    Analysis of Job Satisfaction of Health Workers at Bahteramas Hospital

    Employee job satisfaction is characterized by a low proportion leaving the organization and low employee absenteeism. The survey on the job satisfaction of health workers at the Bahteramas Hospital BLUD showed 46% were satisfied at work such as conducive working conditions, and incentives received according to workload while 54% were dissatisfied because there was no compensation related to time of attendance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between working conditions, incentives, work performance and satisfaction of health workers. This research is a quantitative (Observational) research design cross-sectional study. The research was conducted from 1 to 20 February 2023 in the inpatient rooms of Bahteramas Hospital with 139 from 213 health workers using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire and carried out a chi-square test and a closeness test. The results of the study found that more respondents with supportive working conditions were satisfied (p=0.006, j=0.233). Respondents with appropriate incentives were more satisfied with their job satisfaction (p=0.000, j=0.302). Furthermore, respondents with appropriate organizational policies were more satisfied with their job satisfaction, (p=0.005, j=0.237). The conclusion is that there is a moderate relationship between working conditions, incentives and achievement with health worker satisfaction in the BLUD Inpatient Room of Bahteramas Hospital

    Risk Factors of Repeat Diarrhea In The Mining Region Community In Morosi District

    Morosi sub-district is one of the sub-districts located in mining areas that have low access to latrine sanitation and clean water sources where many people are still affected by recurrent diarrhea. with data in 2019 totaling 216 cases, in 2020 totaling 278 cases and in 2021 totaling 310 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for recurrent diarrhea in the community in the mining area of ​​Morosi District. This type of research uses a case-control study with a retrospective approach. The population in this study amounted to 310 people. The sampling technique used is a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 152 samples of which 76 cases and 76 controls. The analysis method uses the Chi-Square Test and the Odds Ratio Test. The results of the Odds Ratio test for latrine ownership obtained an OR value of 3.735. The results of the Odds Ratio test for nutritional status obtained an OR value of 0.903. The results of the Odds Ratio test for clean water sources obtained an OR value of 3.483. The community is also expected to be able and willing to improve the prevention and control of risk factors for recurrent diarrhea in a comprehensive and sustainable manner

    Determinants of Diabetes Mellitus Type-2 in Integrated Guidance Post for Non-Communicable Diseases Participants in Jayapura

    The prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus in Indonesia in 2018 based on an examination of blood sugar levels in residents 15 years old is 8.5%, while in Papua, doctors diagnosed with a population aged 15 years are 1.1%.  The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) Integrated Guidance Post participants at the Kotaraja Health Center, Jayapura City. This type of research is an observational study with a cross-sectional study design. The population of the study was people aged >15 years in the working area of the Kotaraja Health Center who visited the NCDs Integrated Guidance Post. The sample of this study was all participants of the Integrated Guidance Post of the NCDs with a total of 52 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Statistical test using chi-square test. As many as 7 people (13.5%) of Integrated Guidance Post participants had type 2 DM and 45 people (86.5%) did not have type 2 DM. The results of the statistical analysis found age (p-value= 0.04), as well as fruit and vegetables (p-value= 0.004), had a relationship with the incidence of type 2 DM in Integrated Guidance Post of the Non-Communicable Diseases participants at the Kotaraja Health Center with a p-value <0.05. Factors related to the incidence of type 2 DM in NCDs Integrated Guidance Post participants at the Kotaraja Health Center were age and fruit and vegetable consumption. The active role of cadres and health workers in educating and screening the community is an effort to prevent and control Non-Communicable Diseases in the community

    The Influence of Public Service Motivation on The Performance of Nurses at The Syekh Yusuf Hospital, Gowa Regency

    Public service in Indonesia are still in the poor category. This is due to one of them because of the motivation of public service that have not been optimally embedded in the government apparatus so that in Indonesia the public services provided tend to be oriented only to fulfill the rules or personal interests without thinking about the welfare of the community. Based on the initial data obtained, it shows that from 2019-2021 there are still many medical record files collected that are not timely and incomplete. This shows that the performance of HR in inpatients is still not optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of public service motivation on the performance of nurses. The type of research used is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study approach. The population is 297 nurses. The sample in this study is 170 nurses. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling method. The tests used were chi-square analyzed using SPSS. The results of the Chi-Square analyzed in this study showed that of the four variables studied, there was only one variable that had an influence on the nurse’s performance, namely the self-sacrifice variable with p-value = 0.006 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that of the four variables studied, only one influential variable is the self-sacrifice variable

