Changes in China’s Family Structure and Its Influence on Divorce Trends: A Consideration of the One-Child Policy
Get PDFSince 2003, China’s divorce rate has been increasing. At the same time, children born after the enforcement of the nation’s “one-child policy” have entered marriageable age. This is cited as a reason for the current spike in divorce rates. This article examines the one-child policy and reveals the influence of the changing family structure on divorce behavior in China. To this end, based on the implementation of the one-child policy and resulting changes in family structure after China’s economic reform and national opening-up, two hypotheses are proposed on the impact of divorce on Chinese people. First of all, changes in family structure will affect the divorce rate, and the long-term implementation of the one-child policy will indirectly affect the rise of divorce rate. These hypotheses are validated by multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows. （1） The change of divorce rate in China is influenced by the change of family structure.（ 2） The one-child policy has indirectly affected the rise of the divorce rate.中国の離婚率は2003年以降，上昇し続けている。また，中国の一人っ子政策開始後に生まれた一人っ子が結婚適齢期に入り，これを離婚率の上昇と関連づけてしばしば説明がなされることがある。そこで本論文の目的は，一人っ子政策を手掛かりにして中国の世帯構造の変化が離婚行動に与える影響を明らかにすることである。一人っ子政策の実施を背景にした改革開放以降の中国社会における世帯構造の変化を明らかにした。明らかになった点から，中国人の離婚行動に与えた影響について１つの仮説を提示した。具体的には，世帯構造の変化は離婚率に影響すると考えて，長期間にわたる一人っ子政策の実施が離婚率の上昇に間接的な影響を及ぼすのではないか。これらの仮説に対して重回帰の方法を用いて検証した。その結果，（１）中国の離婚率の変化は世帯構造の変化の影響を受けている。（２）一人っ子政策が離婚率の上昇に間接的な影響を及ぼしたことが明らかになった。departmental bulletin pape
Translation and Annotation of “The Mathematical Classic of Sun Zi （孫子算経）” Vol. 3
Get PDF“The Mathematical Classic of Sun Zi” was written during the Southern and Northern Dynasties, which was listed as one of the Ten Computational Canons（算経十書） during the Tang dynasty. The aim of our research is to provide a complete translation and annotation of it from the viewpoint of our previous work on “The Nine Chapters on the Mathematical Art （九章算術）.”
This is the third article based on our research and results in which we studied the problems 1 to 36 of the third volume.『孫子算経』は南北朝期に書かれた算術書であり、唐代に編纂された算経十書の一つである。我々は、我々の『九章算術』研究を起点に、『孫子算経』の訳注を完成させることを目的としている。

Periodic Baru Ibento （Bar Events） and Resulting Development in Regional Revitalization Projects: A Case Study of Fukushima-ku, Osaka city
Get PDFThe purpose of this paper is to grasp the functions of baru ibento （bar events） and changes in their scope of area, focusing on “Noda Bar” and “Fukushima Bar” conducted in Fukushima-ku （ward）, Osaka City. In addition, the purpose was to understand the efforts to improve the districts’ images by holding these periodic bar events. As a result, the following two developments are seen. First, the “Noda Bar” held in Noda and the “Fukushima Bar” held in Fukushima areas were initiated separately. Later, the “Noda-Fukushima Bar” was held three times. These were a cooperative effort between Noda and Fukushima districts. Eventually, “Noda Bar” and “Fukushima Bar” returned to their respective systems, because of management difficulties. The changes in scope for implementing the “Noda Bar” and “Fukushima Bar” offer suggestions on the appropriate area size for bar events. Second, “Noda Bar” and “Fukushima Bar” are held periodically, contributing to regional revitalization. When other events take place in Fukushima, the executive committees and participating restaurants play major roles. The executive committees and participating restaurants have also contributed significantly to events hosted by the Fukushima Ward Office.本稿では，大阪市福島区で行われている「野田バル」と「福島バル」を研究対象として，開催経過とバルイベントの実施範囲の変遷を把握するとともに，それに伴うイメージアップの取組みを把握することを目的とした。その結果，以下の２点が見出された。第１に，現在，野田地区で開催される「野田バル」と福島地区で開催される「福島バル」は，当初は別々に行われていた。その後，野田地区と福島地区とが一緒に開催された「野田・福島合体バル」が３回行われた。しかし，参加者は２つの地区を往来する負担があった。また，主催者は２つの地区を同時にコントロールすることが困難であった。さらにその後には，「野田バル」と「福島バル」が別々に開催される方式に戻っている。「野田バル」と「福島バル」の実施範囲の変遷は，バルイベントを継続開催していく上で，適切な実施範囲について示唆を与えるものと考えられる。第２に，「野田バル」と「福島バル」は継続的に開催されており，地域の活性化に寄与している。福島区内で他のイベントが開催される場合に，実行委員会と参加飲食店が大きな役割を果たしている。また，福島区役所が主催するイベントにも実行委員会と参加飲食店が大きく貢献している。departmental bulletin pape

Two Templates of Case Studies: Comparing Eisenhardt（1989） and Gioia, Corley and Hamilton（2012）
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to clarify the Gioia Methodology（Gioia, Corley, & Hamilton, 2012）, which has attracted attention as a qualitative method. Through a comparative analysis with the Eisenhardt（1989）template, we divided it into five items; epistemological foundations and research orientation, the need for prior research, data collection, logic of the analysis, and rhetoric of the writing. As a result, we proposed a taxonomy that organized the commonalities and differences between the two templates, and introduced a method to increase the rigor of case studies. Regional characteristics and policy issues in the village of Chihaya Akasaka-Mura in light of the activities of mobile sales companies
Get PDF本稿では，大阪府千早赤阪村に着目し，複数の移動販売事業者による活動が受容される千早赤阪村の地域的特性と，買物弱者対策の視点から政策的課題を把握する。千早赤阪村では，人口減少が進み，コンビニエンスストアやスーパーがない中，村内の移動販売事業者のみならず，複数の村外の移動販売事業者を受け入れてきた。これは千早赤阪村が都市に近接した村であるから事業者は参入できたと考えられる。村外の事業者が参入する際には，村により販売の曜日や販売する地区の調整が行われてきている。2018年３ 月から移動販売を開始した村外の１ 事業者は，2019年３ 月までで移動販売を休止した。民間ベースで行われる移動販売の場合は，市場への参入は自由である一方，市場からの撤退も自由である。買物弱者対策を考える上で，移動販売という民間ベースの取組みに委ねるだけの場合の課題を示しているとも考えられる。departmental bulletin pape
