Intergenerational Mobility, Automation, and Development
Full text linkWe examine the relationships among intergenerational mobility, automation, and development by employing an overlapping generations model with endogenous fertility,educational decisions, and automation. We show that multiple steady states exist in an economy. Automation occurs in one of them but not in the other. In the steady state with automation（ without automation）, the number of high-skilled workers is high（ low）,fertility rate is low（ high）, wage gap is low（ high）, and per capita output is high（ low）.
In addition, we show that the economy escapes the poverty trap and achieves economic development as automation technology progresses.departmental bulletin pape
Translation and Annotation of the Mathematical Books of Qin Bamboo Slips Housed at Peking University, Vol. 2
Full text linkThe book “Suanshu（ 算書）” Jiazhong（ 甲種） is one of the mathematical books of Qin bamboo slips donated to Peking University in 2009. The aim of our research is to provide a complete translation and annotation of it from the viewpoint of our previous work on ancient Chinese mathematics.
This is the second article based on our research and results in which we studied the slips of a multiplication table and problems 1 to 17.『算書』甲種は2009年に北京大学に寄贈された算数関係書籍簡の一つである。我々は、我々の中国古算書研究を起点に、『算書』甲種の訳注を完成させることを目的としている。

The Sound of Falling Rain
Full text link雨の降り方を表す言葉については、古くから、また地域によっていろいろな言い方がされており、辞典も刊行されている。しかし、「雨の音」にはあまり注目されていないようである。雨自体は音を発生せずに、雨粒が当たる物に対して音が発生することである。また、雨の音には「癒やし」効果があると多くのウェブサイトで言われている。ここでは、雨の降る音について擬音語や周波数分析による癒やし効果の検討を行うと共に雨の降る音に近い音が発生するとされている民族楽器であるレインスティックによる音についても分析を行った。departmental bulletin pape
The Effect of Strength Training Using a Multi Hip Joint Board on Lumbar Erector Spinae
Full text link本研究では，これまで我々の研究において得られた体幹部の断層画像から腰部脊柱起立筋の横断面積を算出し，マルチヒップジョイントボードを用いたストレングストレーニングが大学男子スプリンターの横断面積に及ぼす影響について検証した。その結果，マルチヒップジョイントボードトレーニング実施したトレーニング群の腰部脊柱起立筋の横断面積には，通常のトレーニングのみを実施したコントロール群と比較して，有意な増加が認められた。つまり，マルチヒップジョイントボードトレーニングは，大腰筋を肥大させるだけでなく，腰部脊柱起立筋も肥大させるストレングストレーニングである可能性が示唆された。We have previously reported that strength training using a Multi Hip Joint Board （MHJB） may increase the cross-sectional area（ CSA） of the psoas major（ PM） muscle and improve sprint performance. However, it is unclear how strength training with MHJB effects lumbar erector spinae（ ES） muscle. Therefore, we calculated the CSA of the ES from the magnetic resonance images of the trunk obtained in our research, and
examined the effect of strength training using the MHJB on the ES CSA of malecollegiate sprinters. The results showed that the ES CSA in the MHJB training group increased significantly compared to the control group that received only regular training. These findings suggest that the MHJB training may be a strength training method that not only increases the PM CSA, but also the ES CSA.departmental bulletin pape
Fluctuations in Relationships Seems in Relationship Population
Full text link地域への愛着は，先行研究からは「特定の地域との間の情緒的な繋がり」と定義できる。したがって，愛着という概念を通して見れば，関係人口の「関係」は定住する，しないに係りなく持つことになる。一方，特定の地域への定住の理由として「結婚」が挙げられる。結婚においては，パートナーとの関係は常時変化があるが，結婚後に住む場所がパートナーの職業や実家の所在に依拠することもあり，そこで地域との繋がりも産まれうる。このため，特定の地域との関係，すなわち「愛着」が結婚後の年数やパートナーとの関係，更に年代によっても変化する可能性を示した。そして，その変化を「ゆらぎ」と表現した。Recent reports sugests that the concept of relationship population includes all the processes from having a relationship with a specific area to settling down. However, in a previous paper （Yokoi, 2022）, we showed that it may take some time from the start of actual settlement to form a self-identity with the region and to feel psychologically that one has become a member of the region. This does not necessarily mean that the beginning of settlement will end the character of the relevant population.
In this paper, I would like to show the possibility of such “fluctuations” in the relationship occurring. herefore, the possibility of dissolving the relationship with a specific region cannot be ruled out.departmental bulletin pape
For the Enhancement of Chinese Language Study Abroad Programs:The 2023 Summer Camp at Shanghai International Studies University
Full text linkDuring the summer of 2023, the language study Summer Camp was recommenced after four years, due to Corona-19, at Shanghai International Studies University. Twelve students from Japan, eleven from Iraq, and seventeen from Spain participated, making it a fruitful two weeks. In this report, the contents of the summer camp are described in three stages: before, during, and after the program. We also reflect on the potential of this summer camp to enhance the “Chinese Language Study Abroad” programs in future years.2023年８ 月13日〜26日の２ 週間，2023年度上海外国語大学のサマーキャンプが開催された。コロナ禍の３ 年間はオンライン夏期研修として実施されていたが，2023年夏，ようやく現地開催の運びとなった。本来であれば，『中国語海外研修』として全学部対象で中国語を１ 年以上履修している学生が履修できる科目であるが，上海外国語大学からの通知がシラバス公開日までに間に合わなかったため，単位取得科目とせず，国際学部生と大阪産業大学孔子学院受講生の12名の大学生が参加するサマーキャンプとした。
筆者は2017年度から『中国語海外研修』の引率をしているが，コロナ前後で研修を取り巻く環境が変化しているため，今回のサマーキャンプについてサマーキャンプ前，サマーキャンプ中，サマーキャンプ後の３ つに分けて記述し，筆者が感じたことや参加学生に対するアンケートを元に，2024年度以降の『中国語海外研修』がより充実したものになるよう総括をしておきたい。departmental bulletin pape
Game Analysis in Men’s Intervasity Basketball Competitions: A study on wins and losses
Full text link本学体育会男子バスケットボール部において，2021年度以降３ 年間の関西学生バスケットボールリーグ戦の成績において変化があった。そこで本研究は， ３ 年間のゲーム分析をおこない，勝敗に起因する要因について検討し，今後のコーチングに活かすことを目的とした。
関西学生バスケットボールリーグ戦１ 部リーグのBOXスコアの各項目において集計し分析した結果， ３ ポイントシュート， ２ ポイントシュート，フリースロー，オフェンスリバウンドが勝敗に起因する可能性が考えられた。
本学は外国籍選手および日本人の長身者，全国大会経験者の入部により，オフェンスシステムを変更してきた。制限区域内での得点である２ ポイントシュートの成功確率を向上させるために戦術を変更したことが，フリースロー取得数やオフェンスリバウンド取得数が増えた可能性が考えられた。すなわち，得点機会や攻撃回数が増え得点力が増加したことが戦績を向上させた一因であることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
