteristik lainnya untuk membuat gambar presisi tinggi dan memberikan informasi tentang setiap objek dilayar komputer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan dalam pengukuran dimensi benda serta dapat divisualisasikan dalam bentuk gambar digital. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pemilihan tempat dan waktu, alat dan bahan, prosedur dan langkah kerja, tahap perakitan, dan proses pengujian. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan objek yang bermaterial filamen. Pengujian mesin ini telah dilakukan dengan ketelitian 0,5 dan 0,05 cm/layer. Hasil pengujian yang optimal diperoleh pada ketelitian 0,01 cm/layer yang menunjukkan ciri-ciri yaitu menghasilkan gambar yang jauh lebih baik dibanding dengan ketelitian lainnya, bentuk dan ukuran yang dihasilkan mendekati ukuran sesungguhnya, bentuk benda yang ideal untuk discan yaitu benda berbentuk cembung. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah telah tercipta mesin pemindai 3D menggunakan sensor jarak infrared untuk mendukung mesin printer 3D dengan area kerja 120 x 120 x 150 mm, menggunakan software arduino dan motor stepper NEMA 17 sebagai penggerak

    Evaluation of Transformer Protection System Coordination at ULTG Jeneponto

    Power transformers are essential components in electrical power systems as they transform electrical quantities. In practical terms, electrical power systems may experience disturbances such as short-circuit faults, either between phases or to ground. One type of relay used to accommodate these faults is the Over Current Relay (OCR) for phase-to-phase faults and the Ground Fault Relay (GFR) for ground faults. This research evaluates the coordination settings of transformer protection systems at PT PLN (Persero) ULTG Jeneponto by analyzing the characteristics plot of each transformer unit. The evaluation results reveal intersecting characteristics on the high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) sides of Transformers #3 Tallasa and #3 Bulukumba. By implementing recommended settings for these two transformer units, anomalies can be addressed, and the protection system can coordinate effectively

    This research was aimed to determine how the implementation Transforming Leadership Style Impelementation of Branch Manager KCP Indonesian Islamic Bank Tamalanrea 1 Makassar for the period of 2021-2024.The research method used was descriptive research. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique where the entire 23 population were taken as samples. Measurement of data was using a likert scale and data collection methods through observation, questionnaires dan interviews. The data analysis used was quantitative analysis supported by qualitative analysis and data processing using frequency distribution table.Based on the research which has been done, the results were the implementation of the Transforming Leadership of Branch Manager Indonesian Islamic Bank Tamalanrea 1 Makassar for the Period 2021-2024 shows a total 120 (34.09%) where this value is in the highest score range with the interpretation of "Not Good". Especially in the indicators of planning, grouping and motivating. So in this case the Transforming Leadership of Branch Manager KCP Indonesian Islamic Bank Tamalanrea 1 Makassar for the Period of 2021-2024 is categorized as not good, which means its implementation has not been good.Based on the conclusions of this research, the author suggests that the Branch Manager in planning an activity should always refer to the vision/goals of the organization so that what is done or planned is more targeted. Branch Manager is expected to be more familiar and know the qualities and capacities of their employees, so that employee work placements can be in accordance with their respective fields. Then the Branch Manager is expected to pay attention to relationships with his employees. For example, communicating with employees about their hopes and desires. That way, employees feel cared for and will build their enthusiasm to work actively

    This research was conducted at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, this research uses a quantitative type to calculate PT Telkom's EVA value.  The data used are PT Telkom's financial reports, share price data, the composite stock price index (IHSG), and SBI interest rate data.  This data is in the form of secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange, PT Telkom's Annual Report, and Bank Indonesia.  These data were obtained using documentation techniques, while data analysis was carried out using quantitative data analysis using the Economic Value Added (EVA) approach. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that the EVA produced from 2015 to 2019 always has a positive value, namely EVA>0.  This shows that the company value is in a positive condition, even though the resulting financial performance experiences fluctuating amounts which tend to decrease every year.  This means that the company is able to create added economic value for both the company and investors in the form of additional wealth.
