PENGOPERASIAN DAN PERAWATAN ALAT PENETAS TELUR OTOMATIS BERBASIS IOT UNTUK PETERNAK AYAM KAMPUNG
Household-scale (micro) farmers in Bontomanai Village, Gowa Regency, predominantly use conventional incubators, where temperature and humidity levels are unstable. This has led to several instances of failed hatchings, preventing farmers from meeting their monthly livestock targets. Additionally, many farmers in Bontomanai Village have limited knowledge of automatic incubators. The Community Service Program (PKM) on Training and Operation of IoT-Based Automatic Incubators aims to enhance the farmers' understanding of basic knowledge related to IoT-based automatic egg incubators, as well as improve their skills in operating and maintaining such devices. The method of implementation involved field observation and interviews with the partners. This was followed by the design, production, assembly, and testing of the IoT-based automatic incubator. The program also included education on the fundamental knowledge of incubators and training on their operation and maintenance. The outcome of this activity was the successful creation of an IoT-based egg incubator, which was then used as a training tool for local free-range chicken farmers in Bontomanai Village with hatching success of 53.83%. Moreover, as a result of the training, the farmers are now able to operate the incubator and understand the procedures for periodic maintenance to ensure the device performs optimally.

PENGEMBANGAN USAHA MIKRO ANISAH CATERING MAKASSAR
The main objectives of implementing the community partnership program (PKM) in the form of training are to increase sales, profits, and wages of Anisah Catering micro-business employees. The methods used in implementing the training are lectures/presentations, questions and answers (brainstorming), and practical exercises. The results of the post-training evaluation showed that all training materials provided by the PNUP PKM team were greatly needed by Anisah Catering micro-business employees in the future. They also experienced an increase in knowledge and skills after the training. The average value related to this reached 4.65 from the highest point of 5.0. The four training participants also expressed great interest in further exploring all the materials obtained in the training. The value related to this was 4.56 from the highest point of 5.0. The four training participants also admitted to experiencing increased knowledge and skills after the training and mentoring. The academic outputs successfully achieved were the publication of articles in online media, implementation videos published on YouTube, article drafts, and poster drafts. The draft copyright proposal is still in the process of document preparation. Furthermore, the impact of this PKM activity is that soft skills, hard skills, and employee knowledge in managing micro-businesses increase, sales turnover increases, gross profit increases, and worker welfare increases.

PEMBANGUNAN PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA PICOHYDRO (PLTPH) DI DESA JAMPU KABUPATEN SOPPENG
The problems faced by the community, especially PKM partner farmer groups, are: (1) the rice fields and reservoirs are not yet reached by the PLN electricity network; (2) the community does not have knowledge in the field of PLTPH design; and (3) lack of public knowledge about the operation and maintenance of PLTPH. The aim of this PKM activity is to provide solutions to these problems in the form of activities: (1) building PLTPH in rice fields by utilizing the energy of irrigation water in reservoirs; (2) design and manufacture PLTPH for lighting rice fields and reservoirs; and (3) provide training to the community regarding the operation and maintenance of PLTPH. The output of PKMini activities are: Scientific articles in the 6th SNP2M Proceedings in 2024, electronic mass media articles, activity videos, and a PLTPH system with specifications: 1 m diameter wheel, 25 cm wide, made of stainless plate steel 1.2 mm thick; The shaft is made of steel with a diameter of 2.54 cm; Pillow Blocks ; (4) V-Belt Transmission PU O ring 8 mm Green Rough; 500 Watt low Rpm permanent magnet rotor generator, AC output.

PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN BERBASIS SAK EMKM PADA UMKM FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Kedai Sugiban was established in March 2023; since its establishment, the coffee shop has experienced several problems. First, there was a lack of separation between business and personal entities, meaning that the partners' personal finances were often mixed with the company's finances. Secondly, the shop faced issues related to recording transactions that are carried out manually, often resulting in incorrect or fictitious notes, and even forgetting to record risks often faced by partners. Third, partners often run out of stock when orders are to be made. Finally, partners do not make financial records well and correct company reports. It is still about calculating income only. The solution for business financial processing problems is to provide training and assistance in preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKN. This solution becomes comprehensive because it provides a mechanism for recording transactions using an Excel spreadsheet that makes it easy for partners to record all financial transactions in the company. The right solution for partners is implementing financial reporting by applying SAK EMKM, which instructs. MSMEs can produce a partner's business balance sheet report, financial performance report, and notes on partner financial statements.

PENERAPAN SISTEM CERDAS PADA KANDANG AYAM PETELUR MODEL CLOSE HOUSE BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS
This research aims to develop and implement a control system for the ventilation of a closed-house layer chicken coop. The automatic ventilation control system is based on the DHT22 sensor to optimize environmental conditions within the closed-house chicken coop. The DHT22 sensor is used to monitor temperature and humidity in real-time, which is then processed by a microcontroller to control the ventilation system. The primary objective of this system is to maintain the coop temperature within the optimal range of 25-29°C to enhance productivity and animal welfare. In addition to automatic ventilation, this research also includes other systems such as automatic feeders, disinfectants, and waste cleaners, designed to ease the workload of farmers. The test results show that the designed system can quickly respond to changes in temperature and humidity, thus maintaining stable coop conditions. The implementation of this system is expected to create a more comfortable environment for the chickens and improve the efficiency of coop management.