    The Impact of Volcanic Eruptions on Mental Health: A Narrative Review

    Natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions are difficult to avoid and difficult to predict when they will occur. These events not only cause material, physical, economic and environmental losses, they can even affect a person's mental health. This study aims to determine the impact of a volcanic eruption disaster on mental health. The research method used is narrative review. The search for journals and articles is done through the Google Scholar database. Journals were selected based on the desired criteria, namely the impact of a volcanic eruption on mental health. The results of a narrative review of 7 related literature show that the majority of survivors of the volcanic eruption who experienced post-disaster trauma are women in the adult and elderly age categories. Disaster areas with high exposure or near volcanic areas have a higher risk of trauma, anxiety and mental stress than areas with low exposure. Symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can last for years or even decades. The mental stress and psychological morbidity experienced by survivors will decrease over time. Provide cognitive intervention which is one effective way to deal with anxiety

    Reproductive health in Indonesia is a problem that needs attention. Indonesia is a country with the second highest number of young marriages in ASEAN. In order to achieve a happy home life, the bride and groom (catin) need to follow guidance. This study aims to find out various counseling methods that are effective for increasing the knowledge of prospective brides (catin) in Indonesia. This research is a literature review study that reviews various research journals. Data obtained from secondary data taken from 7 previous research journals. The results showed that of the 7 journals there were similarities, namely that there was a significant influence on catin knowledge by holding reproductive health counseling

    The Effect of Health Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction Hospitalized of Malang Hospital

    The two most important factors that affect hospital services are patient happiness and quality of service. Nurses, doctors who don't care about patients or their families, unpleasant doctors and nurses, and communication problems with medical staff are some of the hospital's medical services that patients don't like. This study aims to ascertain how the satisfaction of inpatients at Malang Hospital will be affected by medical service standards in 2022. This type of research is an analytical survey with an explanatory design. This population is inpatients using the BPJS general health service type and the sample is 68 people.  Collect information with questionnaires or questionnaires. Univariate analysis, two-variable analysis using Pearson correlation, and multivariate analysis using multiple linear regression are examples of data analysis techniques. Bivariate results show that reliability is related to patient satisfaction. The results of multiple linear regression tests affecting patient satisfaction are reliability and care. Officers such as doctors and nurses need to be concerned in carrying out friendly services to patients to pay attention to patients and respond quickly to patient complaints

    Determinant of ARI Incident in Toddlers in The Working Area of Tomia Health Center Wakatobi Regency

    Infections in the upper respiratory tract are the cause of under-five mortality and are also a crucial health problem in Indonesia, the main cause in the Tomia Health Center area which every year has increased, namely in 2018 the prevalence of toddler ARI cases by 9,4%, in 2019 by 12,8% while in 2020 increased to 17,0%. The motivation behind the review is to discover the determinant of ARI events in toddlers in the Working Area of Tomia Health Center Wakatobi Regency. This kind of examination is an insightful study with a Cross-Sectional Study plan. The review populace was all moms who had toddlers in the Tomia Health Center Work Area as numerous as 705 people with a sample number of 88 toddlers taken proportionally random sampling. The analysis method uses the Chi-Square test. The results of the study with Chi-Square test showed that the ventilation variables of the house obtained values (X2calculated= 27.381 and  = 0.581), occupancy density (X2count= 27.929 and  = 0.586) air pollution in the house (X2count= 22,863 and  = 0.533) and floor type (X2count= 19.939 and  = 0.499). The conclusion pf this study that there is a relationship between home ventilation, occupancy density, air contamination in the house and the kind of floor with the rate of ARI in toddlers in the Tomia Health Center Work Area. It is recommended to the Tomia Health Center to further improve counselling related to the importance of a health-qualified home environment

    Analysis of the Budget Management and Performance of the Health Center in the Covid-19 Era at the Nambo Health Center, Kendari City

    As a public organization, the Primary Helath Center (PHC) financial management must be transparent, beginning with the budget implementation and planning phases. The purpose of this study was to ascertain how PHC financial performance was affected by financial management. Evaluation research is the kind of research that is used to help make decisions or give advice. The budget management and financial reports for the Nambo Health Center from 2019 to 2021 are the subject of the research and the object of the study. Regression analysis was used for data analysis. The study's findings on PHC budget management revealed an economic level of 92.46 %, an efficiency level of 131.90 %, and an effectiveness level of 118.90 %. The R2 test yielded 0.234 (23.4 %) while the Fisher's test yielded p = 0.075 (0.05). The study's conclusion is that the Nambo Health Center's financial management is efficient but not efficient. The variables of drug supplies, supplies of medical equipment and materials, supplies of dental tools and materials, and supplies of tools and materials, respectively, have a significant impact on the number of patients, accounting for 23.4% of the variable effect. The remaining influence is due to other factors that were not examined
