Einflussfaktoren auf die Ergebnisqualität im Crowdsourcing
No full textCrowdsourcing hat sich in den letzten Jahren als ernstzunehmende Alternative zum traditionellen Produktionsmodus für Unternehmen etabliert, indem firmeninterne Aufgaben zur Bearbeitung an eine heterogene, anonyme „Masse von Vielen“ – die Crowd – ausgelagert werden. Doch während Crowdsourcing neue, effiziente Möglichkeiten für Unternehmen bereitstellt, hat sich mit dem gestiegenen Interesse die Steuerung von Crowdaktivitäten zur Qualitätssicherung (Governance) zu einer der zentralen gegenwärtigen Herausforderungen für Crowdsourcing-Plattformen entwickelt. Die vorliegende Arbeit soll deshalb einen Beitrag leisten, welche Faktoren Einfluss auf die finale Ergebnisqualität ausüben und mit welchen gezielten Kontroll- und Steuerungsmaßnahmen diesen Einflussgrößen seitens der Crowdsourcing-Plattformen entgegenwirkt wird. Dazu konnten anhand einer Literaturrecherche drei crowdabhängige und vier plattformabhängige Einflussfaktoren identifiziert werden. Anschließend wurde durch vier Experteninterviews die praxisbezogene Perspektive eingenommen und die Steuerung und Kontrolle der beschriebenen Einflussgrößen seitens der Plattformen dargelegt. Als Resultat zeigte sich, dass die Plattformen nicht alle Faktoren, insbesondere die crowdabhängiger Natur, mit gleicher Intensität fokussieren und mit entsprechenden Maßnahmen beeinflussen

No full textInhalt dieser Bachelorarbeit ist die Betrachtung der Vegetation auf Kiesbänken innaturnahen Fließgewässern der unteren Mulde. Es wird dargestellt, wie die hier vorkommende Vegetation auf diesen dynamischen Lebensraumangepasst ist und inwieweit die festgestellten Pflanzenarten auf den naturnahen Kiesbänken tatsächlich einen bedeutenden Lebensraum aus botanischer Sicht unterstreichen. Hierzu werden verschiedene Kiesbankstandorte in Bezug auf dieLage, die Zusammensetzung des Sedimentes und Bezug nehmend auf die Überflutungsdauer, untersucht, um Unterschiede in der Artenzusammensetzung darzustellen. Des Weiteren wird die Bedeutung von Kiesbänken aus botanischer und naturschutzfachlicher Sicht erörtert. Abschließend werden Handlungen und zukünftige Vorgehensweisen vorgeschlagen, die aus naturschutz- und wasserwirtschaftlicher Sicht zu unternehmen sind, um die bestehenden Kiesbänke mit ihrer charakteristischen Vegetation zu erhalten und zu fördern.Die Bachelorarbeit wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verbundprojekt "WildeMulde" und dem Helmholtz-Zentrum für Umweltforschung - UFZ angefertigt

Modelling the Generalized Multi-objective Vehicle Routing Problem Based on Costs
No full textThe following article addresses a complex combinatorial optimization and integer-programming problem, referred to as the vehicle routing problem, which is typically related to the field of transportation logistics. The aim of the research is to combine a set of objective functions, number of common generalizations and extensions of the problem, arising in distributed services or goods supply. For this purpose, literature on the subject has been analysed, leading to the mathematical modelling method being applied. At the current moment such complicated variants of the problem present high importance for research because of both practical applications and high complexity. The paper proposes a new generalized multi-objective vehicle routing problem with multiple depots and heterogeneous vehicles fleet with regard to various factors affecting costs. The problem statement is presented as a mixed integer linear program. Objectives scalarization approach is proposed in order to reduce decision-maker participation. Shortcomings of the single-criterion formulation and negative effects of replacing the criteria with constraints are shown. The results provide initial data for solving a large number of transportation problems that are reduced to the vehicle routing problem. In particular, the application of the ant colony optimization as a method for solving the problem is discussed
Specifics of Project Management in Industrial Innovation
No full textThe paper offers a scientific and methodological approach to assessing the efficiency of innovative projects which develops and supplements the theoretical bases of innovative projects analysis through the accounting of recursive dependence of investments on such factors of innovative process as (1) the constructive complexity of the product, (2) the number of stages of the innovative process and (3) the innovative capacity of the enterprise. It is also proposed to enter an adjustment factor (multiplier) to reflect the causal connection between the net present value of innovative projects and the above mentioned factors of innovative processand to improve the accuracy of calculation of cash flows under the project linking the assessments with the certain stages of the project and the corporate capacity. This will reduce the overall integral risk of project implementation for potential investors. The author's concept and the system of models for planning the production and innovations allow revealing quantitative correlation between investments, innovations, and sources of financing and can be used for a reasoned strategic decision making by enterprises implementing innovative development model