MONITORING KONDISI BAGLOG DAN PERTUMBUHAN JAMUR BERBASIS IoT
This study aims to design an Internet of Things (IoT) based monitoring system that can integrate monitoring of temperature and carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration in oyster mushroom planting media (baglog) to support optimal growth. This system uses a DS18B20 temperature sensor and an MH-Z19C CO2 sensor connected to an Android application. This application allows monitoring parameters automatically and in real-time. The research results show that this monitoring system is very effective in monitoring baglog conditions, with the results of temperature measurements changing over time and fluctuations in carbon dioxide CO2 concentrations. Even though the MH-Z19C CO2 sensor is only capable of measuring up to a reading limit of 5000 ppm, while the literature states that CO2 concentrations during the incubation period can reach 10,000 to 20,000 ppm, this system is still able to provide very useful information. The application used has a simple and intuitive interface, allowing oyster mushroom cultivators to monitor the condition of their baglog more efficiently, while simplifying the overall cultivation process and improving the quality of the harvest.

PENGEMBANGAN PENGAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS PARIWISATA UNTUK MEMENUHI TARGET DAN LEARNING NEEDS SISWA DI SMP ISLAM AL-WASI DAN UPTD SD 79 MAMBUE, KABUPATEN MAROS, SULAWESI
The Initial collected information indicated that the English teachers in two schools; Elementary School 79 Mambue and Islamic Senior High Schools have problems in meeting the learning needs of learners. Based on the information, we, the PNUP community service team, the school heads and the English teachers of the two schools, decided to solve the problems by conducting training activities on how to implement a needs analysis in developing English for tourism. The activities involved 20 teachers namely 10 teachers from the elementary and 10 from the senior high schools. Finally, data from the participants’ feedbacks were collected before and after the training using two sets of questioners. The contents of the questioners were similar. Next, the descriptive analysis was used to calculate the increase of ability level of the participants after participating in the activities. The evaluation analysis revealed that their ability in implementing the needs analysis increased by 40%; from 40% to 80%.

Financial Performance Analysis of KSP Berkat Bulukumba In Year 2018-2022
This research aims to determine the health level of KSP Berkat Bulukumba in year 2018-2022 based on the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (CSME) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. Analysis of the health level of cooperatives is assessed using seven aspects, namely capital aspects, quality of productive assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth, as well as aspects of cooperative identity. Data collection in this research was carried out by interviews and questionnaires which were used to measure management aspects and document analysis in the form of balance reports and business revenue residu reports for KSP Berkat Bulukumba for year 2018-2022.The data analysis technique used in this activity is quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of calculating the health level of KSP Berkat Bulukumba for five periods from 2018 to 2022 based on the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of CSME of the Republic of Indonesia No.06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016, it shows a score of 68.65 with predicate 'Pretty Healthy'. During 2018 and 2019 it obtained a score of 68.20, from 2020 to 2022 it increased so that it obtained a score of 68.80.Keywords: Financial performance, KSP Berkat Bulukumba, CSM
Perbandingan Kinerja Superplasticizer Berbasis Naftalena Dan Polimer Pada Kuat Tekan Beton
Penelitian ini membahas perbandingan kinerja superplasticizer berbasis naftalena dan polimer pada beton dengan rancangan campuran (mix design) yang sama. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi workability, retensi slump, dan kekuatan tekan pada berbagai umur beton (1, 7, 14, dan 28 hari). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan superplasticizer berbasis polimer menghasilkan kekuatan tekan yang lebih tinggi dan perkembangan kekuatan yang lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan berbasis naftalena. Beton dengan aditif berbasis polimer mencapai kekuatan tekan 185 kg/cm² pada umur 1 hari, 508 kg/cm² pada 7 hari, 533 kg/cm² pada 14 hari, dan 550 kg/cm² pada 28 hari. Sementara itu, beton dengan aditif berbasis naftalena menunjukkan peningkatan kekuatan yang lebih lambat. Temuan ini menunjukkan keunggulan superplasticizer berbasis polimer untuk aplikasi beton berkinerja tinggi, terutama pada proyek yang memerlukan percepatan konstruksi.

Road Damage Analysis Using The Roadroid Application : (Case Study Perintis Kemerdekaan Road of Makassar)
Perintis Kemerdekaan Road is one of the most important national roads in Makassar City, serving as a critical link between national and regional activity centers. However, rising traffic volumes and weather-related factors have led to significant pavement degradation. This study aims to identify the types of pavement distress present along the Perintis Kemerdekaan Roadsection in Makassar City. The research methodology combined field surveys with data analysis using the Roadroid application. The findings indicate the presence of 18 distinct types of road damage, including longitudinal cracking, transverse cracking, raveling, patching, rutting, among others. The highest damage density percentages were observed in the road sections oriented toward Makassar and Maros.Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan merupakan salah satu jalan nasional terpenting di Kota Makassar yang menghubungkan pusat-pusat kegiatan nasional dan wilayah. Namun, peningkatan volume lalu lintas dan faktor cuaca telah menyebabkan kerusakan pada perkerasan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis kerusakan yang terjadi pada ruas Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei lapangan dan analisis data dengan aplikasi Roadroid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 18 jenis kerusakan pada ruas jalan tersebut, termasuk retak memanjang, retak melintang, butiran lepas, tambalan, bergelombang, dan lain-lain.
