この度の教育職員免許法では，「特別の支援を必要とする幼児，児童及び生徒に対する
理解」に関する科目を1 単位以上必修とすることになり，特別支援教育に関する科目が開
講されることになった。
特別支援教育が施行され，インクルーシブ教育が浸透するにしたがって通常学級，通常
学校に多くの障害を持った児童生徒が入級・入学している。しかし，通常学級や通常学校
の教員が，特別支援教育を完全に理解しているかといえば，理解しているとは思えない。
実際，通常学級・通常学校とは教育課程に大きな違いがあり，支援の仕方も違うところが
ある。そこで，特別支援学校の経験者として，学生たちにできるだけわかりやすく系統立
てて教えていきたい。
今回は，最初として，特別支援教育の意義から成立過程，そして教育課程及び自立活動

First, the article conducts a theoretical examination of organizational scandal and corporate
scandal research. The existing research on these topics has many theoretical and practical
implications, but these studies alone are insufficient for examining the organizational scandal
constructed by stakeholders. Second, the article makes a theoretical review of organizational
scandal constructed by stakeholders. In order to do so three cases are described, and for
this an analytical framework is formulated. Third, the three cases that are analyzed are (1)

The Auditing Practices and the Notion of the Capital Account Closure in a 19th Century British Railway Company
Get PDFThe purpose here is to exam the influence of the notion of the capital account closure used
by a 19th century railway company’s minutes etc. and its application to its auditing. Focused
on the London and Birmingham Railway Company, we analyzed the minutes of the audit
committees, and the “Reports” including the “Accounts” and other documents, prepared after
general meetings. The notion of “capital account closure” in this period meant limiting capital
expenditure and separating capital expenditure from revenue expenditure. This study clarifies

A Study of the Relationship between Anger and Emotional Intelligence
Get PDFThis study examined the relationship between anger and emotional intelligence. Undergraduate students (70 male and 24 female) were asked to rate items from the J-ESCQ (Japanese version of the Emotional Skills & Competence Questionnaire) by Toyota, Morita, & Taksic (2007) and the AALS (Anger Arousal and Lengthiness Scale) by Watanabe & Kodama(2001). Results showed significant negative correlations between the following: (1) total score of the AALS and PU (Perceiving and Understanding emotion) in the J-ESCQ, (2) total score of the AALS and MR (Managing and Regulation emotion) in the J-ESCQ,(3) anger lengthiness in the AALS and PU, and (4) anger lengthiness in the AALS and MR. These findings suggest that emotional intelligence plays a significant role in anger lengthiness.This study examined the relationship between anger and emotional intelligence.
