ファミリーホームにおけるリービングケアの困難と求められる支援：ファミリーホーム養育者へのインタビュー調査の分析を用いた考察
Get PDF【目的】ファミリーホームの主たる養育者へのインタビュー調査を実施し，各支援段階において抱く困難を明らかにし，必要な支援を探索的に検討した．本稿ではリービングケアについて報告を行う．
【方法】同意が得られた14のファミリーホームの養育者を対象としたインタビューを実施した．インタビュー内容は社会的養護における支援段階において，養育者が主観的に捉える困難とした．分析にはテーマティックアナリシス法を参考に実施した．
【結果】専門性が必要な対応に困難を抱え専門機関との連携が必要だと感じているが，その連携に苦労していることが示され，自分ですべてに対応しなければならないといった，孤立・孤独という苦労に繋がっていた．
【考察】これらの苦労に対し，専門職を含めた地域リソースと，ソーシャルワークの技術を用いた多職種連携支援が必要であり，包括的にファミリーホームを支援するソーシャルワーカーが必要であることが示唆された．【Purpose】 This study conducted interviews with primary caregivers of family homes to identify the challenges faced at each stage of support and to explore necessary interventions. This paper specifically focuses on leaving care.
【Methods】 Interviews were conducted with caregivers from 14 family homes who agreed to participate in the study. The interviews focused on the difficulties that caregivers subjectively perceive during the support phase in social care. Thematic Analysis Method was used for the analysis.
【Results】 Showed that the caregivers had difficulties in responding to the needs of specialists and felt the need to collaborate with specialized agencies, but they had difficulties in doing so, which led to the difficulties of isolation and loneliness, such as having to handle everything on their own.
【Discussion】 To address these difficulties, it is necessary to provide support in cooperation with local resources, including professionals, and with social work techniques, and it is suggested that social workers who provide comprehensive support for family homes are necessary.departmental bulletin pape
